    I'm an #Optus customer, so if a hacker now has my #Optus email address, all I have to do is change to Telstra, or other Server and voila...one problem is solved! 🙌🙌🙌

    @NBN_Australia Yeah that outage checker for NBN says there's none as well as Telstra but I'm getting the downstream green light keeps blinking on the NBN box and then resets itself after a while. Apparently someone is booked to check the line tomorrow morning but we'll see.

    @ByrneNick On @Telstra you can't even setup your voicemail to skip the welcome message, which help spammers confirm your identity. I'm redirecting all non-contacts to voicemail (thanks, iOS!) and blocking those that are retrying multiple times a day.

    @Telstra FIVE MONTHS and Telstra still hasn’t delivered my NBN. Telstra even ingnored a deadline set by the Ombudsman. This company is impossible to communicate with as a customer. Avoid. @TelcoOmbudsman
