  • freocookster Freocookster ⚓ 🐀 💜 (@freocookster) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Finally got a number for @Telstra tech support and all it does is confirm your issue, sends you an SMS with a link to the app and promptly hangs up. A phone company with no phone support #gofigure

  • reece_wagner Reece (@reece_wagner) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra The service I'm signing up for (postpaid?). I assume it's my current service but I very much don't want to choose the wrong option :) This is the message on the page: We need your current service provider details to transfer your number. We'll let you know when this is done.

  • AunatEridu David Herne (@AunatEridu) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra as a long-time customer, I am effectively cutting-off from assistance looking at my plans. Your chat bot is running around in circles and my local store will not take my calls.

  • SharonWarburton Sharon Warburton (@SharonWarburton) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Telstra call centre outperforming. Not. 1am callback not appreciated. Five calls later we are still doing security checks, no discussion yet on the problem nor the fix 😬 @Telstra please try harder

  • sezlloydy Sarah (@sezlloydy) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Ahhh prank calls from supposedly @Telstra in relation to a service I don't have with them on a Tuesday morning are fun!

  • freocookster Freocookster ⚓ 🐀 💜 (@freocookster) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Come on @Telstra, you're a phone company so let me speak to someone about my tech issues, ON THE PHONE! Your app and its bots are hopeless. If you care that little about your customers, maybe it's time you were given a clip.

  • madcap1971 madcap1971 (@madcap1971) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@kezarthur @Telstra I go into the store. Bugger the online service.

  • Vicki_White_ Vicki White (@Vicki_White_) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

You forget how bad @Telstra mobile phone network coverage is until the power goes out and you’ve got no wifi. What are we paying for again?

  • mrstrayz strayz (@mrstrayz) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@ShogunOce Yeah, probs tpg or iinet. Telstra is too big (as in they have so many customers and take too long to help)

  • numloxx Carsten Bauer (@numloxx) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra That didn't answer my question. Australia has an unsecured phone system that the government or even telcos refuse to acknowledge or fix.

  • SebRechichi S e b R (@SebRechichi) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra why has mobile service in and around Dianella dropped? I’m lucky to have 1 bar on 4G but then reverts to 2 bars on 3G!

  • sarle Magne (@sarle) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@ServicesGovAU i have recorded a voice recognition phrase every.single.time. that I call. For some reason, my previous recordings are not there. I have mentioned this to customer service numerous times and they have no idea why it does that. Maybe get in touch with @Telstra

  • ansellnicola Nicola Ansell (@ansellnicola) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@kels_316 @Telstra Try dealing with Qantas. They are next level bad.

  • Shelly9zero Shelly (@Shelly9zero) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Yo @Telstra how come I've spent the last 3 hours in Perth city on H+ and when I finally load the internet "there are no known outages in your area"? I can't load the My Telstra to report it so you'll have to deal with my complaint here if I can gather enough internet to post...

  • freocookster Freocookster ⚓ 🐀 💜 (@freocookster) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra It's everywhere from Nedlands to Cannington. No reported outages in any of the locations. Last time it happened I was on the phone to a bloke who was clearly working from home in India - poor guy tried everything.

  • freocookster Freocookster ⚓ 🐀 💜 (@freocookster) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Kop_this @freodockers @rupertmurdoch Hmmm, this I did not know. I haven't gone down this path since I lived in Melbourne and Foxtel was the only way to see Freo games. Kayo is $5 a month for Telstra customers.

  • KatKatsebo Kat 🌸 (@KatKatsebo) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@damofromearth @inchvoraya @Elbarstardo Someone put up a map showing how many Telstra towers are shut down today. I think they called it a coincidence 🤔

  • kelvinrsmith Kelvin Smith (@kelvinrsmith) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra I cannot get help on receiving additional wifi boosters, which I have paid for already....your support staff keep running me through trying to reboot modems & change settings, without listening to what I am saying....& then it gets handed to someone else who starts again

  • freocookster Freocookster ⚓ 🐀 💜 (@freocookster) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

If you thought Telstra couldn't be any more dismissive of its customers, check out this response: "Our phone options are limited at this time. Can you tell me what happened when you chatted with them?" No the auto-support was useless, I need a phone number!

  • LaurenKBreen Lauren Breen (@LaurenKBreen) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@Telstra I have now been on the chat 35mins and all I have got is “have you paid your bill” and “when did the issue occur” … help! @Telstra

@01000011CS @Telstra what are you talking about? Is this some spam? Optus- pay as you go (prepaid) i usually pay between $60 and $120/mth- each time i want a big internet unlimited 24 hours - it costs me $5 add on Lately- I'm forking out $110 - $120 a month for about 120gig not bad I suppose

Hi @Telstra does your $300 prepaid sim deal provide the same network 3/4G service coverage as if you were on a month to month contract ?

  • lotan87 Martin (@lotan87) reported

The family fun of hearing your brothers @telstra account keeps being attached on your sisters account…. Think he’s been a customer longer then her. And 4 days and the contact team ain’t escalating nothing

  • Asset90210 Chinese Asset #6236842452 (@Asset90210) reported

@Telstra Coverage in Melbourne CBD is apparently reduced or patchy. Perhaps it is the Victorian State police using signal jammers. If this is the case does Telstra support police interference in a service that customers pay you for? Use of such devices is a Federal offence.

  • reechie88 Maree Bell (@reechie88) reported

@Telstra - very poor connection of internet- not getting what I pay for - looking at changing providers after many years. Been on phone re this over week new modem didn’t fix problem

  • AnnaKEdwards Anna - all vaxxed up! 💉 (@AnnaKEdwards) reported

@jessdotceee @BrownlowChaz @AFL Think you need to login with your telstra acct login

  • SheldonBell9 Sheldon Bell (@SheldonBell9) reported

@EmRusciano @Telstra Lets be honest, anyone who falls for this deserves to be hacked. The terrible spelling and any link in a text. Instant red flags. Only a complete moron when it comes to phones could ever fall for this crap

  • JohnPat36272351 John Patrick (@JohnPat36272351) reported

@01000011CS @Telstra If you use Telstra for anything you need to use this thing called Google and save yourself a **** load.

  • RobbieMigliore Robbie Migliore (@RobbieMigliore) reported

Telstra needs to get its act together. 6 weeks to resolve a problem. 5 hours of phone calls and 20 hours of text. Appalling @Telstra

  • AusSue2 Aus Sue (@AusSue2) reported

@Ben96272869 @EmRusciano @Telstra Ditto - I ended up setting up do not disturb overnight so it doesn't wake me up with text notifications. Set it to allow calls from all my contacts. Hope that might do the trick. Hope some boffins somewhere are coming up with a good fix for this. Bloody annoying.
