@victa810 Thank you Dennis. My request was granted. It just took a very long time listening to truly stupid recordings. Then one of the areas to be out through to was Foxtel. I couldn’t believe my ears. What does Foxtel have to do with Telstra?

So @Telstra.. why has your mobile payment direct debit system been broken for almost a year now, and despite multiple calls and escalations no one on your side has been able to fix it yet..? Sort of makes me wonder why I’m bothering to pay for a supposedly ‘premium’ service..
