@Telstra I just attempted to register for the firefighter assistance package you have announced. On phone for 20 mins, spoke to someone I could barely understand, put on hold, disconnected. So much for the “help”.Thanks Telstra 😡 #ffs #nohelpforme #TelstraOnHold #hangup

  • ryanburles Ryan Burles (@ryanburles) reported from Albury, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Ongoing, around 5-6 months now. At its worst in CBD during 9-5

  • MichaelBanovic Michael Banovic (@MichaelBanovic) reported from Albury, State of New South Wales

@AKunowski @LanaMurphy @Telstra Not in Albury at the moment. Signal is strong but the speed is atrocious. Central Wodonga has the best speed.

  • MarkJesser Mark Jesser (@MarkJesser) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Telstra Hi Jessica, no not showing any outages, speeds are terrible, have reset network settings etc with no improvement.

  • too_good1 Kim B (@too_good1) reported from Wodonga, State of Victoria

@Telstra Still intermittent hopefully what ever the problem is it’ll be fixed by tomorrow.

@Telstra A response whilst I was still at work would have been preferred no known outages according to your website but that’s never accurate.

The number of times my dad gets calls from "TELSTRA" each week telling him there's a problem with his internet is crazy. So today, I got on the phone and sorry my friend but you can't pull your scams on me.

  • DazInSydney Seriously. Bitch, please. (@DazInSydney) reported

@dats_moy Have DMd you to say hello! Look I used to have Optus but ditched them for Telstra about 5 yrs back. Never looked back. Was a bit sketchy at firstz but honestly they are more expensive for a reason. The service is, I have found, generally very, very good.

  • libliars wayne (@libliars) reported

    @chrismurphys @Telstra I use TPG haven't had a problem 🤞

  • NewtonMark Mark Newton Total Landscaping Supplies (@NewtonMark) reported

Get @Telstra online support involved. "We'll send you an update in 30 minutes." 70 minutes later, I ping them for an update.

  • sgilbertdavies Steve G-D (@sgilbertdavies) reported

@pauls_boutique Apart from illegal Streaming? Kayo Sports is much cheaper, plus you can get it for $15 a month ($10 off) if you’re a Telstra customer.

  • wheeziemungo new year, old me (@wheeziemungo) reported

@SquigglyRick Don’t hold your breath waiting for @Telstra. We are STILL without NBN as they “escalate “ to fix the problem. Apparently. Not that we can tell.

  • johnny_doe2010 Johnny Doe 🔻 (@johnny_doe2010) reported

@chrismurphys @Telstra First off, the TIO can intervene if Telstra aren't doing their job. You can create a case on the TIO website, Telstra will be levied a small fine and they'll have to prioritise your issue. Is NBN available at your house?

  • DougPhillips51 Doug Phillips (aka) Phill (@DougPhillips51) reported

Scammers pretending to be Telstra, haha they don't give up. I just tell them, I know about your scam, See ya,. And hang up. Friggen Indian scammers. scumbags.

  • NewtonMark Mark Newton Total Landscaping Supplies (@NewtonMark) reported

It's incredibly hard to become a customer of @Telstra so you can give them money. They absolutely despise money, and do everything in their power to ***** as many obstacles as possible in the way of a normal person establishing a billing relationship with them.

  • paul4589 Paul (@paul4589) reported

@loutosetto @Optus Where I am, Telstra NBN is the only choice. Feedback from the teenagers is that it is stable and slow. NBN may have been dealing with the shock of most of Sydney staying home for the last few days watching STAN or Netflix.
