@Telstra It may be officially time to jump boat to OPTUS, not ideal situation but after the last 3 months of my Internet randomly going down for days at time with no explanation the frustration is a 10/10.

Won’t let you in basically as there is a gatekeeper who trolls the entrance collecting details and assigning you a spot in line. Absolutely no customer service at all

@NBN_Australia leasing @Telstra copper with @Optus as a retailer is a perfect example of how three providers is not better than one. A lot of 👉👈 finger pointing as to who has the issue all the while the customer (me) with awful internet....#sortitout

@SharonHepworth3 Ouch! No I would lodge a complaint with their customer service- worth a try, especially if you’re a long-term customer.. We had similar issues with excessive roaming charges from Telstra, they were good about it.

There should be a compatibilitywith SAT Technologies, feel like making an exit, switch to the longer distance better devices, I see the telstra yellow pages have them mentioned. Availability a problem on that reguard.

@Telstra your service is disgraceful. I have four accounts with you and yet you continue to bombard me daily with automated phone calls for an individual called ‘Casey Robinson’ that is not me. I call to tell you to stop and your call centre staff could not care less. Appalling.

So Telstra's latest trick to never provide any service to you is to not publish their phone numbers on the Contact Us menu, but force you onto chat, then leave you waiting on the chat so long that it goes past 8pm and no one is answering at all and they've just gone home.

@Telstra have made it so difficult for my father in law to engage with them about his plan. They won’t call him, instead expecting him to use their text service. The man is 90, of course he isn’t texting anyone! This is completely inappropriate.
