    @EverywhereTrip @Telstra I’ve personally found their tech to be very good indeed, but dealing with their customer service to be similar to repeatedly stubbing your toe while being stung by a wasp. We have one Telstra mobile left in the house - I moved everything else away.

    @Telstra Damage is already done. I’ve been on 24/7 chat via the app and telstra basically put the ownership back onto me when it was @Telstra’s error. So in our chat conversation we agreed to disagree and what should have been a credit back on onto my account turned to a tio complaint

    @simonahac @Telstra Australia is a backwater nation re internet. That is just ridiculous. I'm on my around Oz road trip and Vodaphone have been woeful the whole way. Their claim "we have works in that area" is just BS and getting old. I contacted the Ombudsman on it. Many more telco problems here.

    @VodafoneAU poor form guys. Office modem you supplied faulty - 2 weeks of back and forth, 2 hours on hold yesterday, no solution on how to pickup new modem. First day w/ @Telstra NBN today. You lost a loyal customer of 8 years. 7 mobile + NBN connections @VodafoneAU

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

    @telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

    @Telstra We were trying to connect a new cable adapter which we were given by Telstra because the performance of our old one was slow. The new adapter was not connecting but no one could tell us why. We have had to switch back to using the slow old adapter....

    @pedrodias @Telstra Telstra have some pay phones (maybe now just phone booths since they are free!) with wifi as part of their broader Telstra Air service but I think you need to be a Telstra customer to use them.

    @Telstra Hopeless dropouts again tonight. The usual pattern. Techs admit it’s partly DNS problems and partly crappy infrastructure. I guess 4G and 5G will eventually replace this useless bundle of wires as customers just give up.

    What’s happening with the service @Telstra? I was just talking to my workmates, we’re all with Telstra but we’ve had a bad connection since yesterday. No service, slow data. This is just sad, especially when I had to look for signal just to message my boss. 😢

    @chrisgriffiths2 @abcnews especially when AP are the main postal and delivery service .. to a certain degree some of the CEO actually hire consultancy to help them .. I have a friend who works for Accenture and was hired as a consultant by Telstra CEO/Executives to give them advice on business strategies
