Who rings octogenarians at 7pm on a Sunday to confirm that a problem they didn’t even know about had been rectified to their satisfaction? @Telstra you do-why? Thanks for the distressed elderly rellies, thanks for the missed call I couldn’t return, thanks for the cold dinner 🤬

@Telstra 2021 and still no Disney+ app on TTV. TTV is so bad! So many other good streaming products, avoid TTV at all costs!

Naomi Elle (@naomi_t_81) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@mels_mck @Telstra It sucks but the easiest way I’ve found if you are out of contract is just switch to another provider with your new name, I would think @Telstra could handle this but treating someone with dignity may be a bit much for them.

Naomi Elle (@naomi_t_81) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@Telstra I’m won’t know until next week. Please fix you menu system to make it easier to talk with a person.

@SpotlightForYou @Fact_Oracle @Telstra No corporations answer calls anymore, they just stick you in a never ending queue to frustrate you into hanging up

@stephenradical @Telstra Yep, but despite this Telstra POST you the QR code for it - so stupid.
-
Ben (@iB3nji) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@__rymac Hmmm i mean it isn’t bad at all. I got 350Mbps+ over 4G with Telstra so I feel 5G should be close to 1Gbit.

@Telstra @andy_penn Imagine if a surgeon went MIA or left the operating room and said they’ll get back to you real soon when they work out your problem. How much longer until our practice @GongSurgical bleeds out because your not able to sort out the provisioning of our phones?

Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@Telstra That is not true at all. I’ve requested to speak to somebody with no result. It’s poor service.
-
Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@Telstra That’s a poor excuse sorry. The phone calls never get through to a human regardless of what you need. Your text service is inadequate and also not a human. The most response I’ve received is on Twitter because it’s public. I fear for my 75 y/o mum dealing with Telstra
-
Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Calling Telstra only to be disconnected and referred to a text service with a non- human who is incapable of responding to anything off script. No call back.
-
Dr Bronwyn Carlson (@BronwynCarlson) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
Trying to solve a @Telstra issue with endless hours on hold, when I get through I get disconnected, no call back- shitty service. I’m starting to doubt any humans work there. Time for a change of service providers!

Kaan Kaban (@IamKaanKaban) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@Telstra Internet after today’s issue is cutting out. I’ve turned it off for 10 mins, turned it back on, I’ve hit the reset button, it starts to work for a bit and goes off again, I had a similar problem a week ago. Is there a problem in my area? Fairy meadow 2519 NSW

@Telstra relocation are still ongoing. Our ‘Connection Manager’ Ankita last contacted me on Thursday to say on Friday our old phone numbers were being cut across from our old address and there would be minimal disruption. Our case ref with her is 2-26877336684. No inward calls since. Help!

@Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.
-
John Roach (@cambuslangtrain) reported from Wollongong, State of New South Wales
@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

@Telstra I have no phone service even though it says I’m connected to 5G. Your customer service was going to send out an NBN technician? And now they’re saying they’ll call me in 24-48 hours? How? I have no phone service.

Miss Speaker. (@IndeedGentelmen) reported
@rkd993 Dude, as NDIS applicant I never had more frustrating experience than dealing with @billshortenmp 's office. I currently have five different reference numbers because those children employed in his office don't check or update any systems. #NDIS under ALP is like Telstra. #auspol

James (@jamesphumphreys) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@NBN_Australia @Telstra what does one have to do to get something fixed? 6 weeks of back and forth and nobody can sort the problem. Surely this can't be too hard.

-
Artie Stucco (@stuccolath) reported
@Telstra Why would they care enough to wait on hold for two hours? As far as they're concerned it's not their problem. It's mine. A better solution would be to connect me with whoever manages the appeals process for your internal email blacklists.
-
Frost Farms (@frost_farms) reported
1/2 @telstra Question, what has happened to good customer service? Dateline..Friday…got a call from a Telstra tech… told me to turn my phone off for 2 minutes and he would call me back
-
Patrick Saunders (@psaunder75) reported
@Telstra No because I thought the IT team would want to see the error ocurring so the can troubleshoot it properly. Reinstall isn't a proper fix is it?
-
Ross Hopkins (@ross_hopkins) reported
@Telstra Hi! I spoke to someone yesterday about changing the delivery address of an order. They said I’d get a confirmation of an escalated case, but I haven’t received it. Are you able to help?
