    @MattRichardson Did the same for Australia. Optus prepaid sim from Amazon. Simple web form to activate; worked beautifully from wheels down in BNE.

    Optus told me my issue would be fixed on the 5th of Oct. So I got happy that I'd have normal internet on the 6th. Well as per usual Optus has just told me it won't be fixed for another month or 2. 1/2

    @Jacqui_E_mcgill I was told to keep the line open they would call shortly as my issue was escalated to urgent. That was5 days ago.. optus is heaps better

    @PyeTrevor @nationalpost @acoyne They too have only 2 service providers. Telstra and Optus. They are behind in cable internet but are way in front for cell towers and coverage as well as 5G service. They just don't seem to gouge their customer base.

    @Optus any chance you can fix up my subhub for @PrimeVideo. I have a case and was told I’d get a call back within 48 hours a month a go. Tried your chat again but this 48hours seems to be getting longer and longer.

    @Optus Hi Meg, let’s not hide behind DM’s as I think this is important for your potential new customers to know what they can expect from @Optus. Your suggestion of a physical sim is not viable as it appears the sim reader is not working which is why Optus suggested an eSIM a week ago

    Help please - phone can make phone calls but can't connect to a network, use apps, google, etc. Doesn't appear to be any 4G outages locally @Optus

    Honestly @Optus, get your **** together. We've practically been without mobile signal for 3.5wks now. Your website has delayed the maintenance on the tower 3 times 😡 Not good enough.
