    @MattRichardson Did the same for Australia. Optus prepaid sim from Amazon. Simple web form to activate; worked beautifully from wheels down in BNE.

    @jennylmackinnon May 2017 apparently... So angry @Optus is deflecting and acting like it's the customer's responsibility. The should be writing to EVERY affected customer, or former customer, informing them what had been jacked...

    @bennpackham So just playing a straight bat but if this has been caused by a crim - or criminal enterprise - can’t Optus just pay them off? That’s what they’re waiting for, isn’t it? In the meantime, can’t Optus re-issue phone numbers to their customers? If the info is a package deal, 1/2

    PA Crypto Twitter: If you don’t know. Optus got popped. IDs, names, addresses, emails and DOB Info leaked of customers. If you use Optus SIM for your mfa on crypto accounts change that ****. Oh and get your crypto off exchanges now more than ever! Stay Security Savy Frens

    So according to an email from @optus my name, date of birth, email address, home address and the numbers of my licence and passport have been stolen. But their network and service haven't been compromised, so I feel much better knowing that everything is roses for you🤬🤬

    @mads_g0 This has been one thing in a long line of ****** service I've had from Optus and I'm right now looking at my options to move. It's been clear all along that they have a nasty disregard for their customers.

    @Optus You guys never heard of a sms blast or a broadcast? Wouldnt that have been quicker and direct to the customers? Rather thn "alerting the media"?? Geeezz...
