    @MattRichardson Did the same for Australia. Optus prepaid sim from Amazon. Simple web form to activate; worked beautifully from wheels down in BNE.

    @Telstra As soon as I get thru to Telstra I will be moving this account to Optus also! At least I can talk to someone if I have issues, three days now no internet and I can.t talk to anyone other than India!

    @Optus Yes please. I have moved into a development that does not have nbn but has opticomm so I can’t sign on to Optus broadband. I have been a customer for around 2 decades and want to retain my email account. Is there a way to retain it?

    Asked @Optus a simple question via their message system in their APP. The ‘chat person’ asked to give him/her a minute to look up details. 37 min later she will ‘just be a minute’. WTF? Don’t worry about it FFS

    @Optus 3/3 Lastly, when I login into my Optus account it says my data is shared data? How can that be as I don’t share/use this data on any other device nor do I have any family members on my plan? Thank you.

    @Telstra This is more frustrating! There are no interruptions in my area, and the link you gave me is only concerned with Bill payments and phone/tablet, nothing to do with ADSL internet issues! This is the second time I’m having issues with modems, the last one I had to move to Optus.

    I don't get alot of problems with @optus broadband but tonight my internet stopped working, happened right in the middle of a TV show out of the blue. It's back on again but will it happen again.. I hope not

    @Optus my 4G isn’t working, have reset my phone multiple times but can’t seem to get it working - any ideas?? ( very weird it’s not working, haven’t touched any settings!)
