    @Optus @benjiwootto This is getting ridiculous, I have been experiencing the same issue and the network connection is actually deteriorating day by day. The first “planned maintenance” notice said to be fixed after 27th July, they, then extended it to 10th of August, and the lastest update said 14th

    @Optus @XtremeTrainz There it is! An issue (ref: 25032860). There would be a lot less Optus customers tweeting you if this simple info was readily shown on your Network Status page, hmm?

    @waynemcdougall @vodafoneNZ Frustrating! Personally I’ve had good interactions with VF (and 2Degrees before them) but, having spent many wasted hours dealing with Telstra and Optus on similar issues, I feel your pain.

    @Optus Hi, I'm wondering if you've got some DNS issues? My Optus modem/router (192.168.0.1) is my DNS and all my connected devices are not resolving names. I added Google DNS and everything is working again. Can you please investigate? Thanks, Wayne

    Hey @optus, 2 weeks now our internet has been running slow, tonight’s test 3.69Mbps this is getting ridiculous. So glad we are paying for high speed internet
