@drCharlie_C @NBN_Australia Same. My suburb wasn’t directly impacted, and there’s been no internet for over 2 weeks. Optus and Telstra are now both reporting the outage, but NBN still says everything is fine. It’s clearly not. Zero communication, zero accountability. Come on, @NBN_Australia, do better.

My @Optus bill is due today. It’s 9:23am and I’ve just been sent a message by them telling me I’m “a little late”. Hey, I’ve been in a flood and had no service for several days … Back off Optus!

@Optus What’s going on? Once again, I have no internet and telephone service on my @Optus @NBN_Australia connection, since the middle of this afternoon. I’m located in the Inner West Sydney area. The service is breaking down every other day! This is incredibly frustrating!

@Optus I have sent a DM. When will I get a reply? I need this resolved within 30 minutes. It is now a 1 hour wait for a human on the Optus service app. I was told an expert would call me within 48 hours & no one has called me.
