    @Optus Thanks for the quick reply ! Yes, i have spoken to optus cust care multiple times and they did accept that there is an issue around here and gave me some discount. It is a common issue faced by thousands of customers ( i moved from Vodafone cause of that!)(1/2)

    I assume pure coincidence.. but.. Telstra was receiving $270 million a year from the Gov to provide basic services to every household. (USO) @Optus has rightly so asked for transparency on how this money is spent. @Telstra has never provided anything as far as I know

    5th day without @Optus NBN, the technician is here, he is trying to connect with their system, but the system is DOWN so he can't do anything. Awesome.

    Oh yea for those wondering about my @optus situation. Bassicly they have admitted that the tower is just massively over congested and, they are doing nothing about it. Congrats optus for offering a service you know you can't give, what joke. How many people you gonna screw over?

    @Optus whats happening with nbn been off since monday morning & yes it has been reported several time, nbn website says Optus outage be fixed by 7pm Monday 1st, go to optus webpage says under investigation, wtf happening no info anywhere!!!, really pathetic, live in 2206

    @Optus I have a number of issues on my account I’ve had support try to fix 3 times in chat and nothings been changed, even though they said it has… can I speak to someone regarding this?? Super frustrating at the least…..
