    @Optus zero network connectivity (no calls, text or data) in Wonthaggi and the wider Bass Coast. Any update on when the network will be back?

    So the answer to the @Optus breach by @VicRoads is to issue everyone a second card, effectively 2 CARD # FACTOR AUTHORISATION which will need to later be quoted to companies needing license info. Looking forward to the day I have a full deck of License cards. #OptusDataBreach

    @Telstra Seeing as I can not get onto the outages page consider this my report of an issue in the Cotton Tree area near Maroochydore Qld. It's frustrating when #Optus has better service than @Telstra and I have important business tasks to get done.

    @IanSamuels3 That's not the NBN then, paid WiFi dongle is perhaps with a network like Telstra or Optus. I get the NBN through a private company, it is 50 Mbps and limitless downloads, for $53.50/mth. Then you can see more than WIN, I see the world load of programs.

    We've never previously had this level of trouble with @Optus - and, on those few occasions we've had issues, have had no issue getting them resolved. But this time around, it's like pulling teeth.

    @Optus I can’t have my entire Optus service suspended or I would already have just cancelled my credit card to stop you illegally taking my money. It’s my home business. I’m overseas. I can’t change carrier right now. You lot really have me over a barrel & I’m cross to say the least
