    OPTUS yea right I had virtually any money for recharging but I recharged with $30 asked why I only got $5.00 extra credit sucks but charge with $40 or $50 you get it all so thinking of trying VODAFONE think Optus can be quite stingy

    @Optus as a long term customer, the lack of service when ordering a new phone on line is appalling. After being told last Thursday 1-5 business days for delivery, I have just been told the item is not in stock and delivery is unknown. Poor.

    @Optus Last year I ordered a new phone online. It never arrived. 20 hours of being flipped from the Philippines to India and back, store staff who wouldn't help. No one took responsibility. Move your call centres to Australia, employ more store staff, and sack the CEO.
