    @Optus Thanks.They're visitors from another country,bought new optus sim but this did not seem to get activated, tried calling cust service but its after 8pm,no one picked up.Anyway,got solved after a few hours.Thanks for the reply Guy

    @Optus Further, the 'Network Status' page provided is not accurate as i've reported the issue twice in the past 24 hours and the graphic displays 0 'issues reported'.

    @Optus It's now 6pm and there is still no connection... it's baffling how long it can reasonably take to fix a network issue. I'll DM you my address.

    @cintarellla that is actually really smart! I dealt with Optus insurance previously for them to fix my 7+ (that is why I got an 8+) and they were great but it took 2 weeks for my phone to be fixed and get back to me which is super inconvenient if I have to do it with this phone as I have >

    @Optus hi. Relocation request that takes 30 days is not acceptable in 2018. Please, have a senior person contact me to discuss. Appt ID: APT700008725072. I work from home. Every other service I have has me connected well inside a week.

    @Optus Cancelled after 15 min wait. They phoned back with no explanation of why then put me through to helpful tech support who said my coverage affected by new building or something that cannot be remedied and I may need to change provider.

    @Optus hi optus my phone has constantly been cutting out consistently for the last 48 hours and i would like to be compensated due to loss of earnings, i have just upgraded my plan and this is not the service i expect 😤
