    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    I reckon 90% of the time, message I send on my phone, aren't received to who I send it to. My service also seems to be getting worse with @Optus. Still locked in for about 9 months. Will certainly be looking at @Telstra or @VodafoneAU next.

    @Optus Hi Optus, your contact centre is awful. I completed an application for a Qantas Sim Only deal, 4 emails asking me to call, 4 times I have called, each time the agent is not able to complete the process. Tried chat, they tried to sell NBN. think I'll stay with Telstra??

    @LushTrisha80 does that mean u cancel optus sport? Not sure that would impact them but yeah i haven’t bought tops since i bought a couple in 2020. We’ll miss top 4 now which will make it harder to attract players we need but perhaps at least we’ll get players who want to play for United.

    @Optus Optus I’m on to my 8th day without phone or internet . A simple reattachment on a cut phone line to a business in central Sydney . Poor communication poor service a disgrace . Shame on you . Disgusting.

    @Jabbatron @Telstra Yea, the telecommunications ombudsman. File a formal complaint with them (they are very used to this process) - then they will have a hard deadline to resolve your issue. This is how I’ve had to end up handling issues I’ve had with Telstra, Optus and the NBN. Good luck!
