@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@Optus First why does every other network provider actually provide quality internet that doesn’t cut out every 5 min then why am I holding 80ping with 30 percent packet loss why can’t you do anything about it? At least improve my package or improve speeds and quality this is horrible

@Optus Area code 2900 shows no problems or work being conducted. Tried troubleshooting today, as I have previously again and again over past several months.

@Optus @Optus it's actually standard. Nbn has never been any good here. The only thing I can blame optus for is useless customer service and not pressing @NBN_Australia to upgrade their network in under performance areas

@Optus Scam watch can't help when it is Optus' failings that are causing people to get hacked. Who do i go to to report failings in your systems putting hundreds of thousands of people at risk of identity theft?
