    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @Telstra As soon as I get thru to Telstra I will be moving this account to Optus also! At least I can talk to someone if I have issues, three days now no internet and I can’t talk to anyone! Absolutely disgusting!

    Hey @Optus your complaints process is broken. Made a complaint online on 24 Feb. The response was someone would contact me within 2 bus days. SMS from Nathaniel an ‘Expert’ in the customer resolution team on day 2 saying he’d make contact within another 2 bus days. Crickets since

    @KazRockchick I bet you think it's working now. No, it's not. I've been in Zoom meetings, using up my 4G allowance. I think I'll brave Optus support now.

    @crowdiegal @John_Michaels1 The only problem is what strategy and when. Australia commercial media is most protected of type in world whole thing needs massive change. There's ESPN, paramount, Optus, Stan, kayo and few others sniffing around some dipping toes in but all just waiting to see what happens
