    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @Optus hi Optus, I ordered my prepaid SIM card 10 days ago and still waiting and unable to be tracked. I keep hearing that it’s still waiting to be dispatched..it’s been 10 days! Can this be followed up please as I am already an Optus customer. Thanks

    @GBTSocScientist @Optus So true. Sometimes when I tried to phone Hubby, a message said the number had been disconnected, othertimes there would be no 'ringing' tone, just silence. The message bank would cut out, so there was no chance to leave a message. He's lost customers because of optus.

    @Optus Might be a good product but why would anyone chose Optus. I was with them since I got my first phone, first issue they screwed me. Now they're refusing to let me out.

    @Optus Train your customer service staff to solve to issue customer Facing first and then sell your overpriced mobile plans.. Every time I try to contact them rather than solving issues they want to sell different plans.. #shitnetwork #poorcustomerservice

    @Optus Also, to the 0 people who read this, notice when confronted with an unhappy customer, they make you DM them. No effort at all to make an effort. Get to DM, you got 4 step authentication for someone who doesn't authenticate themselves. Only to be disappointed, continually.
