    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    Try googling your name and address. I once found a job recruiter website let google crawl and publish every uploaded resume. My home address and telephone number was the first google result. Privacy is a problem everywhere. Optus is the tip of a scary iceberg.

    Who else is ditching @Optus after their appalling performance of the past week? They still haven't notified me about my personal information being compromised and I was disconnected 4 times yesterday from their customer service after some pointed questions. I'm done with them.

    I heard on TV that with the hack in the Optus network one customer reported that her husband had his identity stolen and various home loans were generated in his name and another bank account set up in his name.

    Regarding the #OptusHack I'm more worried about the hacks we never hear of than the ones we do. Feel for Optus staff who have to front the public now, and equally for any customers caught up in the hack.
