@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@aabalmain Oh dear. No one has offered up a service provider … We gave up on @NBN_Australia and bought a 4G modem set-up from @Optus which is working very well. Good luck!

How **** is @Optus!!! In suburban Nicholls ACT and the best I can get is 1 bar of 3g and most of the time it's SOS. Can't wait to move back to Telstra #Optus #Optusfail

Hey @Optus, quick question. I have switched to Amaysim but I would still like to keep my Optus number active and use it as a secondary number. I am on prepaid. How often will I need to recharge to keep my service active? Is a $10 recharge every 6mths (or whatever the min is) OK?
