@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

.@Optus had me thinking there was a legit issue with my iPhone order. I just had to call them back after they only call me during work hours (when I work) and after being on hold I find out they only had to confirm I was keeping my number. THIS. COULD. HAVE. BEEN. AN. EMAIL!!

@topher_1976 @Optus Good question, I wish I knew the answer. But after lots of time on hold with .@optus last week, then lots of promises they'd find a solution, it's just been deathly silence. Exactly like the BBC coverage I was watching >50 mins ago when the network dropped out. Again. 😤🙄

@Optus The only choice is to say yes to another provider. Optus are useless, their Customer Service is woeful, internet is slow due to oversubscribing. They double charge, tell you you are not under contract and then charge you contract fees for breaking a contract

@Optus please help the residents of Warners Bay, near the tower on Munibung Hill (Speers Point) that haven't been able to make or receive mobile phone calls since 3 September, following works on that particular tower. Multiple people impacted, issue not being resolved

@Optus mobile bill has increased by $10, get told it was because as a new customer that 24 month discount ended. So, loyal customers now pay more? Is it time to shop around?
