@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus most frustrating service EVER! Cancelled my contract because of poor internet which they refused to do in store, spent 3 hours talking to people on online chat to cancel and now still be charged 2 months after I cancelled my contract.

@Optus We're in with a real human! Unbelievable! She seems pretty competent so far, but so did the last person. They've told us that there is a large complaint in from franchises about the online service because they keep saying things that are inaccurate.

@Optus Maybe I’m stupid cause I plugged the modem in as per instructions the only lights that lit up were wifi and power ... I waited an hour for it to respond with the internet light but gave up .. plugged in the old modem ..

@Optus Yes, and the message is always, "We're currently working on a mobile tower." It's now been several months of poor mobile reception, and at least a month of day-long WiFi drop-outs ... most of it with no warning, apology or offer of restitution from @Optus.

@Optus so now I can't get an answer from customer service either, despite their claims that they could help. What do I do here? No wonder so many ppl have to go to social media to get action.
