@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

Apparently @Optus has "deleted" (their words) my NBN connection. I have to wait 48hrs for their stuff up. Considering I've started moving my 5 phone services to @Telstra I think my NBN will be next. Been with Optus for sooo many years but lately wow it's been bad.

My old @Optus case manager called me at last and said I might need a technician- but since it’s Friday afternoon no one can come til next Wednesday, even though it’s been broken for two weeks and I’ve been telling them all this week the new modem doesn’t work.

Anyone else in #Canberra having @Optus connection issues? I haven't had a single day since lockdown where my 5G mobile connection hasn't dropped out at least once (but usually multiple times), and been unstable at others.
