@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus Last Friday I contacted support about a problem. Was told I would be contacted. Was not. I contacted support again today. After half an hour we only just started to assess the problem after copious verification requirements. Then the whole connection broke. Not happy!!

I'm thinking the great reset may happen with a cyber attack. Australian media are pushing this agenda hard at the moment. First optus hack , then medicare, now banks having trouble with there systems hmmmm. Seems suss.

I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

@Narty007 There’s no such thing as absolute security. Cyber intrusions are attempted all the time, some successfully. This one really is worst case scenario but so far I haven’t seen anything to suggest Medibank is at fault (& they’re certainly handling the response better than Optus)
