@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@chaigrima Dealt with Optus every time too and never got anywhere with them, Telstra isn’t the best but has definitely been better than anything else atm

@AmyRemeikis lol for thinking that any stuffup from telstra (or optus, or voda, or 'insert telco here') is ever personal. All their systems are designed by contractors, who finish their contracts and leave... never to return. So when they 'stuff up' there's no-one that knows how they work.

@jimbeglin It was a cheap little pot shot. I didn't hear it but that's because I chose to turn @OptusSport off and watch on a different channel because your commentary is usually very poor. You get given all City games being a Liverpool fan 🤔. I'm guessing Optus don't pay great wages.

@ImOneWithTheKop I got ruthless. Telstra, Optus, visit Victoria, 7 & some others that I would probably engage in if it wasn't promoted. After a while I unblocked & it doesn't seem to appear any more. I've cleared up heaps since then & it only ever is the stupid clickbait articles now.

@Optus my NBN hasn't been working properly the last few days. Slow loading pages and streaming times out. Your help chat says no issues however people on local Facebook groups are reporting the same. How do I get this fixed before a day of video calls tomorrow? :)
