    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    Hey @Optus, I’ve been a customer again for a little over a month and your service sucks. My Optus app not working, having to re-visit the store I signed up at to solve account issues, incorrect information given by call centre staff and your new plan with “AutoPay” is terrible.

    @billygraveslfc @Optus Oh, and they never stopped charging me the $130 a month whilst it was all happening. When they finally agreed to send out a technician for FREE (because I refused to pay the extra $$$), he knocked on the door at 6am on Boxing Day! 🙄

    @AUSFestivus Steps to repro: use my optus app, click new line, click eSim, choose a phone number, enter a payment card, then fail the validation, exit app, and come back to app, you'll be at square 0, and in 5 days you'll have a completed charge for 10 AUD rather than 0 AUD.

    @simpsubhswf @Telstra Optus tried it with me when I upgraded my plan recently. Apparently, "it will help you to manage your budget". Told them in no uncertain terms that I was perfectly capable of managing my own budget. Took a lengthy exchange and the intervention of a supervisor before they gave in.

    @AjaanMark I agree - Optus Wi-Fi has been very slow this week. I was considering resetting my modem in case that was the problem.

    @Eagleeyedkiwi And poorly done, if you’re used to Optus. Can’t get up and watch a replay / highlights from overnight - Either have to watch it live at 1.30am, or by the time the replay’s available you’ve heard the scores and there’s little interest left. And hard to find. #tenplay #fail

    Dear @optus! When are you guys going to fix the tower where I live!? It’s had an issue since 18th of November I believe and what’s the issue with it!??
