I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

I hated Optus, but I have to say, the NBN box itself never failed in all the years I had it. Will be interested to hear how you go with Starlink

Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive standard replies, to no avail. Please raise with Jazz to talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
