I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

I mean 'why pay for home phone and mobile?' as with most things in society people simply don't expect things once established to ever fail. It's why optus and telstra are strung out atm.

Zero cash for us, but the Optus bill goes up to cover this pay out to lawyers and a few who could afford them. Same as the mob who are suing Coles. Community raised it many times with Jazz, to always receive a reply to adjust network settings to no avail. Please talk with Singtel/Optus to restore Jazz IR in Australia.
