    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @kbrspace please please make it a priority for you to sort out client experience @Optus its really a shambles. Poor #CustomerExperience never a good experience dealing with optus support. Issue after issue sending a DM does nothing either. I hope someone takes the #client serious

    @Glenn_Wiseman @kayosports Same issue for me Glenn. Turned tv off at wall. Removed and reinstalled app. Logged off and on again. Can’t find how to clear the cache. Does Optus Sports have cricket? Would consider a move to them if so.

    @ragecherry @Optus Suspect that's deliberate (upside is definitely with people thinking they've used a lot rather than a little), but willing to be given contrary credible evidence based on customer research

    @DocB__ Never had a drama with iinet. Currently have mobile plan with them. Previously had internet with them in Perth(bundled with phone). Only slight issue is they have gone from The Optus network to Vodaphone, therefore signal wants a little sometimes in the Sunshine Coast hinterland.
