@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus I have not been able to get a stable NBN connection for over a month. No one answering your support channels today. Had to resort to Twitter to see if someone is able to provide some service today.

@aekmuldoon 2/2We can now also offer better data prices and more flexibility with mid month plan changes. not 100% ideal for all as some areas are better covered with optus or telstra but we made a "better off overall" choice and hopefully the network expands to cover you better soon! -Meg

Message on 2 phones this am.1 from Optus. 1 from Telstra re missed voice mail. if play message. goes to request to open the (Telstra app on 1, Optus App on the other) due to "large format file". Never seen this before.

@Telstra Thanks for getting back to me Bek. It’s pretty temperamental most of the time, if I’m honest. But I don’t usually notice it because I can flick over to our Optus connection when it goes down. With 3 kids homeschooling, this is no longer an option. :(
