    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    Don’t you hate it!! When you go to an optus or a Telstra shop with a problem and the person there says sorry you’ll have to call our customer service centre we can’t do it in store , hate , hate , hate

    @MsahWu Months after I closed my acct with Optus I kept getting bills. Then overdue notices. I phoned them and it was a known issue and I was told to ignore them. Can't help but wonder how many ppm just paid the bill. Never any remediation letter, explanation or apology.

    @abcnews Had a survey call re my thoughts on how OPTUS handled this mess (so far). questions about method of contact, was it helpful, was message clear ? etc. that would be a NO in my politest manner. Poor kid on the phone. Also said no idea what they actually doing to sort this out.

    Telstra are only coming out to stand up for Optus because they know their infrastructure is as equally rickety and vulnerable. They don’t criticism of **** security practices to be normalised.

    @Ckatoshi @OMGTheMess @Optus What was the turnaround to get someone from Optus to contact you after the ombudsman complaint? I lodged a complaint direct with Optus and their case managers won’t even make contact for 2 weeks
