    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    Today I spent 3 hours trying to get in touch with Optus, a telecommunications company. When I call, it hangs up after 20 minutes. Login fails on the myoptus app. The web chat refers me to call. @optus dont have much going for them any more.

    @Optus - CASE ID 100307922 - 1/2 - MY MUM’s OPTUS LANDLINE & NBN connection have been UNAVAILABLE since WED 3 MARCH. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. THERE HAS ALSO BEEN NEXT TO NO MOBILE COVERAGE in KAMBAH WEST, ACT, 2902 since APR. 2008!!! My MUM has MAJOR HEALTH ISSUES & LIVES ON HER OWN

    @NBN_Australia why in the world we didn't have internet for the last 3 days? And when we called optus they said it's an NBN problem and we have nothing to do with it... What should I do with my university and my work? I have a disabled brother who can't stay without his iPad...

    2. Agency again. We had to send confidential information regarding his disabilities to you (Langa Solofini) and finally he agreed that my son should never have got that plan and waived payment providing he did not use Optus again. We have kept our side of the deal why aren't you?

    @Optus Hi Zac, I did try on the app but that doesnt work either. When I sign in it tells me the account isnt linked to my SIM. Ive also been trying to change my contact email, but I hit 'change' and nothing happens

    @_Michelangelo__ @Optus My god service is woeful. Five calls to the automated voice system trying any different option, all ended with them hanging up. Then i tried the app and messaging. They got back to me four hours later at 2am. What shite service. Am going to switch. Do not go optus!!!!
