    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

    @Optus No, I haven't. The issue is -I do not have to submit anything in standard mail or attend a physical location to open a new account, But: -I have to either send documents via mail or attend a branch to change my *existing* account. Do you understand my frustration?

    @Optus Don’t waste your time Quade, you can’t fix it. I live in a mobile black spot in the guts of Newcastle and no one wants to fix it. Like I said… “try another telco”? That’s a big help. It needs a tower in the area. Cheers mate.

    The moment when you've been talking to @Optus for 5 hours because they cut your internet off, then inform you some random has changed your account into their name and then this has cancelled your NBN service. 5 hours later they are still talking to us in chat.

    P.S. Optus turned the Mobile antennas toward new development and changed others to 5G in my area and my 4G only mobile internet dongle ceased to work. Had to change ISP's to get better service.

    @Optus hey Optus.. since you did your upgrade or works the other day the service has been terrible on the 4G network.. 1 bar most of the time. What’s the go?

    Had wifi but no internet since yesterday afternoon. Troubleshooting page has circular links to its own header. Previously vowed to live for ever more without home internet rather than deal with @Optus “support” chat again. WFH is about to get tricky

    @Optus so I'm trying to connect to Live Chat on my PC but I can't find the option to do so. The app wont load on my phone so I can't do messaging. Please help as I can't receive or make calls on landline despite new NBN compatible handset. I have dial tone.

    @Optus Sent through a private message. But again we are now being told we cannot re connect to the NBN following cancellation. Yet we didn't cancel and some random has taken over our account. Poor security by Optus!
