@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@churchmouse22 hi Kathryn, I had the same problem, and I found a solution. No Optus helper suggested clearing the "Sent" box (mentioned in some support texts). Clear old unimportant "Sent" messages. My box went from 478 Mb down to 18 Mb

@noshamecreative @AlboMP I assume it means "if you have problems later we don't want you to sue us". Though credit to Medibank (AHM), their comms have been far superior to Optus'

@9NewsAUS I got a new SIM card from Optus after the hacking scandal. I called their support centre to activate it bcos the app wouldn't work. The lady asking for all my personal details was based in the Philippines. Do we even learn from these mistakes? @AlboMP @OptusSport

@brettadam_23 @mariewalsh18 @Ogregator Sure Optus has had an issue, but I expect mostly what they’re referring to here is some kind of Two-Factor authentication process where you’re sent a verification code to your phone/Email and use your password as well. It’s a good idea and you should do it

@DavidShoebridge @RonniSalt And My Deal! I don't even know who they are except they're owned by Woolworths. I've never given Woolworths my details. Email from My Deal saying 2.2 million Australians have been breached. I'd already been assaulted by the Optus breach two weeks earlier. Who do we turn to?
