@twasink @LesStonehouse @Optus True. Done that. With my health situation, our house is wi-fi’d to the max. I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

  • SarahKneale12 Sarah Kneale (@SarahKneale12) reported from Sunshine Coast, State of Queensland

I am getting the Optus mail server cert has expired cannot receive/send emails #Optus help!

  • billymac_tshirt Chris Coleman (@billymac_tshirt) reported

@cuthbertsoni @Optus Good to know it’s not just me - seems there are a few complaints and I can’t access the online help. I’m calling it a night and hopefully OPTUS will have fixed it by the morning.

  • Lisa987 Lisa Harrison (@Lisa987) reported

@Optus @howie2719 Hey Optus I have this problem too.

  • 1stExecutive Andrew Thoseby (@1stExecutive) reported

@Optus @Optus - why are you ignoring the fact that I have already done all of that, received an unsatisfactory explanation - it is clearly systemic. Also not reading a complete message trail is, to be honest, poor service. I dont wish to discuss, just stop doing it!

  • jochappy Joanne Chappelow (@jochappy) reported

@Optus what’s the ETA on having the certificate fixed? Trying to do international business stuff here so the down time isn’t a good look.

  • IaenCordell Iaen Cordell (@IaenCordell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

The certificate that Optus uses on its email servers has expired, unable to access it from any IOS devices, just one of many examples of what happens when you out source your IT support to a OS location.

  • KanteBeStopped7 Kanτε_ΣΖN 🇦🇺🇬🇷 (@KanteBeStopped7) reported

I won’t be subscribing to this ‘paramount plus’ **** for the a league next season. Already paying for Foxtel Optus sport etc the a league is no where near good enough or big enough to warrant getting a whole new service. Awful greedy decision from the @ALeague

  • CarbsM75 MichaelCarbone (@CarbsM75) reported

@bok_party @neilsherwin Kayo covers ESPN and Bein, and you can get it for $5 pm. No one watches Sport Flicks leagues.... so really Kayo $5, Optus $15 and Paramount $9. MIT bad value given all of which you get for the combined value of $29

  • JodyTi Jody Tighe (@JodyTi) reported

@Optus what’s going on there? Email isn’t working and your support staff have kept me waiting for an hour with no response!

  • emeerana Imran Ali Rana (@emeerana) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Fix your **** @Telstra don't let your customers switch to Optus. ******* nightmare!
