@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus I have tried to call your call centre re the hack to see if my info being a former customer and my mum's account still being an active customer was compromised but your call centre is closed. This shouldn't be the case and a dedicated team/number should be available 24/7

@Asher_Wolf Hi! I have undeniable proof that stolen customer data from Optus was used by Basque native speaking persons to attempt to open Paypal Business accounts in Optus' customer names as early as the 25th of August and ongoing. Over the next few days we will hear of/from many victims.

@Asher_Wolf WTF were all those identifiers doing in 1 place fully linked? Optus.. we haven't linked Customer bank details or passwords Me.. no freeking need, ID fraud is a breeze, 100 pts all together in one place & I never reuse passwords I feel so comforted (NOT)

@7NewsMelbourne @Optus At 2:43 pm today, I got a call in which I’ve been asked to share my personal details by the scammers who caused this whole chaos, fortunately I didn’t as I knew there’s something wrong. @Optus, you guys need to further explain why such issues keep happening to your customers.
