@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus Hi Jack, no issue as such, it's just that "Start from beginning" is not offered specifically for live games from some platforms e.g. LG TV, but it is from others e.g. iPhone. I was assuming this was because you don't offer the functionality for all platforms. Is that correct?

@Optus continues to be a joke. i get a missed call from a number that turns out to be you guys, i’m assuming about this 10 week issue with no 5g, but the person doesn’t leave a message, or try calling back. and surprise, still no service. pathetic.

@Optus Who knew Optus has an actual phone number. It must be hidden, plus your advice about messaging you on the 24/7, that’s the problem as I stated in my previous tweet, the messaging doesn’t work. Your advice...a hidden ph number or message us. 🙄

For Christ sake @Optus, second day of internet that doesn’t work, just like last month. It’s a recurring issue, if you can’t provide the service I signed up for, cancel my contract and let me go back to @Telstra
