And Optus did not help when NBN tech disconnected me, by mistake, as their record were not accurate, so they cut me. For it sorted in 3 days, but no apology from NBN for their error no follow up.

Is this a known issue that is going to be fixed? MMS media can be sent but not received via LTE/NAS. SMS send/receive works. Only an @Optus problem.
