    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    to clarify the reason i say its affecting only TPG clients is because I have tested this site on multiple TPG nbn links and exetel and IINET and optus and the only common factor is when TPG is the ISP it I believe it to be a routing issue on their network

    As a customer of both @Optus & @medibank I am saddened by their cowardice and unwillingness to front the Senate. Your incompetence lead to my information being stolen, the least you could do is own up to it. #auspol #optus #medibankhack

    If anyone is still arguing with Optus about contracts ect make sure you put a complaint in with the TIO, they have pretty much got my final bill cut in half

    Trying to sign up to the free @equifax credit service provided to @Optus customers is an absolute nightmare. A glitchy site, convoluted process, and unclear instructions. I feel like as the betrayed customer, things shouldn't be this hard?!

    @CommBank Hi CommBank. It looks like my card was used fraudulently for trading but I've never traded in my life. Have locked card. I was an Optus customer so I'm a bit concerned.
