    @WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

    @JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

    Poor Customer Service from @Optus. Raise issue over 24 hours ago, told it's been escalated. Contact again today re: progress, new case is opened. Asked to supply details, not asked yesterday. Then I get told to please wait for 48 hours. Meanwhile I'll 1/

    @Optus Thank you Mary. My address is 2307 79-81 Berry Street North Sydney 2060. I raised a complaint about it yesterday morning and got told Optus is doing work on a tower near by but only out of normal working hours. Unfortunately constant dropping out and low speed happened ALL day.
