I can speak to unlock the front door to let the ambos in. Visitors and tradies cop it worst. And then we had a week of really poor NBN (Thank you, Mr Turnbull.) I was off the air.

That firstly annoys season ticket holders who get a worse experience and it dosen’t help their case in getting HBF Park upgraded in the future. All the government has to point to is the fact they are happy using Optus.

Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.
