@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

The contract for my internet service expires next month. Guess what I got in the post today. Offers from three other providers, arriving at the same time. The timing makes me suspect data sharing. Unless @Optus can tell me how else this has occurred.

Once again Optus is joining in the no service for the bush contest! Not sure what I have done to deserve extremely unreliable internet, one day it’s ok, the next day nothing. Optus have advised me that the problem won’t be fixed for sometime, now that’s service!

@StuddertNatalie The rest of my family use Amaysim. Optus network, so same coverage but cheaper. My kids' data allowance has accrued to over 1TB each and they're unlikely to ever make a dent in that.

@Telstra we have been without service for 6 days straight. At least 10 phone calls and 4 separate Telstra app conversations. Have all resulted in the same sentence “ur case manager will call within 24 hours.” But we haven’t heard back once. @Optus is looking good even with hacks
