@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@Optus When I log in on a computer I get sent the confirmation code and am seemingly able to login but when I click on "my account" I am asked to log in again. How am I able to fix this? as above , I am unable to call as I am abroad.

@optus I am trying to access the online chat facility for a simple technical non-account related question. It insists I have to identify myself, but the identification form will not accept my date of birth (something I've entered so many times before). Is there an issue?

@Optus Experiencing some issues? I managed to get through to someone in business sales who said I was in the wrong department and promptly hung up. Give me a call within 24 hours or I'm moving ALL my plans and mobiles to a service that can, at a minimum, provide an account manager.

@Optus And when I called technical support I was speaking with someone from Billing again! You honestly can’t script this nonsense. I’m on holidays and am sick of constantly wasting my time fixing Optus problems.

Major new scandals re Optus on the way, including allegations about chair Phil O’Sullivan (hired Glads Berejiklian). Optus “media team” won’t answer O’Sullivan questions - or even confirm it’s put them to him. Very serious issues, going to national security, inc AUKUS.

That's it. Optus' Marketing document which clearly referenced the Boost Mobile trademark seems to be the nail in the coffin for their defence. Boost Mobile wins, Optus to stop using the term Mobile Boost and variants in it's "Living Network" marketing and products #BoostVOptus

Hey @Optus do something about these damn robocalls, you idiots are responsible for our data being breached (directly after hiring an ex-premier who presided over a massive data breach) so you figure out how to fix this. Everyday, EVERY DAMN DAY we are getting calls.
