@WestPoint_USMA @WestPointCME @west Yes Optus - fraud is bad and the Australian barracks are not permitted to fraud Westpoints or Sandhurst barracks occurred. It of course is reported theirs do occurred.

@JelCastragigo @LesStonehouse I did that as well for Optus. Home phone and Optus tv plans. Also falsely advertised as wages. Lasted two weeks. Made 3 sales and never paid at all. Scam.

@Optus this is a feedback from a call I had with one of the customer service personnel Hermes. Ref # 10749462 . Hermes was very helpful, patient and went miles to find a solution for me. 5* for his customer service. The issue was solved.

@Optus Thank you! I haven't faced any issues yet but the manual didn't say anything about 4G backup. At the Optus store I was told I'd receive a SIM card separately and indeed one was delivered to me. When I tried to insert it into the slot I discovered the pre-installed one.

@Optus Hi Aron. The agent spent two hours reconfirming several times the upgrades she’d already agreed to, and would not quickly resolve the matter she was most concerned with. Took the second agent another hour to sort it. Not good service and insensitive to somebody her age.

@Optus I have contacted them. Now they are saying my credit was declined! What! I have never been declined credit. I even have proof that the customer service rep said it was accepted. This is what I mean by unprofessionalism. They messed it up and now are making things up.

@timinclimate Omgee. This happened to my mum! She has tried calling support and they insisted it’s her router, she called Optus as well. I think it’s a software update on Chrome’s side. Haven’t found a fix yet because the support aren’t helpful.
