    @Optus The Optus chat “expert” advised this. Optus have serious issues with getting anything right. We moved yesterday and I’ve been told five different stories as to why our internet isn’t connected at the new place yet.

    @lozza929406 Ive been there since the rebuild and its terrible compared to Optus! Saw port v dogs about 4 years ago and the dogs were flogged. But it showed why you should demolish and start afresh!!

    @Telstra Missed the code???? Are you that stupid? I got the code the 3 THREE times. I recorded after getting the code right first time and it was dismissed. WATCH THE VIDEO *****. You woke dopes are pathetic. Hey @Optus your competitors are useless

    @JackJaeger7 @Optus Maybe get ya cable in the roof replaced. Some houses have old copper caballing that is crappy for NBN. As soon as I replaced mine with Cat6 not a problem. Cost about $250 installed from Mr Telco!

    Hey @Optus is it true that ALL NBN customers of yours are experiencing outages? I was just advised this via online chat yet when I check on your website there is nothing listed as an issue. What do we have to do to get internet at our new premises????

    @leftofleft12 @Telstra I intend to. One service has been moved to Optus. The phone broke & is unusable. Very unlucky. Telstra still wanted $95/month until Jan 2023 for an unusable phone. It's a joke that there's no provision for that. So it was cheaper to leave today. I'll cancel the rest asap 😔😔
