@Optus network between Ballarat and Melbourne… absolutely woeful! Switched from @Telstra last year, not sure it was the best decision… although they weren’t much better. 3rd World network. #shameful #dobetter

@optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service

Holy f*uck trying to get an Optus data SIM was a nightmare. The usual system at Harvey Norman wouldn't work, no one could figure out why, had to call Optus support and do it manually. And I had to bend over and get privacy rubber glove, credit check the whole works.

@Optus TLDR: after being run around for two days and 47mins, the frustrating lack of the lack willingness to own a problem and solve it through their the lack of either ability or care from staff in the call centres. Along with being told it would be an additional seven days..1/2

@StevoMedia Next we will be playing Essendon Collingwood at Optus Stadium on ANZAC Day. What a stupid idea, the showdown should actually be played as either the curtain raiser or the closing game to Gather Round.

@Optus I’m not having issues activating my eSIM. I already have a eSIM with you. I want to buy a secondary number sim and cannot enter my OTP once it is sent via email. It also seems like there is a issue on your end with getting OTPs via email as it has taken over 10 minutes to arrive

💥BREAKING NEWS: Let's talk about Optus and the 'outage'!💥 There has been a lot of speculation and questioning over the suspicious Optus outage. This explosive video exposes what is really going on and shows with evidence its links to the corruption in the Australian Government

Another #TripleZero failure has been reported. @newscomauHQ reported a nationwide Optus #outage yesterday where calls to 000 did not connect. Australians should not have to accept “intermittent issues” as normal. We need enforceable reliability standards and better regulation.
