Ok so @Optus kills off @virginmobile and make all customers switch to #Optus. The process has been a total stuffup. Hours spent on chat and then they cancel #Virgin service before Optus works. Oh and then it takes yet another chat. Makes @Telstra look amazing #pissedoff

Sad to say goodbye to Virgin Mobile Australia after many years of exceptional service. Yesterday and today I have had 3 unsuccessful live chats and 1 unsuccessful call to @Optus to activate a new SIM and port my son’s mobile number. Still have no idea what’s going on.

@Optus Our mobile broadband service is still down. More than 24 hours now.... says connected to Optus 4G but cannot browse any websites - local or overseas. Have power recycled - no improvements. Rang your call centre - on hold for 80 mins before giving up.

@Optus I have to say your customer experience is non existent by phone. It is pretty much impossible to speak to human being or find a number to get through to. I call sales to try and got left on hold for 10 mins. I hung up #NotHappyJan

the issue. I wanted to get rid of the Pixel 5 but Optus' horrible 'Boomerang' team did not even bother to call and check the issue. Best part is Optus Retail store tells me, "we understand the issue and it is bad but we can't help you". THAT IS PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE @Optus

@DoveMetal Sort of torn. Optus is way cheaper and has better plans, and customer service. But my local Optus network seems to cut out for a few hours every few weeks. Think that might just be my location though.

@Optus is the Optus My Account website having problems? I can log in but then it just says loading your information and doesn't move on. Tried on an ipad, 2x Android phones and a PC using Chrome.

@laurennkara I’ve been on about this for years. Even fleamantle fans try to claim they don’t boo... it comes down to the crowd percentage. If we have 60,000 at Optus, it is 90% WCE. Any noise, including booing is going to be way more obvious. But the mantra from the east is we’re all feral.

@rugbycology @Optus You might want to just see if you can borrow a 5g phone to see if you can get a signal. The map also just misses my street, but I get really decent 5g speeds in my house.
