    hi you keep trying to charge me $500 for general use damages on screen/pixels UNDERNEATH the screen on a lease phone I had. You know that's a manufacturer fault right? Are you ok @Optus can you fix this stupidity thanks.

    Hey @Optus - I’m so annoyed. The service I’ve received is beyond appalling. I have a personal account and recently changed the business account to you but I’m told your crm system can’t differentiate or create two distinct entities - causing confusion and mix ups. It’s 2021!

    My poor almost 90 year old mother in law has just lost hundreds with a scam on her landline.. She spent almost an hour thinking it was Optus gave them all the details they needed ..nightmare for my wife on the phone to the bank for hours trying to fix everything up.. **** 🤔

    @LucasMapstone_ @Cas2o @maz_jovanovich Same happened to me just now in Brisbane. Optus network told my phone to jump forward but my girlfriend's identical phone, with identical settings, 3m away, stayed on Queensland time.

    My wife nearly had a major breakdown last night over her 89 year old mums @Optus phone not working properly for years now.., anyone else having major problems with Optus recently? they're forcing her to pay for another modem. it's been a complete nightmare lives on her own

    The plumber ****** the NBN cable and I am now without wifi and phone. Plumber notntaming responsibility because it wasn’t “regulation”. Waiting to hear back from Optus to see when NBN can come out to fix it.

    I really wish my @Optus 5G WiFi would not drop out every ten mins. Been nothing but trouble since we had it. Need to go back to NBN awful signal.

    @MisterNormie @Aussie_BB Yeee, I use Aussie for my mobile! Zero problems and like their internet, you can easily check stuffs on your app. I'm saving about $20 a month compared to my previous plan with Telstra. Optus towers :)

    @Optus all the negativity around non direct debit fee. Such a petty fee.For a company that makes billions in profit just put the fees in the monthly payment. Charging a fee over that is not great but I guess when you make billions what does customer service/satisfaction matter 👎🏾
