@vaughan_k @Optus I don’t know exactly but I did eventually login on my computer. Can’t get the app to download my bills on my phone. But my bills look different so I may have been migrated to a different billing system.

@Optus tomorrow will be 1 month since our NBN dropped out in a storm. Still no answers or techs coming to our house. Optus have no solution or have helped us yet still want to charge us for the month. Complaint has been raised with ombudsman. What a joke #Optus

@tweets_by_dan It's never happened before tbf. Used to have optus sport on old phone plan new phone and plan costs a bomb and no sport included 🤬

@kbrspace I have had a shocking customer experience with Optus for which I have been chucked around between sales teams and billing teams. After filing a complaint because you guys setup my account incorrectly as a business account when I joined years ago, I am back to sq one.

@Steeberino I'm going to say something unpopular, but I've been with Optus since dial up, through ADSL 1 and 2, and now on FTTC and have never, ever, had anything but an incredibly stable connection. Also I'm getting 93 down and 38 up with my son playing CS next to me and like 25 tabs open.
