    @vaughan_k @Optus I don’t know exactly but I did eventually login on my computer. Can’t get the app to download my bills on my phone. But my bills look different so I may have been migrated to a different billing system.

    @Telstra Optus hasn't got any of my documents stored so I'll stay with that plan even tho it's bad value only 20gb data for 65 dollars, I don't want to give my Id to anyone in light of what's happening

    @Nick56412479 I’m disappointed to hear this. Optus helped me through a period of homelessness and I’ve always been so thankful for the service they’ve provided us. I almost signed up for a new phone the day before I heard of this breach.

    @EthanBowmannn @Jeremy_Kirk Looks like they won’t have to pay anything. Damage to Optus and those whose data was released is done but they no longer want a ransom

    @RonniSalt @Optus Optus has always been badly run. I was a customer years ago. The person I called to complain about numerous issues was unhelpful and basically told me to leave and go to Telstra. So I did.

    @Maurice96987074 Hi Maurice, ID Support NSW is working with Optus to support customers whose NSW government-issued credentials may have been impacted. Customers who may have been affected and need to replace documents can call the ID Support NSW team on 1800 001 040 - Mon to Fri (9am to 5pm).

    @6NewsAU @Leo_Puglisi6 Sounds to me like Optus paid up with a caveat that the hacker needed to: 1. Deny Optus ever paid. 2. Delete the data. 3. Apologise and say hacking is bad.
