@vaughan_k @Optus I don’t know exactly but I did eventually login on my computer. Can’t get the app to download my bills on my phone. But my bills look different so I may have been migrated to a different billing system.

@Optus Hi Team, I have raised a case in morning more than 6hours ago and no action has been taken. Not able to use optus phone services. Very poor service. Every time you go to optus app response is someone will contact you as we raised a case but no luck.

@Optus The chance to update the useless phone you sold me for $600 with no battery life, poor reception including the wi~fi needed to receive calls that again I can not receive. Most of the time my phone is only useful outside my home. The router is absolute?

@Optus Hi Aron, You DM is our case team is busy, and I won't get response today is not at all accepted. I am getting same response in optus chat also. You should not provide service if you can serve the customers on time. @angegreenwood

@Optus I love to update but updating is never cheaper but always an excuse to increase the prices later after one month free? Big deal lol, what I find unbelievable is that all countries use the same marketing to skim more money from us.

@UguR_TR06 @Optus @Telstra Optus used to be good years ago, but I’ve had a nightmare 24 months with them. Migrated mobile, internet, landline away after repeated failures and atrocious customer service. So glad to be rid of them. Telstra mobile has better coverage, too.

@tbn97 @Optus @Telstra After 22 days of wait and no update, today the cust rep just said “do you want to cancel this and order something else” It’s like a joke! To be honest had no issues with Telstra at all!

@ACTINOSProject @Optus Same here 4G broadband and mobile service. I live in inner city Melbourne but still no NBN. TBH I'm waiting for 5G to rollout before NBN
