    @vaughan_k @Optus I don’t know exactly but I did eventually login on my computer. Can’t get the app to download my bills on my phone. But my bills look different so I may have been migrated to a different billing system.

    @Optus @kbrspace Why are Optus so incompetent? Why is is so hard to transfer from Telstra to Optus? I have wasted hours of my time on the phone and webchat with so called support and gotten nowhere but stressed and angry!

    @adamliaw @Optus nbn is dropping out on every call and the only way you can report is to download the app. Website takes you round and round and round and round … no way to report outage.

    @Optus an hour on DM chat with @Optus all they’ve managed to do is verify my account. Still nowhere near the ONLY thing I’m interested in - why my internet is down for 2 days. In 15 minutes of that time I’ve managed to port all of my services to Telstra. Goodbye Optus. Good riddance!

    @Optus Had a chat with online tech support and have provided my details, hopefully they can help/fix the issue. Looks like some NBN work happening in the background, but I don't see any planned maintenance on the website.

    @Optus No surprises that no call was made to my father within the 24-48hrs as promised by Manuel on Tuesday. Calling a number & hanging up after the first ring is NOT an attempt to resolve a conflict with a customer. Unlike your staff, I keep my promises. I'm contacting the Ombudsman.
