    @vaughan_k @Optus I don’t know exactly but I did eventually login on my computer. Can’t get the app to download my bills on my phone. But my bills look different so I may have been migrated to a different billing system.

    @Optus The connection light for FTTC network connection device has been flashing red for almost 24 hours now. Very frustrating

    @Optus oh happy days! In the last 3 months, my bills have been 3 different amounts. I have been trying to sort this out with your message service for almost 3.5 hrs. And I am still no closer. Oh and let me guess your response, "let's go to chat to sort this out .

    For some reason only known unto the @Optus network my phone suddenly decided I live in AEDT and not AEST. Slight panic when I thought I was an hour late for something and 'lost' an hour. Manual time zone reset completed, a sense of order returns.

    How Optus Sport still have the rights to the @premierleague in Australia is beyond me. Trash Service, trash support. Two weeks in a row, games are not loading.
