@Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

Optus & I have been DMing all afternoon It seems their definition of customer service & expectations of a customer dealing with Optus is VASTLY different as to the service they provide 1.5/10 for the experience, I gave .5 for no spelling errors. Well done 👍

@RedFiddler Re pre-paid phone, work out first what coverage you need. If you’re often in rural and remote areas you may have little choice but Telstra. I was happily on 3G Virgin (Optus network) until I moved to where only service is 4G Telstra. I hear good reports of Aldi (Optus n’work).

A short while ago @Optus Fetch TV box announced it was removing @CNN from the service. That was probably my go to channel. Why have they removed it? So little warning. I’m considering other TV options now. 🙁😡

@slpng_giants_oz I'm 20km outside Gympie. I'm currently looking at the towers for both Optus & Telstra. Since Xmas day, the signal for both has been a ******* joke. I can have 4 bars of 4G signal, only to have it drop out mid call, or freeze while downloading.

@Telstra fix your app!!!!!! Can’t pay my bills through your app or report payments and can see other people have been complaining so it’s not just me. For a comms company this is pretty sad. Made the switch from Optus to you guys in Jan and not really seen much diff tbh.
