    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    @JoviiiGirl The only way for it to be properly blocked is for your carrier (eg Optus) to block it at the switch. Block function on phone just means that that number won’t trigger the handset ring function. Likely to need a formal police complaint to get this block applied but it is possible.

    @Optus Why did I randomly recieve a message: "Hi, just confirming we've recieved your request to cancel your service for XXXXXXXX" when I never requested this. I'm concerned on my number getting cancelled.

    I told you people I wanted to cancel my plan but you guys kept it running after I canceled I’m not paying for that optus bill... I even have evidence that I wanted to stop the plan and I agreed to pay for the pay out fee etc smh

    @Optus You can't be serious. I'm in Rushcutters Bay and I had never heard coverage issues in this area until I met Optus. Not to mention that the reason I signed up is because you put an offer in my mailbox! Why do you advertise a service that you can't provide? PS Still no internet.
