.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

@prafxis @maximumwelfare @choiceaustralia /2 Since being hacked via optus in Sept I've thought constantly about exactly how much I uploaded to the 3rd party rental things & that I never got confirmation everything was deleted afterwards or do they retain it.

@Optus your customer service has gone downhill over the last month. For a customer of over 11 years, I’ve been treated appalling. Monies owed, been promised call backs and doesn’t eventuate. Just a terrible experience

Just tried to discuss issue with Optus to no avail.Want them to send relatives mobile monthly a/c to his administrator for payment.Too hard for them,want to direct debit but it has to come out of trust a/c Optus not good to deal with.I give up.Will get him to use another carrier.
