I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

@Rad_Back_Again You can put your head in the sand as much as you want it doesn’t change facts. Optus was the result of an unsecured api, which was accessible directly from their web server, stored entirely plain text and numerically from 1 - XXXXX. The network not penetrated.
