    @Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @kagij @OptusStadium Piss poor effort by Optus. Lines for food and beers were horrendous. Left and had a feed and beers at the Camfield. Pull your fingers out bloody shameful.

    @BRhodesVFL @RalphyHeraldSun The only problem, from hard earned experience, is that Optus Stadium is a night time venue. If the game starts at 2.30pm and it's sunny it will be a terrible television spectacle for the first half and generally at the ground depending where you sit. It's perfect at night.

    @FionaKatauskas I think we need to apply pressure in other areas, like @Telstra and @Optus to get this stopped ASAP. If we could figure out the service used for these bulk sends this might be an Acceptable Use Policy violation for the API used - any one have any ideas ?

    @Optus Thanks Sarah, I’ve done that several times. I’ll keep it in the public domain until @optus #optus fix it. It’s clearly a problem that needs air so that others aren’t being charged too. Like I said, 1 per customer per month = $3M/month fraudulently collected. @TelcoOmbudsman
