    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @Optus @OptusEnterprise I have been trying to follow up a complaint in regards to 3 missing mobile phones ordered on Jan 21 of this year. I have 3 optus case numbers, a case manager and an account manager but no resolution! Could you suggest a better way forward?
