.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

@perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

@Optus I want to port my number to another service provider and this is requested has been rejected several times. I wasted a few hours with your support team, and now they want me to go in to a store, get the port finalised. CAN YOU JUST APPROVE THE PORT REQUEST!!!

@Optus The case morphed into being unable to correspond with the case manager because there was a different issue with me being unable to log into the Optus app. The Optus app being the only way to correspond with case managers. This was not working until today.
