@Optus @7mate take your ads off appearing as every second one! I will never use your service due to this. Biggest pet peeve, waste of money on your marketing side #idiots #advertising

@a_choros **** Telstra, marry Vodafone, kill Optus... Truth be told I’d prefer to kill Telstra while screaming **** you and have an ongoing FWB with Vodafone and just leave Optus alone

.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

@perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

🤞those of us yet to receive contact from @Optus have no id doc info leaked as they claim they have contacted those who have by now. Understandable using the "emergency dept system" of treating the worst first, but an anxious wait to confirm how affected, if at all, we are.

@wo1fjay @Optus the problem here is that I 100% believed that that is exactly how they'd handle it

@VicRoads @VicGovDoT It would be nice if @Optus told people what information they hold on you, instead of vague generalities, plus reassurances their services are safe and handy advice like "watch out for unusual things". Bloody hopeless. Even their FAQ is a joke - read "How did this happen". #FAIL

@Optus 1/2 I was fully intent on discussing this issue and remaining with you as a client, based on your response. I contact you as per the recommended channels. Only to be told the same crap I did in an email.

@Optus It’s actually not good enough at all Optus. I have been in contact with your customer service team and needles to say they have no idea what to do. Offering customers 12 months free subscription to #Equifax is just not acceptable. Our data has been leaked. Real compensation.

So if @Optus security was bad in the telecommunications field - what about a major bank like @Westpac that after all these years don't uses 3rd party authentication to access personal bank accounts. Seems like a major breach waiting happen.
