    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    just worked it out - new owner @optus of @amaysimau is trying to get me to pay higher monthly fee that optus is used to whereas amaysim is a budget service and has lower monthly fee

    @Telstra - Please don’t call yourself a number one NW service provider. Porting request has been lying for 3 days and does not have a process to perform porting. On top of it, customer care agents cannot be reached nor messaging works. highly regret for choosing you over #Optus

    When I navigated @Optus’ toxic phone-maze, I was finally transferred to an half unintelligible off-shore “retention” agent (both impenetrable accent, which is saying something with me, as I can deal with pretty thick brogues & odd dialects, & poor call quality at fault here) 2/

    @Optus I can imagine the large number of orders however I was specifically told 2-4 weeks over the phone when i ordered. Now 22 days later NO eta and been told to cancel the order and order a different phone that is in stock! My orders section since the 12th Nov is showing as submitted.

    @HARUHARUpinku @ZenyTalk Okay, interesting. So far, iiNet, Optus and AussieBB have it “blocked” The reason why I wanted to double check if you have a VPN Is because I am able to access the site no issues when on a VPN but otherwise it says I have no access. Thanks for answering my question.
