    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    @Optus About an hour ago my NBN went out. Fetch, Internet and Home phone all not working. Have Vodafone on mobile luckily. Is there an outage in Blackburn, Vic? I’ve checked website but it says no. Turned everything off and on. No luck. Help!

    @Optus Do I have to share the entire script of a customer support trying to upsell me a new NBN modem when I just want to change rates per month? He's trying to trick me into thinking it's necessary so he can meet KPI's. Dodgy sales people, you guys are bordering on criminal.

    @Optus It is not your Network Status, Jono. The tower covering Airlie Beach covers the business streets well, but is around the corner of the damn hill for me at home. Hence the drop back to 3G at home. The better antenna in an iPad will bring in 4G so I hotspot from that. Annoying.

    @Optus Very disappointed with service from @Optus support through app with Internet issue. Assigned ‘case manager’ whose only action was to try and close case as resolved. IT’S NOT RESOLVED. Please someone at @Optus listen.
