    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @Yug72Guy @GuidoTresoldi That will be what I do but it doesn't excuse optus of having a service I signed up for in 2016, then stayed with that service as they stripped features back & now want to charge for that below sub par service. Would be happy to pay for their old service. Won't pay for the new 1.

    @izzyyys Yeah not thrilled. Assume as an Optus customer I would qualify for the $7 a month one but if not, and i am expected to jump straight into another $25 a month they have well and truly missed the mark.

    @OptusSport I’ve been an Optus customer for a while both personal and business but this extra charge for Optus Sport is too rich now! I’ll be looking for new deals somewhere else; thank goodness for alternatives

    @OptusSport You are about to lose me as a customer. This price increase is pure greed. Only subscribed as I get it complimentary with my service and my bro will watch the football at times. Charging for Optus customers plus a 66% price rise for non Optus customers, massive turn off!

    @OptusSport Only reason I stick with Optus over Telstra is due to included Optus sport. Not going to pay extra for it. I’ll be cancelling my contract and moving to Telstra for the better signal. Thanks

    @OptusSport So you’re telling me that even though I just signed up to a 2 year plan 1 week ago, with the promise that Optus sport is included in my plan at no extra cost, that was all bullshit? I’m now locked into a 2 year commitment and have to pay extra for the same service? Cheers.

    He gave me a resolution. Short story, after 20 years with optus I’m going to Telstra (🤮) well done optus on not supporting your customers and leaving it to your frontline to deal with your crap decisions!
