@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@Optus , could I get some help? I am getting hours-long latency spikes that are consistently around 340ms. Today’s one began around 2pm and has continued on into the evening. My PC is connected via powerline ethernet but others in the house are using wifi and have the same issue.

@Optus I've been trying to get in contact with Optus support but the app says I don't have an active account, so I tried to message on the website but the messaging app on the website doesn't work either, and my phone is unable to make calls, so I'm unable to contact support.👎

@carlyfindlay @Aussie_BB had similar struggles with Optus, more so their internet services (let alone an agent told us that 1mbps DL speed is a within normal tolerance 😡..) we are so glad we switched to @Aussie_BB last July! Apart from amazing speed, the outage notification they sent really helps too!

Hah. Optus has finally noticed I’m on a very generous legacy plan and are trying to entice me off it. Good luck with that one. I’ll ride this plan right up until the day they finally just up and cancel it.
