    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

    @Optus why ******** does my internet just keep dropping and taking like 20 minutes of trying to reset/unplug and turn back on the modem constantly for the past week. I’m honestly getting so sick of this ****!

    @PaulFletcherMP I want to talk with you about my extremely poor internet connection ,a phone that keeps dropping calls. Have raised this with @Optus but to no avail. @NBN_Australia leaves a lot to be desired. My upload/download speeds are a joke. You get back to me and explain why this is so.

    @abcnews What the point? In our area the fed govt funded one operator only (Vodafone) with already awful coverage to build a new tower in our area. Meanwhile Telstra and Optus coverage remains as awful as ever.

    @Optus so what’s the go with the Optus Perks/Hoyts tickets thing now?The tab has mysteriously disappeared off the myoptus app without any explanation in the last week and nobody in customer service could help me at all? Kind of one of the reasons I am staying with u guys tbh

    Working as a contractor means no work, no pay. The outage cost me hundreds of dollars. Why would the Optus rep tell me it would be resolved "shortly", but it took another 5 hours?!?! Not good enough!

    Hey @Optus trying to access hoyts perks on the app but it's not showing today. When it did a few days ago optus prices were not coming up. Consultants on the message us section don't seem to know how to fix it. I've uninstalled and re downloaded etc

    Hey @optus just a well-deserved "Thank you" for great customer service getting a wifi modem organised and working. That's fresh from 5 hours on chat with @Telstra trying to get a simple problem resolved.. Yep. *trying*. Still broken.

    @James_M_South @Optus They added a thing to monitor calls from my phone, escalated it, and told me I’d hear no more correspondence from them or the higher team. Calls stopped a few weeks later. I’d happily bet money the spammers went onto a new number rather than Optus did anything to help.
