    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

    @kaine177 Optus oval was built closer to MCG dimensions … that would play a part, but yes if you think back, they didn’t play well in the hubs last year either. It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    @Singtel Why is Optus only providing 3G in Northern NSW Suffolk Park? I have complained to Optus today with little in the way of resolution. Telstra is fine. Get your act into gear Optus.

    @ScottMorrisonMP Why is Optus permitted to provide a 3G sub-standard service in Suffolk Park NSW. It makes COVID sign difficult or impossible. Optus are becoming a ‘not fit for purpose’ organisation.

    @rlebard I hate how incompetent these companies are, and the way they shift the onus onto the customer to fix. If @Telstra doesn't compensate you for the hours spent fixing it at your current wage, you should contact their national manager on LinkedIn. Worked for us with Optus.

    @optus just fix what I’m paying for .. a service .. I’m not paying for disconnects, not paying for streaming issues, not asking for excuses just want a reliable service something that you’re failing to deliver.

    @Optus Thanks for the reply Rob. I'm not sure what it is either, I make sure to keep up with updates, it just seems worse than usual lately. I hope something can be done, as you know phones are lifelines, I'll take any help you can give. Thanks again. Anna

    @kbrspace Why am I only able to get 3G in Suffolk Park NSW? Optus is a health liability as it makes COVID signing in difficult and at time impossible. Telstra is ok. What is the problem? Support was absolutely no help whatsoever.
