    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

    @HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    @Optus But, taking away the 7 day option before the new solution was in place is incredibly annoying, as was no pre-warning. No-one wants to be overseas and have to log in every day to re-add. I await the “exciting” change

    @eileenscyu @ZDNET There's been so many breaches in security recently, most high profile have been Optus + Medibank Private. A lot more needs to be done to protect customer data + networks of these enterprises. AU govn't is increasing fines on organisations who don't do enough to protect cust data.

    @optus_help @Optus no response re: query about removing the 7 day roaming option. And now with only a small window each day to re-add (because it’s pointless to re-add it until you get near the end of the 24 hour cycle), I’m getting a “technical difficulties” msg. Any help?

    @Optus internet not working from last 2 weeks. Nbn will be coming to check next Thursday so already 4 weeks. Optus took care of me by giving me 50% off my bill. You guys on drugs or what?????

    @3CX which routinely drops out as @telstra @optus don’t recognise the connection as live and cut out the call at 15 mins.

    @Optus I lodged a #complaint to your team on February 25, 2023, in relation to #scam emails. This included a CIRS reference. To date I have heard nothing back from @Optus not even an acknowledgement of my report. #disappointing
