    @Optus Thanks but I’m going to continue to tweet about how terrible my experience has been. I’m doing all the running around. Optus hasn’t contacted me proactively about the delays or cancelled appointments. Abysmal!

    My internet is still not working and @Optus cannot explain to me why. It is capable of chats that are kingdom of lies apportioning blame to @NBN_Australia for matters such as usernames and provisioning that do not concern it. Still waiting for about 8 promised call backs.

    @Optus Still waiting for my internet to be connected and apparently my service has been disconnected and my account cannot be located. I’ve logged into my router but have no password and Optus cannot give it to me because they cannot find my account. Or something.

    @thecattery @Telstra @Optus @VodafoneAU @Optus network was no good at @kardinia_park on Saturday afternoon during the @AFL #AFLCatsFreo game. iMessage & text messages failing to send. Apps not being able to update in a timely manner. I’ve had 3 providers in 3 years and all have been the same.

    Waited on hold for half an hour for @Optus to tell me that our internet is "slow" because we have too many (2) devices running at once. He told me not to use streaming services when other people are in the house. My housemate is not filing an ombudsman complaint.

    Another night, another crappy @NBN_Australia service with @Optus still waiting for someone to call me. If only they had done what I asked them to do 5 weeks ago, I wouldn’t have this problem!

    @Optus I don't blame the @NBN_Australia for this, they've done the connection to my place but it seems Optus is not interested, just giving a bad name to #NBN, so disappointed, I got my DSL back on since I need my home phone, I won't call again, I won't waste my time anymore.

With poor crowds all season, failure 2pull a decent crowd, if we r lucky enough 2host, would mar what shouldve been a great occasion. Needs 2b at least half full #30K imo #HBFPark better✅

    @stugtr @mavetju @NickRossTech @BLShiv the business I’ve been working in lately was running from an office in a shopping strip, plus 2 of us did a lot of work from home. The office had DSL - got between 2 & 12 mbps down. There were no options for faster. Homes both on Optus Cable. 100mbps down, but 1.5 mbps up

    Seems like it must be an issue closer to home than I thought (so it's @Optus fault I guess). My 4G (also Optus) shows no loss anywhere, including on the same hops in middle.
