love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

@Optus aron, there’s a good chance my next DM will be instructing you to cancel the 5g service, although how does someone cancel a service that hasn’t been provided for over 10 weeks? regardless, it’s a breach of contract by optus, which i’m no longer bound to the conditions of.

  • rachlovesacnh Rach 🍃 (@rachlovesacnh) reported

We finally have internet! I don't recommend anyone going to @Optus for their service. It took over a month with no shows from nbn and no communication at all about not coming and Aussie Broadband had someone out in 3 days. It was the worst experience I've ever had with a company.

  • AussieGal999 Helen (@AussieGal999) reported

@Optus @smashtagmediaAU I have no wireless in Kingsford this morning - Tues 1 June 2021 – have reported the issue but will re-state it here. Issue started last night. Have reset the modem 3 times, I’ve unplugged and plugged in again but no good 🧐.

  • Penny02 Penny (@Penny02) reported

@Optus Morning Guys, Im on the phone trying to sort out a new modem - the nbn 4G back up one (Long time customer) Ive been transferred to a couple of different ppl They dont know what im asking for - can you help?

  • lavosaurus Lav Baj (@lavosaurus) reported

i officially have wifi again and it took less than 48hrs from when i applied online to when i had fully functioning wifi again. this is not sponsored but i am very happy with @Optus service.

  • michaelhewett Michael Hewett (@michaelhewett) reported

@Optus Would you think cutting off a customer's internet while working during lockdown, 5 days before a scheduled relocation, having a case manager put you on hold for 15 mins to tell you it has been cancelled and will take 2 business days to restore is good service, or terrible?

  • harnessdhashtag Miss Positivity (@harnessdhashtag) reported

@Optus why doesn't Lily Pilly NSW (2229) get 5g phone reception. I can't get phone calls and data reception is patchy. It's a risk especially in an emergency. Thank you for your advice

  • DrKhimjiV Dr. Khimji (@DrKhimjiV) reported

@Optus out, people not able to help, rubbish IVR system, stupid messing system, people who dont know what to do and say, and finally being told that the NDN line is faulty, PROVDING DETIALS MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE SAME CALL, WHY WAS THIS NOT PICKED UP WHEN I 1ST CALLED ???

  • shockdesign Rajesh Singh (@shockdesign) reported

@Optus Just spoke to a support staff member and got a breakdown of usage from them for my account. However looks like 30GB discrepancy from what they sent to what I could see in the app (app says 30GB more)?

  • iMarkPhillips Mark Phillips (@iMarkPhillips) reported

as promised. @optus onto the case - Optus actually have a 'Resolution'Team not a 'Complaints' Team like Telstra. Bit sad I had to extend my TIO Complaint to Optus as they've been super helpful but that's the law according to the TIO.
