@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

@Mike_Tuckerman The problem is the app and online platform is terrible compared to Kayo, Stan and Optus. The lack of pause and rewind is criminal. Trying to find the sport is hard. FFA cup on 10play WTF is that about. Too hard to log in. Gave up Wednesday. Have to make it easier for new watchers

@Optus Your website says the area I am in is servicing a mobile tower and I might see issues with my internet, it never said anything about not being able to use the internet at all and my family is expected to wait a whole week or more to see any improvement, way to go Optus.

@jimbeglin It was a cheap little pot shot. I didn't hear it but that's because I chose to turn @OptusSport off and watch on a different channel because your commentary is usually very poor. You get given all City games being a Liverpool fan 🤔. I'm guessing Optus don't pay great wages.

@Optus Also, that's a long time to be without a service. This happened last year and I was without a working phone for two weeks. If this is going to continue, regularly, I may as well move back to Telstra. At least they notify you when they're doing work

@chaigrima Optus are a nightmare since they switched to live chat, took me 3 days to get through when i had to get a hold of them last.. thankfully I'm only with them on my mobile phone, my net's with dodo and can't say great things about them either.. they sent me a broken black box ffs
