    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    My wife and I spend over $4k with @Optus yearly and have a tablet that's died two days after its warranty expired. We ask them for support and they they will kindly "assist" with purchasing a new tablet. We'll see what the ombudsman says under section 54. #optus #customservice

    @DaveMilbo @Aussie_BB Have had very minimal issues since switching over from Optus cable. Biggest upside since switching has been the increased upload speed (for online backups etc).

    @Optus I have done all of this to no avail. I will be migrating my email away from Optus because I keep getting the same useless information and no fix. I'm not wasting any more time on it!

    @Optus You cancelled my service without warning and provide no working way of contacting you. None of your message systems works, and if I call, your automated system just hangs up on me. How do I get in contact??

    I switched to a Voda sim (iiNet) around the same time battery went bad... and apparently apple redid modem stuff in ios14... I wonder if there’s some network weirdness going on. Considering going to circles life (Optus) to see if that makes a difference

    @Optus @berniecoen Now if companies like Optus actually investigated the issue at their end and not tell the customer to do something which they know does not work?

    @DailyRin @Optus Having unsuccessfully attempted to resolve this, log a complaint with the TIO to increase chances of timely resolution. @Optus CS & Tech Support is notoriously bad & dealing with them repetitive. A complaint via the TIO should be treated more seriously and given ‘ownership’.
