    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    Watching 7 News: Hackers released 10,200 people’s data today before they backed down on their threats! Those 10,200 people’s data is now available to all and sundry forever!! Optus to contact those individuals in next couple of days..

    @pitdroidtech @noplaceforsheep I agree with this and yes Optus should offer all customer impacted this financial benefit. but hackers make there living by following through with the payment/. If they don’t delete on payment no one will pay them next time.

    @ktnworth @Optus im sorry youre dealing with it too Katelin. Its hours and hours of waiting on line and getting no support from Optus. I dont even want to think too much about the implications. My next step is licence😖

    blocking your credit report is very easy. I blocked mine about 12 months ago, after my identity was stolen. Ironically the people that stole my identity got themselves about $3500 worth of stuff from an Optus Store, nearly 1000kms from where I live. Optus are massive **** heads.

    @thomasmorgan22 @Optus If it's any consolation i spent a similar amount of time in a chat with @Telstra 'experts' with no resolution... their last note asked if 'there was anything else' they could 'help with' .. no you've been unhelpful so far and i can't imagine that changing anytime soon.

    Optus have so badly screwed up. I have been long term with TPG, I pay for a cheap package, $49.99 a month, for endless internet…ie. 24/7 streaming, social media etc. Don’t have any issues. Everything is very smooth.

    Crisis communications is unpredictable & difficult. I usually don’t like to be critical. But as an impacted customer, #OptusHack is the worst example of communicating through a crisis I’ve ever seen. It’s amateur. How @Optus was so unprepared is astounding #publicrelations

    @JustSaying8888 And I will. Just don't have the spare cash ATM I other little issue is I will also need to get a signal booster for another provider Optus is the only service with decent signal for home & work

    @Jeremy_Kirk Anything about Equifax service. Considering they had a data breach in 2017. Given that company is what the credit system being used for Optus custoners
