Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.

Optus Help (@optus_help) reported@Kennedy00766502 Hi Kennedy, sorry to hear you have yet to receive an eSIM to activate your service. I can appreciate that this is not an ideal situation. Did you get an email with additional instructions for downloading your eSIM? Alternatively, have you tried logging in to your My Optus app and going to Account > SIM Management > Activate eSIM and follow the prompts. If the above doesn't seem to work, feel free to send through a DM, so we can confirm a few more details and see what the next best steps are. -Athan
