@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

  • CRIPPStoniteSC Lincoln Beggs (@CRIPPStoniteSC) reported from Lara Lake, State of Victoria

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

  • CRIPPStoniteSC Lincoln Beggs (@CRIPPStoniteSC) reported from Lara Lake, State of Victoria

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

How hard is it to get actual customer service with @Optus ? Our internet connection is so **** and had been for weeks. I want to cancel my contract with Optus and yet you can never get through to anyone.

  • deanja110 DEANJA🇦🇺 (@deanja110) reported

@greg_hates_twit @Shirley56733062 They are still trying to work it out & not just our case a number of others too. We are Optus customers so never know I go overboard on security stuff & make sure the wife does too Won't answer calls landline or mobile that has no identification attached sus of most emails & SMS

  • belinda_luby Belinda Luby (@belinda_luby) reported

@Optus I've wasted 9 hours on chat and all that happens is deflecting and circular responses from your staff. How about you stop wasting my time, be accountable, and actually solve the problem? Nobody has replied on email in over a month either. (3)

  • Seinemusic Jamie Seinemeier (@Seinemusic) reported

Hey @Optus - do you know what’s not cool? Forcing people to sign contracts requiring direct debit ie card or bank details after a massive data breach. #anothercustomerbitesthedust - also, telling me - “ it’s great for the customer “.. Uh, I am one. And it’s not.

  • Optus Optus (@Optus) reported

@belinda_luby Hi Belinda - We don't have an email for customer service but you can certainly visit your nearest Optus Store so that they can assist. Alternatively, if you prefer instead, our Customer Care teams are also available over the phone on 133 937 - Aman 1/2

  • camclare Cameron Clare (@camclare) reported

@garrows LOL I'm glad I want to be famous right now. Put all the cards on the table. Not only did they get historical data on me from Medibank, but current data at AHM! Not to mention historical customer data from Optus, and historical staff data from Telstra. Yippee.

  • Gordana8888 Gordana (@Gordana8888) reported

@gumby_mister @Optus The CEO needs to go sooner rather than later. The incompetence is off the charts. Not only is my information out for the world to see, no service in my area, for the second time in one week. Just in time for my daughter’s Uni exams.

  • niiyii_ A-kin-aaron (@niiyii_) reported

@Optus your nbn network has been terrible jeeezzzzz

  • LukeBartolo1 Luke Bartolo (@LukeBartolo1) reported

@VoteLewko @MickSanchezAU That Optus breach was terrible, should never have privatised the phone industry in Australia.

  • Kinesia23 Evan Gibson (@Kinesia23) reported

@Optus You and @Telstra have been protecting and enabling scammers and spoofers ever since SMS was invented because you have NEVER stopped unverified names being used through your apis. You have both on PURPOSE kept that capacity open for a tiny amount of profit ignoring our pain.
