    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    So @Optus tech support have been trying to call all day but it turned out the number they were ringing on was one I’d blocked on my phone. Must have been someone peddling “energy savings” from the same call centre or something. The telecoms industry is a giant sack of bollocks.

    @Optus I sent DMs sent photos... my Mum is not well was in hospital the other night... this happens so often up here is ridiculous I am on h+ your website says down and no one can tell me anything? This country has the worst infrastructure in the Universe...

    @Optus my Galaxy Note 20 has a persistent issue where it keeps not being able to detect the sim. Is it possible to switch an existing number to esim and use that exclusively?

    @Optus You just keep on circle jerking me. "transfer to network team" "technical team" "case managers" "consumer team" not a single fkn team can fix. Wtf is the "social" team gonna do?

    @VinceRugari @smh People wont pay for all of these services. $15 a month for Optus, $15 for Netflix, $25 for kayo, $15 for this service. Its going to cost a fortune just to watch your team. We all know UEFA is about $$$, but its a small company, can they handle the number of viewers?

    @Telstra your Silver Member support is pretty ordinary! I’ve been asking the same question for 6 hours and have had the runaround. Think it’s time for a change what do you think @Optus
