    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

    @WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

    @Optus If I call about dissatisfaction with my mobile service and price wanting to know what you can do before going to a competitor, it's not an "upgrade" or a deal if your offer is to ask me to pay even more (20%) for exactly the same as what I have now! #OptusFail

    @Telstra Appreciate your reply. Also understand transmission problems with train speed, talking to different towers, etc. However, respectfully, it seems Telstra (& Optus) really need to cover this major transport route better . It’s a constant issue, not intermittent

    @Dyuhln i get 80mbps down, 4mbps. like i dont understand how the down:up ratio is so bad. streaming is barely achievable. so idk where optus is at

    @Optus feeling frustrated and cheated for having gone with the Apple Watch 7 offer in August. Nobody has a clue in the customer support or store on this order even after the 3x visit to store and 10x call to the support 😟

    @FOXFOOTY @kayosports They should’ve requested their finals to be played at Optus Stadium! They had a terrible record at MCG.

    Finally answered the phone, apparently there is a ‘special department’ that deals with this (Qantas points) but support can’t access it, I have to go into a store (I set plan up online) and speak to them, whom won’t be able to help, but may point me in right direction… @Optus
