If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

@HITCSevens It’s nearly 9am Alfie I’ve got lipzig x Liverpool on Optus sports and listening to @paul_winginit on stereo ... you gonna go on sterio and talk football on it lad .... I watched ya video last night :) I’m over lock down we been in lock down 3 now lad ... only been to one game ;(

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

@kaine177 Optus oval was built closer to MCG dimensions … that would play a part, but yes if you think back, they didn’t play well in the hubs last year either. It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

@GBTSocScientist @Optus So true. Sometimes when I tried to phone Hubby, a message said the number had been disconnected, othertimes there would be no 'ringing' tone, just silence. The message bank would cut out, so there was no chance to leave a message. He's lost customers because of optus.

Seriously @Optus I just spent 24 minutes chatting online trying to UPGRADE AN EXISTING service only to cop the usual "after a review I can't deal with this query so i'll pass you over to my colleague" where the entire process starts again. Hopeless!........

.@Optus - would be great if you could run a check on check in a phone number before reissuing it. My 15 yo niece is being hounded by debt collectors because the previous owner has financial problems.

@VinceRugari But when are they going to build a proper streaming service. Pmount is a joke. Cant start at the beginning after a live game starts. Cant pause/rewind etc. They don't even have to re-invent the wheel FFS. Just copy Stan or Optus. Barely watched a game since Fox lost the rights
