Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

The worst I ever saw was at Optus in North Sydney and that was a situation where staff would being bad in local pubs.. Even that was met with Stern repercussions and warnings

Cameron (@wrightcamt) reported@Optus just terrible. I added a new sim to my account which doesn’t work. I’ve spent hours on your chat service and going into Optus stores and still don’t have a working service. What do I need to get this fixed??

Margot Bleu (@bleu_margot) reported@madigoldsmith It's awful. 90% of my texts aren't going through and received texts are arriving an hour late. I've called Optus to complain. I hope for all of us that this glitch in the matrix ends soon!
