If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

  • CRIPPStoniteSC Lincoln Beggs (@CRIPPStoniteSC) reported from Lara Lake, State of Victoria

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong Ok so i jumped on the Nvidia Shield (non pro). At first glance it did exactly the same thing as before. Sony Bravia TV definately does have frame rate refresh issues by default. Downloaded a refresh rate app to refresh rate match Optus sport app...and bingo...frame skip gone.

  • monicasmeow Monicasmeow🐈 (@monicasmeow) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

@Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

  • CRIPPStoniteSC Lincoln Beggs (@CRIPPStoniteSC) reported from Lara Lake, State of Victoria

@WhirlpoolFooty @trevorlong @kayosports Yeah I'm looking at other options. Very annoying as my net connection is fine and being Sony their motion handling is top notch. Nvidia Shield certainly looks like a great option. I had trouble with Kayo and now Optus Sport is buggy with its frame rate.

  • camo2572 💧Darren Camilleri (@camo2572) reported from Geelong, State of Victoria

love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

  • TerryLuke56 Terry Luke (@TerryLuke56) reported

@just_brash @billy_pinker And a very tarnished LNP via Spud Dutton blaming the Labor Federal Government because Optus has a **** computer network that can be hacked, I'm surprised he didn't blame Dan Andrews as well

  • The_Herdsman_77 Chris (@The_Herdsman_77) reported

So according to an email from @optus my name, date of birth, email address, home address and the numbers of my licence and passport have been stolen. But their network and service haven't been compromised, so I feel much better knowing that everything is roses for you🤬🤬

  • SimianCaptain Captain Simian (@SimianCaptain) reported

Let me guess @Optus kept detailed records on past customers who no longer have a relationship with them? It is high time we had right to be forgotten laws like the EU #OptusHack #securitybreach #databreach Epic fail from @Optus and I'm expecting some linkedin profiles to change.

  • MR0808 Mark with a k (@MR0808) reported

So is the #optus hack for current customers only or previous customers too? I ask because we haven't been an optus customer for just under a year, and I've heard nothing #optusfail #OptusDataBreach

  • RiskyBusinessX9 RiskyBusiness™🌏 (@RiskyBusinessX9) reported

@Optus thanks for nothing, customer for over 10 years and you let hackers get into my/our ID documents... Maybe less focus on brand ambassadors and more focus on a competent Cyber/IT function, what you reckon? #optusfail

  • Alicedkc Alice Clarke (@Alicedkc) reported

@evexiam @Optus Yep. Phone number and email address would be bad, but more survivable than that plus drivers license and passport number.

  • BritsHotBitches KiKi 🌹🚀 (@BritsHotBitches) reported

@Optus @RunnerSA18 Oh for ***** sake I went through all the hell of getting a new number to stop the spam on my phone and for WHAT! So you let my info out to scammers. I hate this ******* planet and the useless companies that ******* over.

  • stevosplace01 Noneofyourfuckingbuisness (@stevosplace01) reported

@sophie_walsh9 @Qldaah @9NewsSyd Awe the poor thing. Must be hard having to tell your customers that it's been happening since 2017. Who would have ever thought hackers would ever try to breach one of Australia's biggest telecommunications companies. What a **** of sh!t from #Optus

  • LouisevanSmee 💧Irritable Owl (@LouisevanSmee) reported

@jendudley Very poor indeed - realized my account was under attack Monday morning - called Optus & got nowhere. Haven’t heard a peep from them since

  • JaneDav53269721 Jane Davis (@JaneDav53269721) reported

@bellebelle @Optus I suspect they're trying to figure out a solution/resolution before contacting customers. (i.e what preventative measures taken & a here's a free month worth of data). I feel for you. The reputational damage will be costly in addition the regulatory fines coming their way.
