@WaterfordJack @vjmahon I reported alleged AFP corruption to ACLEI. They pretended to be sympathetic. When I didn’t get back to them (nameless, they never even gave names) in a timely manner, they rang me on both my phones. I asked how they got my new Optus number. They said they looked it up.

@rukeylob @Optus Yep @optus lied to me about having my phone “in stock” and it being assigned and processing for delivery, there’s no other explanation other than they just lied (and continue to lie) and the phone was never actually “in stock”

@madradish @JetstarAirways All Australian businesses need to know that taking cash & then abandoning customer service is actually fraud regardless of tiny print BS. We should trend fraudulent non customer service provision for monies taken by Jetstar, Qantas, Optus, Telstra & our govt & other authorities
