Just signed up for a month of Optus Sports. Having a few teething problems. Its a terribly designed feedback/support interface, really conveys contempt for the user.

@Optus So it works fine throughout the year, but then coincidentally doesn't cope during a major tournament? Not sure how its not optus issue. You destroyed a complete soccer culture by buying rights off sbs and now you're not accepting responsibility. Nice.

@rebmemeRMe @Optus I was expecting to see you sliding out of the map thats how bad you were lagging... zzzzzz

@dontcallmekatie @Optus I only have FTTN, paying for 50MBs, getting a bit over half that, too much old copper on the last leg. I get regular (less frequent recently, not every day) dropouts of about 4mins as nodes reboot, only a couple longer than that and then support was quick and helpful.

@tobiasbusch @Optus not following your logic here. optus sport is a subscription service?

Kev Kellaway 🇦🇺 (@KevKellaway) reported
@Optus Steven, I don’t expect you to personally know but Mt Hutton has had **** service forever. Optus and Telstra both argue the Government Black Spot fund should pay for it, that’s for rural areas. It’s Bullshit. This had been logged before for nil response.

@Optus Remember last time when your got embarrassed for the same problem and you eventually gave rights back to sbs to help cope with demand..same thing will happen here. Wait and see deeper into the comp. I think you guys underestimate international football

@Optus NOPE. I've already been through the insane process of trying to report a fault, being told no fault is reported and being given over TWO DAYS as a minimum fix time. This? 👆 Is not good enough.

@Optus any update on the outage in 3915?

How is the NBN this fundamentally bad? I live a 10min walk from Ad CBD. I pay a premium for unlimited quality NBN. And yet I have zero connection *often*, terrible service and am advised that there is no fault when I try to report it. Monthly faults at best. @Optus - FIX THIS.
