At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

@Optus having the worst experience of my life with this network.came to India and using my Australian to get a bill of 408$ citing roaming charges when I clearly called up customer care to move to a different plan! Now my number is barred! So much inconvenience

Counting down days until May 23rd when I can leave @Optus and switch to a carrier than isn't completely unreliable causing me to drop signal every 10 minutes in the middle of the city.

@franksting I moved to Optus ages ago. The "Telstra Network Better" is far less true these days. (Region SA many places have full Optus 4G and almost no Telstra. My house has Optus 5G, but not Telstra and is in metro Adelaide).

@JETZO_10 @sophierachie I used to be as Telstra customer up until about May last year, but yet even after I switched to Optus my Live Pass still worked?? 🤔

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra I switched to Telstra after being with Optus for years thinking I’d be right with “best 4G network”. I had calls drop out in CBD, no reception at the back of my house in Heathmont. Telstra support were hopeless. After two weeks I moved Vodafone and have never looked back 1/2

Dont ask for handouts or your getting blocked. I literally posted the password for the optus support login and ive had over 20 broke boys ask me to get them a free phone. Grow up
