    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    Can't talk to friends on Discord properly because it's unstable, going upwards to 2k ms. That means connecting to any game servers would be horrible. Optus, kindly ******* fix your ****. Had I been streaming today, I would have much more annoyed.

    @Optus I have just sent you a DM as I have been without NBN in 2450 since 20:45 SAT NIGHT! I have bought THREE new routers to try & fix as says no outage at my address. How is this acceptable? Please help me. I NEED to work! Thank you - Rory!

    @optus is the internet down in Kingsgrove area- postcode 2208, unable to communicate via app as no responses. System doesn’t show outage. Mobile coverage in area just as bad.

    we had crazy rain and lightning twice in last 4 months. and both times the home internet from @Optus collapsed. first time modem was fried. now just local outage. ~ 1.5 years ago in cairns, strong rain - town went dark. whats up with our infrastructure in Australia? #auspol?
