At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

Optus sure is something.. optus had the old address down in their system for my brother and sis in laws land, couldn't do their address. Asked them to change it and they didn't. So God knows where my new iPhone will turn up to.. thanks Optus 🥴🥴🥴🥴

@Optus Also it's amazing how you can respond to a tweet within seconds, but customer service phone queues exist, the chat takes over an hour to do nothing, and you've removed everything from the app. I'm no mega phone company, but maybe put some staff on your customer service hey.

@peters_malcolm Learning the hard way. I've been a member since 1990. Good they're doing this & hope they fix the weaknesses. They make enough money to pay for world class cyber security. Like Optus.

As someone who makes a living on the internet, I find it hard to believe that @Optus is unable to fix my internet for 2 months. Service was slowed beyond usability and when a fault in the line on my street was found, no action was taken. Optus are scammers as far as I'm concerned

@Optus Keep charging for service which was cancelled two months ago . With confirmation message sent to me confirming cancellation, just in chat for more than 2 hours to get the credit.

@ciaranmartinoxf Would bug bounties and vulnerability disclosure programs have encouraged security researchers to report their findings to Optus and Medibank if they had them? I resorted to using my connections to report issues. A contact page for security issues or a security txt would be nice.
