At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

I signed up with #Optus fairly recently and was already feeling insecure abt the amount of personal data they wanted. I remember asking them, "why do you want all this, I've never been asked for these things before", including passport scans etc. Now all that is "out there..."

@Optus @RunnerSA18 @Optus I tried to cancel an unused service yesterday for which I am still being billed. Used online chat (while logged in to my account via app), representative said I need to go in to a store...and produce 100 points of ID. In context of what happened, you can't be serious.
