    @Optus Thanks Optus for connecting people during 2011 and 2022 Floods and Applying Credits to Accounts. Something the Federal Government did not do. It’s Govt at fault for allowing Passports for ID. On know you customer data base. Passports are for transiting via int. Borders.

    @ChattyCathyAU Have had a chance to talk to some optus uumm (*****) Their call centre staff, yeh customer service not a strong point. Plus they wernt impressed I wouldn't do automatic payments. lol But those like me who don't, have to go into stores to get service. Saids something hey.

    Hey @Optus .. what is going on with Webmail. Utterly, utterly unusable today. Taking forever to load inbox, if it loads at all. Then emails won’t open. It just keeps spinning. Pretty poor considering…

    Argh! Email this morning from @Optus letting me know I've been caught up in the hack. I'm a previous customer (pre 2013) and they've said my data in a number of combinations has been accessed. Bloody fantastic. 🤬
