    @Aushiker @RGratton @Optus @madebygoogle I have been having issues with #Google #pixel3 I thought pixel3a may be better than pixel 3.

  • Aushiker 💧Aushiker (@Aushiker) reported

    @RGratton @Optus Seems to be a known issue with the latest Google Pixel 3A also experiencing similar problems. Given my phone was brought this year you would have thought @madebygoogle would have resolved the issue by now given it has been happening for some time.

    @Aushiker @Optus Because it’s an android 😂 In all seriousness, random shutdown issues in mobiles usually point to faulty ram... as a general rule.

    As a school teacher, I really rely on my wireless network to be able to do my lesson planning, print resources. Makes it very hard when I have to use my mobile data at home. @Optus

    An issue occurred in my street on Sat. Something happened to the power/internet line. Our downstream light has been flashing since. I called about it on Sunday and the operator said others were also offline. Still have not heard anything/been notified of it. Please help @Optus

  • SophiePearse Sophie Pearse (@SophiePearse) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

    I’ve phoned @Optus customer service 3 days in a row and you’ve YET to rectify this issue, despite advising you have. This is incredibly poor form, deplorable in fact 😡

  • DamienHashemi Damien Hashemi (@DamienHashemi) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    *******!!! @Optus you should learn something from @ThreeUK when it comes to customer service. Had problems adding credit to my UK phone before a trip. I hardly use my phone but Three whacked on 5gb for free so I wouldn’t be stressed on arrival. Legends.

    @Optus @LFCMelbourne @OptusSport Optus letting down fans yet again...*sigh* Passing on the interest doesn't mean shit. All they do is take from the fans, but I can't see them ever giving back.

    @david_obrien @DavidGulli @Optus Interesting - I was getting about that speed but as of today recent SpeedTest showing 17.6Mbps - so it ain't so fast now, and just seems to keep getting worse Hoping that someone in OptusHQ is not playing with network configuration parameters
