@Optus Steven, I don’t expect you to personally know but Mt Hutton has had **** service forever. Optus and Telstra both argue the Government Black Spot fund should pay for it, that’s for rural areas. It’s Bullshit. This had been logged before for nil response.

@redbigot @Optus I need to do the research again. When I bought this place Telstra owned the only connection so I was forced to go with them. But it seems like a monumental NBN issue more than anything else, and changing provider won't fix that.

@Lachlan_Mc @Optus They are just the provider. The supplier is still NBN Co with monumental issues in the supply line and maintenance of equipment. It would be nice to be treated like a human rather than a pesky problem but that's an issue with all of them.

@dontcallmekatie @Optus The retailers are all hopeless. They just resell what they’re egocentric by NBN Co, which is where the real problem is. I found regular complaints to the Telco Ombudsman have a tendency to motivate them to act quicker and actually believe your complaints, but YMMV.
