    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    @JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus Boost- they use Telstra service too. Pay for 12 months and get plenty of data, $200. When on special $180 which is $16 per month

    @DougCameron51 @WgarNews I tell no lie. My Wife and I have been with Optus since the Dinosaurs roamed the Earth and we have never(truth)had a problem. I sincerely hope this is not about to change.

    @DellHol00654443 @friendlyjordies Nice assigning of motive you did there. I changed off Optus over a decade ago due to their awful coverage even in capital cities. But nah, you know best.

    Once my contract is up it’ll be time to leave @Optus (after ~20years) While I can’t fault their customer service during that time, I have to question their decision making if they think #gladys is a “proven leader who demonstrated her renowned strength, leadership, discipline” 🙄
