@Telstra Conserving my @Optus mobile data now. They could learn from this exchange also. Haven’t checked lately, but for many years their tower outage checker pages has many issues. Telstra provided with details, but refusing to act without Account info despite multiple accts affected.

@scoobygt @rob_sketchy @Optus except that they keep screwing people with 5g too. planned maintenance on the 5g tower 300m from my home is coming up to 10 weeks now. there’s some other crap going on here. maybe optus conning us with their ever expanding 5g coverage of oz that doesn’t work where it should.

Hey @amasyimAU - any idea why no Xiaomi phones work with MMS on any Optus network? Happy Amaysim customer apart from that. Examples include Poco M3, Mi 11 Pro, Mi 10 Pro Dual Sim, all of which work fine with Telstra (VAR) sims. cc @Xiaomi

@Optus sick of sending DMs, calling, being told by your app messenger they can’t help with 5g. optus is in clear breach of its contract with me. i’ll see if the person who my complaint was escalated to actually calls me and can get resolution. 29 weeks on i won’t hold my breath though.
