@smh @nickbonyhady Go into an Optus office to require assistance and clarification. All they did was try and sell an App for the phone and state any help would come from the Federal Government. Pathetic and Insulting.

@ConversationEDU @michellegrattan Ticking time bomb for Optus and ex- customers! HM more days before they provide the info requested for compromised customer identity docs eg passports, Medicare etc? Delays add to the risk, the angst and ability for the Govt to set up urgent action to protect these folk.

@Mark_Young05 @Julxxx0 Just read that they changed the law nsw so to do any credit checks they need your licence number and card number. Service says that we can only change our licence if optus said that both licence and card number was given out and it takes weeks to do.

@Optus I cannot make contact with Optus to advise of my new details to send information to - seeing as I have previously unsubscribed from messaging and am not a customer anymore. This means that Optus can't contact. I don't think I would have updated my address either

@DrShaneRRR @SharnelleVella @DrDStojanovski I can't remember the last time I was an Optus customer (at least 10 years) but have been notified of impact. Shocking data policy. Absolutely no need for them to keep identity verification materials for past customers.
