Just signed up for a month of Optus Sports. Having a few teething problems. Its a terribly designed feedback/support interface, really conveys contempt for the user.

Hi @optus, it's been awhile. There seems to be an outage (2096) just want an idea when it will be fixed. Tried Optus app messaging but they said 16th June, which can't be right. Also said I can claim compensation.

@saysgrumpysuzie I'm near the FTG cemetery. Had 4 short outages but my Optus mobile lost the signal around midnight. Got a very dodgy 1 bar signal at 5.30 this evening. Drove to Emerald yesterday. Dodgems on the road around the fallen branches and debris.

Optus Stadium, 4-5 June, 2:30pm-12:00am. Richmond-Essendon, Freo-Bulldogs. However risk is very low to fans as I never went near the crowd plus returned long after the game by parent/Uber
