    @Optus Watching City and Liverpool, pressed pause. Tried to go back to the game and it 15min. Lost its place despite the “resume” feature. Had to start again. I changed over to Optus and the connection is terrible. Please figure it out if you are are going to charge people money.

    @AnnetteJack6 @LiddyDrane I once had a stint with Optus Annette, they were nearly as bad. That's when I joined the Adelaide group who were amazing. Optus tried every trick in the book to prevent us leaving , almost to the point of harassment.

    @Optus Any chance you can improve NBN connectivity in the 2155 region of NSW please? Network has been dropping out every other minute for the last week. No doubt you will charge your customers full price even though service (and communication) has been extremely poor…

    @Optus Hey George, just went through the process of cancelling a service through the chat app. Second service I've cancelled this year where the same question of transferring the service to another person is asked... Kinda just curious what the success rate of that is?

    @Optus I've reported this before without much success. My phone usually detects them as spam. If I call back the number it says this number does not support callbacks, is this a usual sign of spam callers?
