Hi @Optus your chat with us/message option on the website is buggy. It's not working. I can log into my account just fine, but the chat feature is not working. Is there another link I can use? Low on phone memory, I can't download the app yet.

Many of us have either been an Optus customer or are currently an Optus customer. I can’t recall how long ago & have no idea how far back in time Optus data breach goes. How do we know? Are we just sitting ducks for 4 yrs, 6 yrs, 10 yrs until our data is fraudulently used?

@sydneykhoo @noelsie_nme @SBSNews I went straight to Service NSW (rather than apply online). Lady there said they already knew my licence had been compromised, yet Optus hadn’t emailed. Also demand they provide you with Equifax 12mth subscription. That’ll check if your details had been used by criminals.

Hey Optus, why were you holding my details when I have not been your customer since late 2019? I am one that's affected by the breach. Furious. #OptusHack #optusbreach

@Optus @RunnerSA18 I got two different codes from Optus and none work - you need to let your contacts at Equifax know so they can sort out this issue asap. #OptusHack #optusfail

@optus I'm not able to get a verification code via sms or email so I'm not able to login to chat to say that I informed optus multiple times that my remaining bill will be paid this Wednesday 5/10 and to not restrict my account further or optus leaves me no way to pay my bill.

@tobycmurray @Jeremy_Kirk Side note: I saw a Trevor Long article indicating when contacting a sample of the 10,000, never mind that none had been warned they were on the hot list, some had not even received the generic email from Optus. Anyone have any further info on that? Wonder how long we must wait...
