@MK64966665 @Optus Agreed, no need for the threats. But the issue happens every couple of months with optus. Last time it was not online connection issues but super high latency via optus which made the game unplayable for weeks, so I cancelled sub. They also like to tell customers it's their fault

@Optus @Nightintodream Also having the same issues as the other people with Square Enix/Final Fantasy sites not working with Optus. When we called support earlier they had no idea what we were talking about and had no suggestions as to how to help. Please get this fixed Optus!
