    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).

    @FranMooMoo Starlink and Optus have entered a partnership"Direct to Cell" technology to Australia. Rather than Starlink launching its own separate mobile carrier service to compete with Optus, the service is designed to be integrated into existing Optus plans

    @FranMooMoo @diggerdeegs I left Optus about 12mths ago and joined Starlink... should have done well before. Love Starlink and have an Aldi mobile plan... Will there in an instant if Starlink start a mobile phone service.

    @pelli_69 @Optus @Telstra I was with them for years, then went straight to Aussie Broadband! One of the many benefits is that it has Aussie call centres & tech support.
