    @Optus been trying to call your complaints line in regard to ongoing problem and get a message to call back during normal office hours. Sadly typical of any attempt when dealing with your organisation. #optus #optusfail

    @SwoopLuke I’ve been with Telstra, Vodafone and Optus. Telstra has further coverage but their customer service is rubbish and the amount of drop outs/maintenance was ridiculous. Vodafone was honestly the best. Coverage was less down south but I’m rarely there. Optus has been rubbish.
