    I can not express how frustrating Optus customer service is to deal with. Sales area goes smoothly - trying to get the contracted service (internet) delivered is a nightmare. Days on calls and Chat, hung up on. 1300 AND Chat told me there is NO complaints mechanism. @Optus

    @Optus Quade, My number is 0413910086. 109 Mcloughlin Road morayfield O7/04/1969 They are doing upgrades but my reception is so bad I can only call out if I leave the house.

    This not only means that we all personally need to use other carriers such as Vodafone and Optus - which work PERFECTLY here by the way, so it's not a black spot - and deal with coverage issues when traveling, but businesses with mobile payment system struggle to get a signal.

    @Optus please advise on any known issues in Eaglemont VIC 3084. Internet has been unstable for several days. Modem resets are not resolving the issues.
