@jshsmth8 @Optus An “inconvenience” as a customer is when you lose service for a short period, or you debit my account twice in error. Nothing that causes permanent damage. This is beyond that. Our information is now with God only knows who & will be used for God only knows what! #optusfail

Should I become a victim of identity theft or fraud, will @Optus be held liable? Because the details that have been taken are very much enough to do a lot of damage. And it’s not like I can actually change any of it. 2/3
