    @perceptivelight mmm our older daughter and husband lived there a few years. It seemed that if you ever wanted to go outside Hobart, Telstra was the only option. Even to just go to the airport there was no signal from voda or optus

    For Christ sake @Optus, second day of internet that doesn’t work, just like last month. It’s a recurring issue, if you can’t provide the service I signed up for, cancel my contract and let me go back to @Telstra

    @Optus @smashtagmediaAU I have no wireless in Kingsford this morning - Tues 1 June 2021 – have reported the issue but will re-state it here. Issue started last night. Have reset the modem 3 times, I’ve unplugged and plugged in again but no good 🧐.

    @D_Melissa2 So do I . Customer service is dead in the water in this country. I won't do more than ring & or leave number for a call back unless I require written correspondence. Chat on Optus I screen shot & reuse too. It's horrendous. 😡#auspol they wrecked every damn thing worth having!

    @Optus Who knew Optus has an actual phone number. It must be hidden, plus your advice about messaging you on the 24/7, that’s the problem as I stated in my previous tweet, the messaging doesn’t work. Your advice...a hidden ph number or message us. 🙄

    @Optus Hi Optus, I wish to cancel my service with your rubbish company, it is the worst company I have ever dealt with, and I cannot believe that this would happen in a modern country.  5days to solve an NBN problem and no closer to solving it, multiple handoffs, calls cutting

    @Optus Is it common practice to make a promise to a customer through your retentions department & then 3 weeks later say we can't do it because they shouldn't have done that? Poor customer service. Spoke to a Dean in your Retentions team a short while ago which was the worst ever
