@Optus your customer service is the worst!!! I have been on hold for 40 mins. And I’m still waiting to suspend my Optus internet service for 3 months. I then keep getting your ridiculous surveys which I put 0 in and I get nothing back!

@Optus my last provider lasted 3 days, you have lasted 1 day. I will be sending back all my equipment and cancelling my contract and getting a complete refund because your service is s***. in addition writing a complaint to ACCC and to the telecommunications ombudsman #auspol

bwahaha I thought our internet was bad trying to stream a lecture... now we have five adults all online. Telstra never fails to underwhelm. Yeah, I know I said I was going to go Optus. But first I have to find out if it even gets reception here. Country life, I tell ya.

@Optus They are not outages Steven, rather black spots in the CBD?, suburbs, home, that I never suffered with Telstra. Sorry mate but it’s quite alarming such a big telco has these problems in 2020.
