    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    @yaakov_h TIO are toothless. After they failed to get traction on an issue for 3 months, I decided to track down the CEO of Optus wholesale personally to fix my problem. After that it was fixed in 36 hours.

    @Optus @ItsMeJoeyG Half of Victoria is power cycling their modems. I'm not sure that's going to fix a network-wide issue.
