    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    I think it's within my right to ask why that is, and what compensation Optus customers will have access to, because that violates the contract we signed with you as a Telco. If your response is inadequate like it has been recently, I'd be happy lodging a complaint with @OAICgov.

    .@Optus, in the last 12 months my monthly bill has gone from $39 to $59 with no additional services or extra's. The only service you offered was to have my details stolen by organised crime and/or hacks.

    @ianbfarquhar DOB is the means by which most sites verify who you are online/by phone. e.g, as I started typing this, a message came from my doctor to sign in with my DOB. When checking banks/phones/service providers DOB is wanted. Doesn’t answer why optus would have P/P or D/L though.
