    @Optus Unfortunately on messaging they said they can’t help as there is an open case no. I have no idea what this is as I didn’t report anything. I have had the NBN for only a couple of weeks. The phone light is out on modem and other lights on I have no idea on. I’m not technical.

    @Telstra reckon they are the best. But as soon as you jump on a train in peak hour the network becomes saturated and you end up speaking 50% of your trip on 3G. Optus never did that.

    @domknight @Optus Dom, I had the same issue when I wanted to add a data SIM at an Optus store but when I declined and rang them to complain it wasn't a problem to add one and data share. Seems sometimes the left hand isn't talking to the right.
