    At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

    @DenisNovak007 Production is poor I agree. That’s on the APL as a cost saving measure of course. Replays are average - replicating what Optus Sport did should be the goal IMO

    @PeteUK7 @virginmedia When my husband died @Optus (Australian telco) harassed me for about two years about his bill and phone. Years. Told them over and over and over that he was dead. It was awful.

    @villaminium They were absolutely fleecing us towards the end of that spill though… Had a mate who worked at Optus and he said there was hundreds of British customers who were only with them for the football package. Seemed an insanely stupid deal to let go of imo

    If Telstra vanished tomorrow, half the country would lose mobile service. If Optus or Vodafone vanished… most regional users wouldn’t notice. That’s the imbalance.

When it comes to reception, Optus is constantly upgrading our network to provide better coverage. However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.     Just had the worst customer experience in my life from @Optus It took 2+ hours of dealing with barely legible Indians passing me from department to department. The worst was the ‘Tech Support’ woman who didn’t even know what 5G+ was and had to look it up on the website.
