At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

Hi @Optus - any reason that I can’t call landlines on my iPhone 8 Optus mobile service at the moment? I can call mobiles no problem but calls to landlines show “call failed”. Based in West Footscray

Not even one month after getting my home internet issues sorted, it stopped working again yesterday. Multiple calls & msgs but i am yet to receive any calls/resolution. Big mistake i made moving to @Optus. Should've stayed with @Telstra where i never had any issues. #Broadband

@Optus Having trouble checking my usage - logging in to myaccount just says "Something went wrong". Can't live chat or message because that forces me to log in which then just gives me "Something went wrong" infinite loop...

Does anyone’s @Optus @OptusSport Internet/WiFi just consistently cut out recently? Been like this for 2-3 months after having the same issue 6 months ago. Why is it Internet so unreliable? And now it has completely dropped off!!! What am I paying for? I need a new provider!

@Optus I live in Ashbury, Sydney. We have an NBN technician coming next week. So hopefully they can help. Its the unreliability that is my main issue. I can handle low speeds. Just the cutting out. Ive played around with it now. Hopefully I get it working 🙏
