  At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

  @karavas_alex @BrianJArbuckle 50k of intense support at Optus which configuration isn't too dissimilar to MCG. Freo kicked 100+ in the 2 games at the G. Doesn't phase them mentally. Sat was a rare shootout. A GF doesn't have that level of intense support - 100k v 50k doesn't make a diff.

Can you please ensure both the app and your device have been updated to the latest available software?   @Rizzabeast I had a disgusting phone interaction with outsourced staff in the Optus Nbn install team, the first issue was a computer error, which I understood but asked to escalate to a supervisor, this guy had no customer service skills, talking over me, i asked to talk to his supervisor

  Go digital they said. What that has got us? MyGov, Telstra, Optus hacked. Stolen identities, etc. This isn't even 1% the problem. Why keep pushing something that causes many problems & stress to everyday ppl? Tracing private citizens every move is the objective.

  Further update, Mum was just on the phone with Optus and apparently Optus (an internet provider) isn’t able to call NBN to fix this, they can only text message them. Or at least that’s the line they are spitting out about the network degradations DO YOUR JOB!!!
