    As a longtime Optus customer, I should have gone and secured the building myself. When they got hacked I felt guilty I hadn't done more. Sure I'd put up with crappy phone reception, repetitive TV programs, and internet that drops out every time it rains. I'm wracked with guilt.

    Dear @optus. Please ask your CEO to have a talk to the head of Microsoft to ask them to stop blocking your emails from the Optusnet domain. It's causing me all sorts of issues, and I may have to leave you if it goes on much longer.

    @MickSanchezAU It is probably a half-baked interim fix for the Optus breach but presenting it as anything else is at best inaccurate and at worst wildly dishonest. A false sense of security is worse than no security at all. At least when there's no security you know where you stand and can act.
