    .@Optus, not only is owner of the number (02) 3800 6899 allowed to mass call private numbers, but it immediately defaults to 'Not In Service.' And scammers are allowed to fake their location to tiny NSW country towns. WTF is this crap? The only security is for the Scammers.

    @CNEriksen @Optus No it’s not an accurate statement @Optus . Day 10, and I’m in cue to get an assistant to add manually. Yesterday the customer assistant was convinced I was wrong and the roaming was automatically activated. In fairness I don’t blame him. That is what SHOULD happen

    Really pissed off with @Optus right now. For over a week my 5G Home Broadband internet has been on the fritz as they are performing an "upgrade" & it's going to be 3 weeks of constanty drop outs & slow speed. The @Xbox Series X keeps chucking a tanty because of this too!

    @I_am_romey @Optus Make a formal complaint to the T.I.O when you get back if it continues. I had a heap of problems with Craptus and they always took me more serious when they knew I would get the Ombudsman I volved if they were shifty...

    @Luke15613026 @giantroo Nah that was freshly laid hadn’t been rolled or cut yet plus we have had rain this arvo so that will help! Still not ideal but don’t think it will be an issue ! Plus Optus turf is harder then the mcg so we shouldn’t (fingers crossed) have any knee injuries etc

    @Optus - 2nd time in 6 months that your system has just completely shut me down on my business phone. No network at all. No phone, travelling for work, no data, meetings to run. Completely unacceptable. Absolutely rubbish service.

    @I_am_romey @Optus Yeah, I had way too many years dealing with these jokers... I reckon I'm on some of their "this phone call is being recorded" training calls as I give them a chance for good customer service, but they always failed me lol

    @JustSaying8888 Yes it's Optus. I had reception issues with Telstra but not Optus. My bill after the 12mth cheaper period is now $23 per month. Kept my Telstra number. Free sms & calls plus 40GB of data. Which is enough for me cos I don't stream movies ( I buy them instead,) Good to deal with.
