At 20:07 received a bill from Optus for 22 cents. Worth a giggle - then saw due date 22 November. Too bizarre ...... and no, have not severed our relationship. Was a victim of their data **** up. One way traffic .... its way.

@Optus Is it standard for agents to lie to customers? I can imagine it's all too easy to try to palm off non-technical customers with nonsensical technobabble but would hope for better service.

@Optus So if optus fails to deliver what it advertised and promised on any given day abd time does this mean i can send you a fee also or demand refund? These kind of bullshit rules to take off customer should work both ways!

@Optus is there a problem with mobile reception in the 3070 post code Melbourne. I have raised this before. You told me it would be rectified. IT ISNT! I’m sick of paying for service I’m not getting. I don’t mind donating, but not to multi billion $$ corporates.

@Optus I reset everything for 5th time today, from desperation, and now operational. No broadband & related all day. No connection for 3 resets. Optus Password to wifi was rejected by all devices for 2 resets. I'll continue dealing with my emergency now. Network is not good enough.
