@Optus don't trust the network status on optus website. I've been told by optus my internet could be down for a week. I'm at Bald Hills QLD. I guess they don't want the bad publicity.

@Optus Don’t lie to me bro it’s not odd it’s by design. I wanted to watch it in bed on laptop and wouldn’t let me log in. Then logged my mobile app off. Once I logged in it would no longer allow me to watch it. You cost me a goal bro how you gonna make fix that

@danilic Everyday at 330pm my internet slows to a crawl. Streaming services don't work between 3.30 and 9. Thanks to @NBN_Australia and @Optus. $10 more a month for a connection twice as slow as cable and 10 times more unreliable.

@sallyrugg had five (5) calls today - 2 from 'no caller id', 2 from a disconnected @optus mobile in WA & another from a fixed line in Sydenham - all threatening to cut off my internet within four hours unless I paid up. And the taped opening? An English woman saying "Hello dear customer".

@telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

@Optus the network status on your website says no outages in my area. I still have no internet, it's been 4 days. Why is your website so bad? How about some updates on when it will be restored? This is becoming a joke. After 16 years loyalty, I'm ready to find a better provider

@flemo_bill @VinceRugari @beINSPORTS_AUS Yes you're right. $20 a pop is fair bit for the service that's not the quality of Optus but it's an option i will certainly consider.

@Optus @NBN_Australia There's really no point, there is nothing Optus can do that will satisfy me. The ONLY solution I'm willing to accept is full restoration of service, and since the fault is with NBN infrastructure, there is nothing you can do. It would be a waste of my time.
