    @Optus I keep getting multiple calls saying people have had missed calls from my number, went in store and the staff suggested a scammer is using my number, is there anything that can be done to help me? Getting abusive phone calls at 8:30 a night for a week isn’t fun

    @Optus - all loving & helpful signing you up. Failure though to help with payment extensions over CHRISTMAS & DURING COVID issues is beyond crazy. DO NOT SIGN WITH OPTUS. they claim to want or help if you have issues paying your bill. Instead it’s a big fat “no extensions, pay up

    Today has been bit odd @Optus Coverage has been so spotty even outside, Hopefully they're not doing tower maintenance again in Hurstville cause that always affects us in 2223. Submitted a report via website which is cool idea never knew that feature existed I wonder if its new!!

    @shaun_moshniki @Optus It’s a LARGE amount. In an effort to cut down monthly bills, I cancelled a iPad contract meaning I had to pay out the iPad. No worries, $800 on top of bill. But @Optus also cancelled the ACCESSORIES (I didn’t ask for that) adding $400 on top of the $800 to pay out!

    @LittleZaZzy Take the voda sim out,,try the Telstra,,it wont affect you voda,,$10 it's fixed just like that with trying the telstra $2 sim,I had heaps of probs with Optus similar to you,,not a issue since changed to Telstra E~

    @Optus What update? There is no update. Nobody has bothered to contact me since then, I still have no phone because you've bricked my Sim card, my 12yo's prepaid number was still never activated. Never got my "20 mins" call back from the last pointless phone call that was 3 days ago.

    What’s my day been like? Reminded we have bugger all Fire Fighting Aircraft. Too late for Hospital ships but should build or convert for the future. And to top it off there’s that bland reject from Optus Fletcher who’s never had an original thought in his miserable life.
