    @KevinAirs I have been with Optus for 20 years, never have I ever gotten reception at a stadium with Optus unless it was when I got to the stadium early enough before the start of the match or concert or the crowd was a small number of under 10K

    **** you @Optus. Supposedly I have an NBN modem that has 4G connection, but there ain't no connection. One of the worst decisions to come to Optus. Seriously annoyed by you guys, can't get anything right.

    @hganjoo153 2018 cycle is a broad brush. The wickets in Australia in 2018-19 were flat & slow, except at the Optus Stadium. Plus, BCCI refused to play under the lights in Australia. In South Africa & in England, yes.

    @Optus dismayed, frustrated and disappointed. Attempted to connect to internet service yesterday: three hours on phone, sent back to store to get a new SIM card. Then told due to @Optus upgrades #internet not available until April 25th. How can this be an acceptable level?

    @mausies @UpUpNulla Static IP is pretty standard. A bit crap service. I struggle especially because I understand how things work and being treated like a halfwit pisses me off I have fibre-optic cable from the Tele pole to my house for Optus for 20 yes NBN could not or would not use that cable

    So my Optus 4G mobile phone is currently running at a solid 30Mb/Sec but the home broadband, also Optus 4G, is running at a bloody terrible 451kB/Sec. What the ever living **** is this nonsense?

    Almost 20 days @TPG_Telecom could not deliver a modem..confusion,promises, no update, silence and frustration. Absolutely customer unfriendly organisation with fake processes being in place.. shall I go to @Optus or @Telstra now..who can help me?

    @Optus Potential Customers should know what awaits should they choose @Optus as their providers. 5 years of drop outs, increase from $80 to $96, Personal details hacked on their system, 2 months of dead end calls to cancel followed by a $350 threat to return a fetch box. 👎

    @Optus A customer for over 5 years, Had my details hacked and spread through the internet. Took 2 months of phones calls(endless waits or nobody available in cancellation to take call) to finally cancel now receiving threatening messages of fines for not returning a fetch box. @Optus 👎

    @Optus @TechDesignau The Optus Store in Warrnambool is saying Direct Debit is the only way to set up a new service, so I left the store empty handed and put in an official complaint.
