Apparently @Optus has "deleted" (their words) my NBN connection. I have to wait 48hrs for their stuff up. Considering I've started moving my 5 phone services to @Telstra I think my NBN will be next. Been with Optus for sooo many years but lately wow it's been bad.

We were down for a week NBN came out finally and got it back but ever since my next door neighbour get my phone calls on his bill Took us about 6 weeks to even get someone to believe us

It’s now four hours since our @Optus odyssey began. We were simply adjusting our plan. @optus mucked up and disconnected our service. They have been bungling this all day. Insisted we go to DM comms. That has slowed things enormously. @optus just call us. Fix this #optusfail

9 weeks. @Optus @NBN_Australia still haven’t sorted out the problem. To try as a solution they terminated out accounts - me and next door - so we’ve been down all day. Oh ....NBN can’t come until tomorrow. The incompetence is stunning

@tomascl @Optus Innerwest. I was told I will have interruptions in my area until mid December. It's frustrating. I never signed up for Optus anyway. Virgin mobil became Optus and since then my internet and phone reception have't been the same. It's time to find a new provider.

@Telstra Thanks, Jess, we will see what Monday brings. Telstra is stuck with us, we don’t have a choice about supplier (can’t sling Optus cable at ours) but this poor quality service is taking a toll and things must improve. I wish we had fibre to node like you guys working from home.

@Optus I’d say sorry for the late reply but... My parents HAVE contracted support countless times and have had no change to the service. Your service has never been worth the amount we’ve payed. And quite frankly, no offer of support will keep us on Optus. You’ve lost a customer.
