    @CaraMia200 I'm not surprised. It took my fighting with Optus for 6 months to cancel my contract with them. They wouldn't even provide a number or email that I could complain to. I had to threaten the Ombudsman before it was finally resolved. So in short, Gladbags will fit in well

    @SkyNewsAust Gladys will do a fantastic job over at Optus coercing customers to upgrade their subscription and forcing everyone to pay 12 months in advance otherwise be locked out of the network

    @MariaOzLakshmi @MSikimeti @tchbastard Actually, to expand on this, things were OK when Singtel first bought out Optus and left it to run as it had been. Things went bad when Singtel took over operations.

    @friendlyjordies @kbrspace Hey KBR, worst customer experience today by finding out your customer service staff cancelled my replacement modem, which was confirmed faulty, without notifying me. So, I’ve left Optus, and by employing Gladys, even better incentive to bail. Expect mass cancellations
