    @MadeByHandGame1 @Optus The more times we have outage here for “planned works” to “improve” the service, the worse it gets. Constantly having the service interrupted, yet paying for it as though it’s always on … Not good enough @Optus.

    @Optus Haha no I dealt with you for three months and that was your final response that the drop outs weren't happening at lunch time or 3am in the morning, only between 6-10pm so my service worked enough of the time it wasn't an issue and you wouldn't fix it for WHEN I USE THE SERVICE

    @Optus i don't want to log in, Sarah, i do NOT want a yes crowd account. i never asked for one, i never registered for one. I WANT MY YES CROWD ACCOUNT DELETED. Nowhere in my contract with optus does it say i have to have a yes crowd account so tell me how to delete it please

    @Optus So I swapped providers, had the same issue and they fixed it within a week because they understood I don't give a **** if the service works when I'm at work or asleep I need it for when I'm home. Had your service for 8 years and will NEVER go back from that experience
