@LesStonehouse @Optus Optus are forcing her to pay for another modem? That doesn't sound right at all. The service provider is obligated to provide equipment in working order and replace it if it is defective. I would take this as an opportunity to find a better provider. i.e. - not Optus or Telstra.

@LesStonehouse @Optus I had issues with optus last year. But that issue was a mixture of poor customer service and communication. They did tell me internal damage to my phone was deliberate and invalidate my phone insurance back in 2016, but with home phones the issue could be many things. 🤔

@LesStonehouse @Optus Try @BelongAU for both broadband and phone. For $65 per month we get unlimited broadband and $25 per month we get unlimited phone calls and 10gigmobile broadband. We have used them for 4 years with no problems.

@mbocallaghan How is staging the Test at the WACA any different to staging it at Optus Stadium? How does it resolve the State’s quarantine issue which is why the Test was cancelled?
