    I’m visiting the South Coast of NSW & the internet & data roaming is crap. Can’t even get 4G on my mobile. It’s so bad I can’t even tweet a complaint. What a disgrace! How do the locals put up with this? @Telstra @Optus @NBN_Australia

    @_StellarCon_ Aussie Broadband most for their customer service I would switch over but I got a cheeky mobile/internet bundle with Optus - also drinks when???

    @TickHogan @MarcTennant I have very borderline mobile. 3G voice only works against the northern window and only with Telstra. 4G Data I have a small antenna and the tower is nearly 40kms over hilly country....I get 30+mbps down and 12+ mbps upload with Optus. On a 500gb per month plan $68.

    @zzbrgood @bkbaguley @MSMWatchdog2013 Howard ****** that up. Optus and others were already competing with telstra's retail arm - only problem was telstra's wholesale arm was ripping them off. Telstra had to be split in two, much like it is now anyway with the NBN, and only the retail arm made public.

    @Optus amazing feat, yet your technical clowns can’t fix the still broken effing 5g tower nearby in the last 3 weeks so i can connect at home. fix things on the ground before jerking off about how proud you are about other stuff.

    No service in Cronulla still from the @Optus towers that could have been totally replaced in the 9 hours it’s been since they have gone to the ****. I hotspot work through the phone and the boss is gonna be pissed if this isn’t fixed overnight.

    hey @Optus - once again having eSIM trouble. optus chat are telling me to check the email which is no help. the link they SMSd through to me doesnt work. The app says I haven't ordered an eSIM. and the store are having trouble.

    @Optus I keep getting texts saying i had a missed call or with a voice message. Never wanted this, was supposed to be turned of many, many times now.

    @Optus have not supported my small business through the hardest time I have experienced in over 50 yrs over running a business. All we want is for our diversion to work without failure for customer support 100% 24/7. This is what we offer, why can't you #optus #verypoorservice
