    @andrewzed3 @TurnbullMalcolm I have tried to use it after having @optus connect the business plan with a charity I volunteer for and it’s embarrassing. We will keep the ADSL as long as we can and try to find a better solution. Australian’s have been ripped off!

    My internet was down for 2 months, it has only been back two weeks then you hit me with this shit. Like man, I have to use my missus hotspot to even play because I made the mistake of having Optus as a mobile provider as well. Highly disappointed.

    Phoned optus customer care to report problem, voice prompts said was closed 3G optus mobile still functions, 4G receiving from Nerang damaged during yesterday night lightening storm, (thank you 3G long range and stood up firmly against it all, obviously a better design) @Optus

    @Telstra It wasn’t tech services I was taking to It was your costumer service team which makes it even sadder 😞. I have all my phones through @Telstra but I’m sure @Optus would love my business but I’m try to stay loyal.

    @beaver_willy @Optus @Astrokerrie Lots of important information missing here, doesn't sound right, the plan wont make any difference to the reception so lease plan or not isn't the issue! What type of phone is it? Have you had a sim replacement? What plan are you on?

    @Optus Thats white lie. For 5 days the internet service has been disrupted and no one is bothered at Optus. When called to report the genius at optus classified the problem as "No dial Tone on Phone" whereas actually I was calling from the phone.

    @leachitup I love travelling interstate for footy. I mean, I’ve never really had much of a choice with North 😂 but have done a few interstate trips for other teams too. I’ve done most of the main stadiums at this point. Optus Stadium is next on my list but I’m scared. 😭😂

    Well, after a year or so without any major issues we’ve been “forced” to move from Optus cable to NBN (Optus) due to deprecation of service. The NBN is, well, totally unstable in comparison. The physical connection hasn’t changed, this thing goes offline several times a week :-(

    @spalliera @Trish_Corry @AusIndiMedia Spare a thought for the "NBN by Fixed Wireless" users such as me. Speeds typically 4 - 8 up and 4 - 5 down. Improved for a while when Optus moved me to the next higher band (50mbps down) at no cost, only to revert as soon as NBN deleted that option. Not happy.
