    @Optus Hi Aman, I appreciate that but I was told that before when I was promised multiple phone calls that never eventuated. Never mind the FTTN service we are getting drops out constantly and isn’t as reliable as the previous DSL service at my old address.

    love @gilly381 but for Gilly to jump up and down and say MCG shouldnt have a guaranteed Boxing Day test in favour for his Optus Stadium in Perth yeah um Gilly half of all Kiwis live in WA for the mining jobs and yet you cant even fill up a day 1 1st test in a ANZAC clash #AUSvNZ

    @TropicalTibore The Wollongong train is just slow. It's a good line that takes you right into the city. It just needs to be about 30 minutes faster. Also the phone companies really need to fix their towers. @Optus only has a connection for 10% of the trip lol.

    @Thaldor We've got Telstra, Optus, belong, TPG , Aussie broadband , tangerine, superloop, iinet, dodo. And they'll all be super unreliable but we'll take your money no problem

    Two days and I just keep going through the same motions. Why, @Optus? Why can you not get customer help/care people who a) can help, and b) care? Honestly, this latest one sounds like she resents my taking up her time. #mobile #phone #cellphone

    @Optus your nbn service is horrendous. It’s been down since last Friday, and the staff keeps blaming on me and nbn. nbn tech came and found no issue with nbn or my set up at home. The wifi modern could be faulty. No response after two hours after I left a message to case manager

    @Ramickey777 @Optus This is the most basic of services. Provide a SIM card so people can use the service. How is it able to be messed up in 2022.

    @mariewalsh18 @PetieWilliambil I'm with Aldi $25 a month, it's on the Telstra network, and I love it! SO much better than Optus.
