    @adammckayphotog @iiNet FWIW I cancelled my NBN because I found an unlimited data plan where the retailer uses the Optus network. $40 per 28 days.

    Pretty sure there is no worse telecommunications company in the world than @Optus. The amount of hours I have wasted with them and the issues are still not rectified is insane. I’ve only been a customer for a month and it’s been the worst month for my phone and internet

    @prairiegirl0028 Optus is like that right at the top. All open and freezing from the wind. Glad I'm down closer to the action now. Not sure we'll remain dry tomorrow night though in new seats. Unless of course it doesn't rain.

    @timinclimate Omgee. This happened to my mum! She has tried calling support and they insisted it’s her router, she called Optus as well. I think it’s a software update on Chrome’s side. Haven’t found a fix yet because the support aren’t helpful.

    What's happening @Optus? I had pre-arranged moving internet service, and surprise surprise, it didn't work when I arrived. Then I spent 3hrs on a chat with Deepak, only to have it shutdown due to inactivity. Whose? Optus?

    @Optus Yes my address says nothing is wrong but when I put just my suburb down it says reduced service
