@adammckayphotog @iiNet FWIW I cancelled my NBN because I found an unlimited data plan where the retailer uses the Optus network. $40 per 28 days.

@Optus I upgraded my phone to 5G at the beginning of the month. After calling multiple times to figure out why I wasn't getting 5G they finally told me they were doing work in my area and it would be a couple weeks. Was told they'd call me to give partial refund and never did.

Became an Optus 5G Home Internet customer this week (cheaper than I was paying for NBN and WAY faster). Also came bundled with a Netflix account. Those are all wins. But... [1/2]

@Optus @ashbarty Lol honestly the worst out of any company I’ve ever dealt with, business wise and personal. Poor @ashbarty is sponsored by a marketing company that can’t deliver services. The people working there are great, the processes are terrible.
