    @adammckayphotog @iiNet FWIW I cancelled my NBN because I found an unlimited data plan where the retailer uses the Optus network. $40 per 28 days.

    @Optus @optus needs to check it is not breaking the law by sending unsolicited emails I have repeated request stop and have even unsubscribed from- Im not a customer. It breaks several laws in my country so probably does in Australia.

    @Optus So delighted @optus keeps all its customers and Australia connected. Sadly, I am not so happy they keep emailling me about an account I don't hold, have never held and will never hold... I am not Australian and live on tbe other side of the world.

    Day 3 of constant drop out of internet @Optus Incident has been reported & website shows ‘under investigation’ for 3 whole days now!!

    @Optus I got a hold of tech support on the phone and they said its a NBN issue and have arranged for a Technician to come out and look into the issue.

    @Optus please help! My cable modem failed last week. Tech support chat said they would send a new one out. Meantime they said go to store and get 4G dongle. Stores around me are closed due COVID. One store open did not have stock. Chat said because of this they (cont).....

    @Optus I think it’s highly unprofessional to be going a month without internet yet still being charged for the service. Not only that but when your plan states you’ll be getting 80MB/s download speed and then being told by one of your team members that <10MB/s is really good.

    @Optus what a load of crap, charging a $2.20 fee for non direct debit even though payment is made via B-Pay. It costs you nothing to send an email invoice and yet this ripoff fee is added to the bill. Even Telstra don’t rip their customers off this way.
