@adammckayphotog @iiNet FWIW I cancelled my NBN because I found an unlimited data plan where the retailer uses the Optus network. $40 per 28 days.

@abcnews This is simply too shallow a response. Govt. needs to properly protect its citizens, not offer mealy-mouthed platitudes. A dedicated service that does not rely on Optus needs to be set up by govt. NOW. Then charge Optus for the cost of resolving the issue. Plus 30% if you like.

@Live_Animation_ @mjrowland68 @BreakfastNews That's very interesting. Optus support staff didn't give me the option of directing MFA to email when I was attempting to secure my account. They mentioned Mastercard by ID for certain purchases but that requires a face photo. With their track record, probably best avoided.
