    @Optus I have never experienced a company as frustrating as Optus! I've had an ongoing issue now for 4 weeks, I'm a migrating vividwirless customer... I know you guys are having issues with the old $89 unlimited plan from Vivid but you don't keep your customers updated!!! 4weeks!

    @Optus canceled (without my consent) my previous contract with unlimited internet and the way the solve the problem was forcing their new plans with limited data at home. Internet services in Australia are the worst I’ve seen. 😪

    @myknittingwool @Auspol So many. Even my own mobile Optus network module for when the NBN crashes. These adds even overide the mute. I'm pretty sure its Google selling ad space.

    @Optus I keep getting multiple calls saying people have had missed calls from my number, went in store and the staff suggested a scammer is using my number, is there anything that can be done to help me? Getting abusive phone calls at 8:30 a night for a week isn’t fun
