If I walk into your store and ask for something simple, and you stop listening to what I'm saying, because your attention is focused on the next customer, I'm gonna take my money & walk out. @Optus, if you're interested, your sales staff suck.

@Telstra Too late I’m afraid given this issue has been on going since January 31st I should have been a high priority. The actions go to show how @telstra no longer value their customers. @optus

So Twitter @Optus is just as shit as all their other mediums at customer service. Telcos should call it what it is, NON-service.

@telstra so after being on the phone mostly on hold for 1:02:11 making a formal complaint I was hung up on. I still did not receive my complaint reference number. I guess you really do want me to use another telco such as @Optus or @TPG_Telecom

One reason I switch to Optus from Vodafone was because Vodafone reception in my work toilets are shit. Also 80gb for $50 is not bad, way better than $70 35gb.

What about the next exploit? Optus counts about a third of Australians among its customer base, but when Telstra's popped that'll basically be everybody. Are any proactive defences being raised? /11

@_theboywizard_ Gonna piggy back on this and say GOMO operate on the Optus 5G network and have very competitive plans - no referrals :( I use Felix on the VF network $35/mth unlimited everything. Intl roaming from $20/yr. $35 credit with code: RM00185

Optus needs to let us cancel our contract with them with no fees. This is beyond a joke and no one wants to be with them and they expect us to pay full price to leave. After all this.

@ShitFuckery1 If my details are used for fraud I will send the bill to @Optus . Pathetic. Trust us they say. Give us all your details. I once had them as a customer for a business. They are useless.

Torn. I have one service with Optus, an old data share SIM that I pay $0 for. You’d expect because there is no plan attached then it’d have 0GB data but seems to have continued to have 80GB of data a month for $0 since I pulled my other service. Keep it or can it?
