    What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

    **** you @Optus. Supposedly I have an NBN modem that has 4G connection, but there ain't no connection. One of the worst decisions to come to Optus. Seriously annoyed by you guys, can't get anything right.

    So my Optus 4G mobile phone is currently running at a solid 30Mb/Sec but the home broadband, also Optus 4G, is running at a bloody terrible 451kB/Sec. What the ever living **** is this nonsense?

    @KevinAirs I have been with Optus for 20 years, never have I ever gotten reception at a stadium with Optus unless it was when I got to the stadium early enough before the start of the match or concert or the crowd was a small number of under 10K

    @ConkyOCE I have no idea, I had the worst ping on the server for some reason, I’m with Optus and that’s what I was told was probably the issue, I’m even paying the the @Optus Game path so I can redirect the internet connection but did nothing. Legit waste of money.
