@SteveMolk Casting devices struggle and apps for TV’s have been difficult. But my user experience has been okay. Fans seem to forget the issues that plagued Optus sport during the World Cup. Now THAT was disastrous. But now winning awards for streaming app and retaining the EPL rights

@sativa_bell If you are with Optus, Amaysim uses that network and much cheaper. At present 5g still rolling out so unless you need super fast, would not worry about it.

@TPG_Telecom Pretty much reliable on internet! Are you sure you've not been hacked?? No response from your website/C.service! Last week was Optus, this week TPG! It's like you are restricted going out and using internet! Lol I can't exhaust my data! 😢

@Optus You sent me an invoice with $0.00 and you blocked my internet. Because I owe $0.00 balance. So I paid $1, but now my internet is still not working for 7 days in a row. It's been 7 days since I contacted the staff every day, but I still can't use the internet.

Update @Optus customer service said to wait until tomorrow when they’ll get back to us. Ref: 24369613. They’ve now cancelled the service and connecting a new service and this may take ‘some time’. No specific timeframe.

@BrettKeeble @LavertyPath @HNEHealth If you have an optus phone, Laverty have had problems with the texts getting through. Happened to me a few weeks ago, 3 days later - no result. Sat on hold for about an hour and a very friendly and understanding person eventually answered and gave my result. Worth a try.

@alvey5 Even both. I’m sure by then (if they keep the bye) SA/WA border will be down. Clubs can choose which ground they want to play there home games. So example Brisbane can host WC at AO so don’t play them at Optus and whoever plays port can request Optus etc!

@Optus NBN, Told your message service at 3pm there was an issue. They told me it was my fault and there was no issue. Then magically an hour later i get a message saying there is an outage. Working from home need it resolved asap
