@Optus .. i haven't been able to make phone calls or use my internet from my home since last week. It's irresponsible of Optus to undergo network maintenance without letting us know in advance. I was promised as many others that the network would be up and running by Friday.

@Optus I recently order a new NBN and someone at Optus changed my first name to my middle name without even asking. Now your staff are telling me I need to go to an Optus store to update something I never asked to change. How is this possible?

@Yos1wt @RavenZech2 @auspost It’s not a shift worker thing. I have mine turned off for this very reason. Optus alerted me to a usage issue but i only just saw the text that came through after midnight. And then there are Zuckerbook Messenger users and SMS senders from other time zones etc

@chrismurphys @Telstra When Optus first came onto the scene I couldn’t wait to get rid of Telstra. These days, I’d say, there all much a much. But, I’d never go back to Telstra.

Hi @Telstra I just went into one of your store as I want to port across 2 mobiles and home internet across from Optus. Much to my surprise, the customer service rep told me because I’m a new customer I can’t port across 2 phones. Is this accurate 😳

@tomascl @Optus Innerwest. I was told I will have interruptions in my area until mid December. It's frustrating. I never signed up for Optus anyway. Virgin mobil became Optus and since then my internet and phone reception have't been the same. It's time to find a new provider.

@Dave_Matteo Definitely can help - Different providers buy different amounts of CVC capacity (basically how data they can fit through at once) so providers like Aussie Broadband often provider a better service than a Telstra or Optus

@Optus I've already contacted support about this, and there isn't an outage, which the weather is the most probable cause of said outage. And they suggested that resetting the modem VIA a reset, to which that didnt work either.
