    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Optus completely dissatisfied with Optus! I have raised a TIO complaint on 8/2 still not contact from a Case Manager. I have been following up everyday to only receive different information each time.

    @FreshOuttaFkks @Optus yes, i was with them for abt 10 yrs, between dodgy service & total incompetence, i left and never looked back. There is no reward for loyalty these days. Aldi Prepaid all the way. Data rolls over each month, 5 phones for less than $100 a month. I have about 900 gig ill never use!

    @aleeb88 @Optus Agreed. I like total control of my finances so that I can manage my family the way that is best for us, really shits me that they are treating me like I have never paid on time.

    @miriamcosic Yeah we went with Optus. They're fine. Telstra's the other; more expensive, but better speeds allegedly, and hopefully better service. Basically, Optus and Telstra (and Vodafone) have the most towers, hardware, etc. And sell that on to other retailers.

    So who wlse in #hornsby has no wifi due to a "network update" My mobiles on optus fortunately but my telstra router has green signals but can not connect either laptop mine or brothers or ipad
