@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

@gracie_je I don't want to adversely affect my credit rating for a $70+/- unpaid bill but I still have no idea why I was billed at all several months after I ported my account to another company who does however use the optus network. No proof of a link but too often to be coincidence IMO

Everytime I contact Optus for support they try and get me to change my mobile to them and it's frustrating. Stop trying to upsell me before you even find out what my issue is.

@RalphyHeraldSun The issue with the AFL and Optus is the money the AFL want and the control they want. Optus holds the cards and if the AFL want to play there, they have to swallow their pride!
