@LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

@LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

@Rylee_Caster Are you with Optus? There is an issue with Optus to Telstra with sending messages longer than 140 characters. And it’s driving me nuts because my work phone is Optus!

@bleu_margot @Rylee_Caster From what I’ve read it may actually be an issue on Telstra’s end because some on Telstra have reported having difficulties receiving messages from both Vodafone AND Optus

@Rylee_Caster @jennahasredhair I've missed work as well. I've called optus at least twice telling them that their service is hindering my income. All they say is sorry and once it's fixed I can apply for a credit for the time I was affected. A drop in the ocean and seriously not good enough!

@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Optus I'm an existing client currently overseas. I need to pay my overdue phone bill but there's a problem in my optus app that ll not let me log in or see my info.Every time I try to contact support I get sent to the app which I can't access. Can't call from overseas neither.
