    @Telstra_news “Telstra operate the nation’s only 5G network”. I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure @Optus has 5G too.

    @LesStonehouse @Telstra @Optus Oh He's. It does seem older folk were totally neglected in all of this. No NBN no phone. Cutoffs before they were ready. Expectations they'd understand it all. Neighbour is nearly 90 and it's been awful trying to keep him connected. All on his own.

    @LesStonehouse Faithful to Telstra for 40 years despite our blind loyalty not being reciprocated in quality of service or pricing. Switched to Optus at NBN connection time some years back. Could not be happier with Optus!! Stuff Telstra "and all who ro(r)t in her!!"

    @Optus @whophd I have been using the support app repeatedly, and the situation just keeps getting worse. My main phone now has literally 5% of the data I’m paying for, because you made me get a second account number for incomprehensible reasons. You’ve somehow stuffed up your backend systems.

    @FaiLoadeDice @NoDunksInc All of them aside from the US network ones (Hulu, peacock, paramount etc) but then add in all the Aussie ones (7+, SBS, abc, 9, 10 etc) plus NBA tv, WWE network, FITE, Optus sport etc. all in one place. Always has been. But in America they’re like device exclusive? Wild.

    @Optus Hey, because your support staff won't answer me on your support lines. How long is my mobile phone number reserved after I cancel my account? Should I wait until my account at my new mobile provider is set up and sim delivered or can I cancel now and keep my number?

    Hi @Optus I am abroad in U.K. till December and my service has been disconnected to protect me from a “bill shock”. I urgently need this reconnected as I can’t receive sms codes to log into my mygov to access covid vaccination certificate to return home!

    Ok I had a look at CES Pork roast Pepsi Noodle cups are good Mobile is X tap Optus 4g It's got 3gb ram and 32 GB memory for $129 Not bad deal $149 we elsewhere Happy hunting starts tomorrow

    @Optus Seems to be sorted. Was back to H+ or emergency calls only but seems to have 4G again now. Jindera 2641.
