    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    @Optus @drdrdr09 @PatConroy1 Hi Sarah, thank you for responding, I’ve been down this path before for nil result. All we want to know, is Optus on the tower at Mt Hutton? If you are and it’s powered up, the signal here is still dreadful. Have a good night when you eventually receive this message.

    @KevKellaway @drdrdr09 Thanks Kev. I’ll talk to Optus GR people about this tomorrow. There is definitely a tower as you know. The power supply issue is supposed to be solved this week, fingers crossed.

    @Optus trying to get hold of your customer service team with 0 success. Trying urgently to assist my elderly MIL whose landline is down! Urgently needs addressing as is connected to her emergency button!!

    @Optus Same as always - *you* think and say that everything is hunky-dory. I'm saying real life, customer experience sucks. I don't see what repeatedly DM-ing my address is going to do. Why can't Optus identify where their network matches what I'm suffering ??

    @netflix spoke to @Optus and guess what no VPN or proxy is on my IP address so the ***** in your court to fix the fact you keep blocking masters of the universe revelation as I have only got to watch one episode before the error message appeared
