@Optus I requested a prepaid sim activation more than 24 hours ago and it's still "processing". I'm already an Optus customer so why is the phone number transferral taking so long? I'm unable to use 2FA to log on to accounts which I need to access. What am I meant to do now?

@Optus useless company, I canceled my phone plan with no charge due to the network issues with the phone, they asked me to send the phone back and it was lost, they did not track the envelope they send! now they want to charge me 1600 now!!! wtf is this joke of a company!

@masericha I will tell you what this is, It's Optus cable that has been hit by a truck ripped of it mount, Fire brigade has been called for a power cable down when crews arrive on scene they bundle up cable notify vkn8 that cable is Optus wrap it up in grey tape and safety tape and leave!
