@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

@Optus as staff through the message system couldn't change my bank account to get a refund of a credit I was promised I would get a cheque but I am still waiting. And before you ask I can't give you a account number as I am no longer a #Optus customer.

Thank you, @Optus for the fourth email and third SMS to tell me that network upgrades in my area are complete. I eagerly await the smoke signals and courier cassowary with the final notifications, just in case I forget all the other messages received in the last 2 hours.

@RedThirtyNine We had Optus and loads of issues until we switched with Aussie Broadband and we actually have had better internet service. Optus have been going downhill for a longtime.

@Telstra I’ve been trying to communicate with someone in the app, no luck. I’ve been on hold now for over 2 hours on the phone. Does anyone actually work at Telstra who can assist me with my issue? Otherwise @Optus you’re about to get a new customer
