    @mrvautin Hi Mark, sorry about your Optus app issue. Which device is this, I mean iPhone or iPad? Can you make sure latest version of the Optus app is installed? If you are using Wi-Fi then can you test it using cellular connection instead? Kartik

    @macaulaybalkan i have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Aussie Broadband. really, really good proactive support, barely any wait on the phones, competent helpful staff. switched my NBN from Optus to them. they've been so good i moved our phones over too

    @Optus If I go with Google's authorised repairer, is that covered? Optus repairs cost an extra $100 and I doubt you do the work yourself is the problem since you aren't listed as an authorised repairer on the website.

    @Optus it's cute that you say your available 24/7. I have been trying to use the message since 8.45pm and I am no closer to resolving my problem than on the 27/10/20 when I first contacted you, and this is the 4th time to get a resolution. I give up I have emailed complaints
