@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

@redruby17 @joshgnosis My conclusion is my info is included in what’s been stolen but the source documents may be different for each customer depending on what they gave Optus as identifying docs when they opened their account.

Authorities are suggesting that due to the grammar errors in the #Optus hackers demands he/she is from a non English speaking background…..if they’re going by bad grammar I’d be looking at a Queenslander!

@Optus not only does your account holders get hacked the data speed is dropping & drop outs increase. Locked into a contact but not getting what we pay for. And when you call all get is someone trying to sell you a product rather than help you. #dobetter

Hey @Optus two calls as a fmr customer to find out if you handed over my data to criminals - 1st demanded my dob, postcode, # and name but dropped out. 2nd said the only way is with the old account #. Pls train your calltakers properly. Also, lemme know how to find out
