@engagedpractx @Optus Pros: Fast, and reliable. Cons: Customer service is terrible. I couldn't access billing info for 4 months. Quit them and rejoined just so I could get a new account that worked when accessing info. New SIM only plans from them website are much better value than even a year ago.

@engagedpractx @woopdedoo652 @Optus its the best of both worlds, you get a decent network but dont deal with telstra. Strong recommendation from me.

@kels_316 @engagedpractx @Optus Great for internet, their mobile service is just part Telstra network though. All those cheaper mobile providers are just telstra or Optus resellers and don't use their complete network.

@NBN_Australia I have PERSONALLY been involved in at least 5 other premises where the NBN have been asked to attend to fix issues by Telstra, Optus and Aussie Broadband and it is the same broken record. Appointments get cancelled regularly.

@ellenmfanning @Magpie1954nBird I've worked for corporate Australia in many different companies I never saw that type of behaviour... The worst I ever saw was at Optus in North Sydney and that was a situation where staff would being bad in local pubs.. Even that was met with Stern repercussions and warnings
