  @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

  @Optus hi i will hope it will happen but i dont think it will help that much because it is really really congested here Bundaberg needs about 7 more tower in each suburb then maybe it would help were i live there is a 4g tower about 1.2 km away but never connects to my device

  @Optus NBN not working. Have been told by @Optus customer service it takes 2-3 business days before they will look into it. Is this the worst KPI by not only Telco's, but in any service industry?? Do not use @Optus !!!!!

  @AgentSm08557869 @WillowA2 Look it all up, got screwed by Optus, down to tab with cracked screen bluetoothing thru heat damaged phone:) Will try find it for you. It all got mass RT'd by thousands few mths ago for weeks. Some of the long term Constitution guys on corruption of our system have it on sites.

  @ReeceJHarley Transperth and the ABC already use 'Perth Stadium'. Transperth because of the costly logistics and customer confusion of changing every time naming rights change. ABC 'cos 'Optus' is advertising.

  @Optus Internet has dropped out three times today, it's still offline and I'm being forced to use data from my phone which is fast running out. We spent an hour on the phone to support yesterday and were informed it was fixed. What is going on?

  Imagine moving house in 2021, amid a global pandemic, where most people are still working from home, and finding out that @NBN_Australia is having equipment shortages and connection issues and will be unable to get you online for 58 - 60 days... #nbnfail @Optus

  @bugwannostra Just got scammed by Optus. Turned my world upside down. Their answer is to extend and get more contracts. They are all sharks. No answers why they scammed me, left me out of service, 80klms of trips in the sun try to sort it, just to try get more sales in their advantage.

  @BigOtrivia We never used to be ... it’s all about the bloody drop in pitches. In saying that we didn’t schedule a text at Optus this is clearly the most lively drop in deck we have
