    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    I just got an email from @Optus telling me they're upping the price of my phone plan and then listing five ways they can help me save money, none of which apply to me. They could help me save money by... not upping the price of my phone plan, maybe?

    @Firedingo @Muted79 It's not a contract though; you signed up for a month to month plan so you could move plans up and down as you wanted, you can also leave at any time without penalty - but flip side is Optus can also change the plan (change $$, inclusions etc) as long as you get 30 days notice

    @optus support. I am an optus mobile customer and need to turn on roaming. I am currently overseas so cannot visit a store, the Optus customer service portal does not work for me ( never has) and I can’t use Messaging as can’t log in. Can you help?

    @arfman @metrotrains @melbcentral Been awhile since been to Melbourne central but I think it is near Optus shop. I've worked it out to be near the clock. I'll find out when go Thursday night. Usually I can use escalators but not this trip due to my back & large suitcase. Home I'll have my husband to help.

    In all the years of having a phone plan I have never had my plan increase yet, so thanks @Optus for the $4 increase and before you go saying here’s an extra 20gb, well ya can stick it cos I don’t even use what I have now. Ugh adulting sucks, rant over 🙃

    @ShababHossain13 Not happy with Optus. I do@not want an answer crease in data or a new plan. I never use that much data . My complaint is they have not made it easy to reduce or change existing plan. Impossible hold for hours #communication_ombudsman

    @Optus @networkoutage Optus I am sick and tired of contacting tech support to then not only having my issue ignored (no internet) but to be mocked and snickered at no lie.
