    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    Please, I posted the comments to @optus to let ppl know that things need to change. Please don’t blame the kids that staff the stores they do not have the permissions to resolve such problems. They are under tremendous stress, they’re abused on a regular basis.

    @Optus has been absolutely *** the last week or so. WiFi has been rubbish (not possible to have a wired connection to our flat so it's WiFi or bust). Had no issues up until about 1 week ago. I thought the Vax was supposed to give me some amazing 5G?

    What is it with Telcos giving you a 4 hour appointment window to fix a fault? Sometime between 8am and 12pm?! If only they had phones, they could call you when they were coming.. @Optus @NBN_Australia

    @VodafoneAU Had to stop pre-orders? Becaauuussseee you don't like making money?? That's a shame. I'm a long term vodafone customer, but now I'll have to go to @Optus or @Telstra and pre-order with them now. Oh well.

    @Optus It’s just slow websites are now not made to upload at such a slow speed and refresh and lose all the data sent and paid for need faster services

    Is there a good internet provider in Australia? I dumped Optus because they were terrible. I recently switched to AGL, but they’ve been terrible so far too.

    @VodafoneAU @Optus why is uploading so bad can’t upload HDR videos at all it’s like what’s the point
