    @Marilynrules1 Unfortunately we moved to Telstra because of the lack of service from Optus and then Vodafone.

    My wife and I spend over $4k with @Optus yearly and have a tablet that's died two days after its warranty expired. We ask them for support and they they will kindly "assist" with purchasing a new tablet. We'll see what the ombudsman says under section 54. #optus #customservice

    @DaveMilbo Similar story here - we had super strong and reliable cable with Optus, and were forced to go with NBN, and have had regular dropouts and unreliable service ever since. Not happy, Jan.

    @Optus 2 and half hour phone call... 5 transfers....between 2 teams (billing and retention team)...passive aggressive hold times....30 year customer. Appalling customer service. Happy for you to call me to discuss.

    @Suki_FNQ @albericie Having unsuccessfully attempted to resolve this, log a complaint with the TIO to increase chances of timely resolution. @Optus CS & Tech Support is notoriously bad & dealing with them repetitive. A complaint via the TIO should be treated more seriously and given ‘ownership’.

    @CHAVinBelmont Really good tbh, had some off field issues few years back of woulda likely been in England set up by now. Has elite intent scores at about 170 these days would be well suited to Optus. I can stomach Bancroft getting the call over him but Kurt Patterson FFFFSSS NO
