@Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

@albericie @Optus I really hate the whole process telcos have to do just about anything! My theory is that they make it so painful that people fear reporting issues or opting out of their service providers

@albericie @Optus Shameful. Same-same with #Telstra. One of the many major problems with selling off public assets, call centres sent to Manila & Mumbai. Underpaid call centre staffers don’t give a rats arse for angry Australians. Language barriers often excused though intolerable IMO nowadays !

@srzizu @albericie @Optus I had the opposite, on cancellation after 12 years they didn’t offer anything or ask why. Hopeless! It only helped to crystallise my initial decision to cancel.

@albericie @Optus Optus has the worst customer service of any major company. My Fetch box hasn't worked in a week and I'm just accepting it. Can't muster the energy to call that Dante's Inferno of a call centre.

@Optus @no_ordinaryjo Based on my and many other customers and former customers dealings with them "we'll be more than happy to help" is not correct ok they are happy to help by coming up with false promises, blame customers, don't read people tweets etc
