@Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

@Optus My internet has been out since 11 this morning... Still not fixed. I am in lockdown working from home. No consistent consensus that there even is an outage when you call Optus services, if you can get through that is. Told that I will be called back to run more tests, still no 📞

It turns out it's very hard to receive your Covid test results if your mobile phone provider's entire network is down for the whole afternoon. @Optus I don't understand why in early 2020, @NSWHealth made a convenient website to get results, then deleted it and went back to SMS.

@ser777er Hi Stephen, majority of services that were impacted by a national outage this morning have now been restored, including all Fixed, 4G and 5G services. Some Optus 3G customers may still be experiencing issues. Kartik
