  Telstra....missed your recharge message because the service has been so fuckung bad for weeks that people's personal SOS devices haven't been working. Have been hotspotting with Optus device.

  @Batman2242 Basically 2 mobile providers as Vodafone & Optus share a regional network but still have most of the cities on their own networks.

  @Optus @Teh_Jkr Don’t be loyal anymore. You get nothing for being loyal, swap providers every chance you get. They all treat new customers way better than anyone long term. You could ring them and tell them you’re leaving but that’s a lot of effort that they don’t deserve.

  @eevblog Maybe Optus doesn't want you to leave and stop paying them, even if they are related to the network? I can only assume here that Dodo is less expensive than Optus, and that is the reason for you wanting to migrate.

  @itsiclassic Waaaaaay harder, my Galaxy S21+ died after I tried replacing the battery myself, and my carrier Optus made it hell to replace my eSIM, I had to wait in a store for 2 hours, and the store couldn't even do anything so they just let me borrow their store phone to call support 😭

  @Optus has to be one of the worst companies I have dealt with. 3 hours of dealing with several departments about a simple fix only to be told they can’t help me and I have to go in store. Useless.
