@Anthony_Klan @Optus be aware if churning to a new carrier/reseller they may be carried on an Optus network, ask when churning, also cheap resellers traffic is first to get bumped during network outages & avoid cheap bundling=1 service down = all services down, diversity is reliability in telco-land

@GaryFallon2 @Optus Optus employs a Senior Executive that does not even follow basic levels of due diligence, a basic requirement for any Executive Manager- in case you forgot Optus, it is called Records Management. In the future when a customer is told their records cannot be found.....
