  @optus_help So much palaver to have to re-enter WiFi password etc Everything is set to WiFi but still no joy with connection for small or calls. Poor service considering optus is always doing upgrades/maintenance constantly. Get sick of no service

  @optus_help @Optus I’m trying to give you more of my money for a eSIM, however your app is horrific. My other service is a eSIM on my iPad so I can’t get a text. So I change to email, fine but then I can’t enter the code. Seriously?? Do you not want my money??

  @accent_trace @ktdenise I think I had a minor mental glitch I did the calc using 24 months out of habbit, so yeah it’s more like only 500 a year cheaper, still hard to find an actual benefit to Optus/Telstra’s over priced plans. 10 years ago, you’d get an iPhone and service for $40 a month.
