@Optus is there a service outage in the Sans Souci area (2219). My phone and NBN service constantly drops out and no one at Optus Technical Support seem to be taking any calls or messages.

@Tezamondo Vodafone isn't great. My provider just switched from Optus to Vodafone network and there are heaps more holes outside of Metro areas.
