@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

Rang @Optus to report an internet issue and was told there’s a request to relocate my service that I didn’t request! Guess that’s an hour if my life gone tomorrow dealing with this debacle.

@Optus ok I understand that work is required on such things, but will there be a waiving of effected optus customers bills for the down time? I haven't yet been able to make a stable phone call yet I'm still expected to pay my service. Thanks

@Mandy_McEvoy Not trying to make you feel worse but this is mine at the moment, a couple of months back Optus gave us a free trial to 250Mbs. I only found out when I downloaded one of the kids video files (1.5gig) and it was over in seconds. Hammer them for a hardware fix.

@Wittyfan It's beyond a joke. I received a photo this afternoon that was sent to me on Sunday and my partner still has to break down her messages into smaller ones or I don't receive them. I'm currently trying to convince her to change from Optus to a different provider.
