Called Optus and was told that even though I can cancel my current plan with Optus at any time and switch, they are not able to offer this promotion to 'existing customers'

Chris Mayer (@chrismayer) reported@Optus As I said, don't bother. You aren't testing what my problem was, switching between two accounts and having the whole site freeze on multiple browsers. Its not helping and just wasting my time now.
