  @Aussie_Dad5 @Zhshshdjsjsjs You’re so retarded it’s embarrassing. The fact you think turning your phone off means they can’t collect your data shows your IQ. 1. Turning off your phone isn’t turning off your phone it pings to a cell tower constantly. Most phones go into a “deep sleep” mode in which where gps, microphone and network are still active 2. If they wanted to collect data they wouldn’t need an alert to do it. They would just go to Optus and Telstra, give them your number and get everything they want. Or just ask Apple or google to comply.

  @Optus And the session time-out keeps interrupting me when I'm talking to a customer support, I have to log in again after a while. Why is that? Can the product manager explain? The overall experience with Optus apps (Web and mobile) is painful, and a simple request would take days.

  @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

  Imagine cancelling a family plan & replacing it with another service, funnily enough which costs more. Customers needs aren’t changing, your greed is. @Optus, this is appalling & just outright greedy. I will be taking my business elsewhere, along with future required services.

  @Zaica71 Hi there, as mentioned by my colleague, this is a built-in safety feature within the phone. Based on the notification, it seems that the change is not permanent and will unblock all numbers for a 2-hour period to ensure that you are reachable by emergency services.   @QBCCIntegrity Australians are now being subjected to more and more data breaches. I have friends with Optus and Energex who are at a loss as to what to do. Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.

  @footyindustryAU Granted for those states. AO and Optus were well executed. That Tassie will cost more than either for a stadium less than half the capacity pisses me off (I'm aware of all the supply side problems). Whilst Brisbane Roar is being fkd around by Suncorp having the busiest schedule.

  @kent_hodder @BurgerBoys08 It's not just WC, it's Optus... OS Whitfield 59 OS Zorko 54 OS Roberts 78 OS Mills 75 Rnd 11 Houston had 43 against WC. JD 73, IQ 71, JH 65... OS is his third worst ground and WC are his 4th worst team to play against. Houston at OS 2025, 52 2023, 66 2022, 47 I dunno 🤷
