    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @ravirockks Hmm I feel after Optus and Medibank, big sophisticated companies (whos profits vs cybersecurity spend i would like to have a close look at) I feel all the talk about the scale it occurs, some shock is gone. Although still huge reputational damage. Ill not go near medibank again

    After nearly walking out I was told I could use my existing Optus modem. Great. Now from here I get told 2-4 days to get it activate. Do we get a text or an email to know? No instructions. Also to cancel an existing data plan as I was adding the internet, not something that’s

    @kbrspace months, and months and months, trying to get to a resolution only to get through to somebody from your resolutions team who promised the world and didn’t deliver any of it, and now refuses to answer her phone. Classic Optus service

    @Optus Changed mobile from you in Nov, rec’d bill today.  Rang billing,told to ring porting team. They said no. ported in Nov, didn't know why wasn't cancelled.  Rang cancellation team - they will cancel it but said I have to pay for the last month for service I didn’t receive.
