    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    I've spent 3 days trying to cancel an @optus internet service. Layer upon layer of bullshit and hoops to jump through. Just add a ******* CANCEL button to your site and confirm it with an SMS. It's not hard.

    Many of us have either been an Optus customer or are currently an Optus customer. I can’t recall how long ago & have no idea how far back in time Optus data breach goes. How do we know? Are we just sitting ducks for 4 yrs, 6 yrs, 10 yrs until our data is fraudulently used?

    @carolduncan @Optus ...send in the submarines! (well ok, we don't actually have any new ones yet, but we're paying a fortune for them, so I'm assuming when we do get them they will totally protect us against ransomware, and offer full tech support...)

    @tobycmurray @Jeremy_Kirk Side note: I saw a Trevor Long article indicating when contacting a sample of the 10,000, never mind that none had been warned they were on the hot list, some had not even received the generic email from Optus. Anyone have any further info on that? Wonder how long we must wait...

    If I were an Optus customer… Before accepting any new issues ID I would be demanding some evidence that the ID number was in fact obtained in the breach. With all the new ID, digital data and privacy law amendments recently this seems highly suspicious. #OptusDataBreach

    After 25 years, & yet another data breach, this latest was the final straw... Goodbye @Optus ... If you can't even bother with basic protection of my data, why should I continue paying you for a less than stellar service? Just an hour to port everything to a more reliable telco.
