@Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

@DoveMetal Honestly, I’ve had Vodafone and Optus but the connection and customer service was not great. I went to Telstra because...it isn’t awesome, but it’s better than the others.

@Optus @OptusEnterprise technical experts tell me the attached video call images (WhatsApp, Duo, Skype) on the new @Google Pixel 5 is NOT an issue. I raised a concern (BASC01707166) on the very day I got my phone only to be told "you are on your own with this phone and (1/3)

@Optus Thanks, it just seems to say no connection when on apps and very slow sending or receiving messages. I’m in Ashgrove, Brisbane if that helps. Apple iPhone XS.

@NBN_Australia We had 25Mbps on ADSL.... MORE on Cable from Telstra & Optus.... NBN Have broken what we had... They are providing a service which is WORSE and not meeting the Govt brief...

@NBN_Australia NOT Fit for purpose... Australia was better off with the old internet model... At least Telstra & Optus could provide Cable... Even ADSL was more reliable and in many cases FASTER then this crap called NBN. WASTE or TAXPAYER's money....

@DarrenKilminst1 @Mr_Brown__ @OptusSport I already pay enough for streaming. With Optus Sport I got it as part of my phone plan so never had to pay extra.
