@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

@AnitaHeiss @Optus Yikes. A friend of mine had his identity stolen by people who applied for new credit cards. Fortunately he has a really bad credit rating so they didn't get far with their applications.

If the #OptusHack wasn't enough to make customers flee from #Optus, their absurdly bad app, through which one is supposed to go to for customer service, must be the final straw.

@Optus your customer service is an absolute joke. I was told that my plan would be placed on hold only to be debited a monthly fee. I have raised a complaint about this as well!

@Optus I have already checked it through your site and they have been assessing the device since early last week! Not sure why it takes so long to assess the device, not even fix it

The only way to watch @premierleague football in Australia is by subscribing to Optus' streaming service. Optus just had the details of more than 1m customers hacked (passport #'s, driver's license #'s, personal details). You'd be crazy to give them your details - such a mess.

@HerRoyalCrypto @Optus I’m cancelling my order it’s just been complete lack of communication from Optus to explain the reason for the delay, even lodging a complaint has had zero communication because they won’t respond for 5-10 working days.

@GladysB Hmmmm… Premier - Country is down. Take a job at Optus - Biggest breach in Australian History. I wonder who/what the common denominator is?? Also. Tell your mate Andrew Constance that he lost the speed traps he set.

If Optus were EU based, I very much doubt they'd survive as a company due to the fines alone, let alone the bad press this should really be getting.
