    @carltonlivity No way I trust optus. Their conditions just on prepaid has reversed. Once a good alternative is now a rip off. They (imo as a decade long customer) have been very sneaky.

    What NBN plans are out there at the moment for Fibre to the premises? I’m currently with @Optus trying to get their team to change me to a 100/40 plan and it’s the most painful customer experience of my life. 10 hours later and they still cannot get it right… #Floptus

    @msstraighty180 @Optus Yeah they can be a little "trying". Optus were good before they were taken over by Singtel, ever since then it's been down hill

    @Edgemonsta @Optus Their 5g coverage is an absolute disgrace, 4 kms from Australia's 3rd largest city and it's so flaky I have to turn 5g off, don't get me started on a little rainy weather affecting their services even worse 🤷, charging a premium price for DoDo service and quality

    note to anyone trying to cancel a service with @Optus; don’t use the chat system, the agent simply ignores your request and tries to upsell you another product instead. call in the first instance.
