    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    Some customers only being informed tonight by Optus that their data has been breached. So I guess we can safely assume anyone who has ever been an Optus customer has had their data hacked?! Get your **** together @optus!

    @cammysan @Optus I was reading about it today. You won't be able to change your license number till fraud has actually been attempted. So, fingers crossed I guess. Optus has also been advised not to release specific figures. Because **** the consumer or something.

    @pauldutton1968 @ClareONeilMP I got my email at 6pm 27/9. I ceased my account with Optus in July 2020. I left them because of bad customer service!

    @SenPaterson @Birmo Optus should take responsibility pay for the passport replacement. Gov should help expedite replacement and if that means they need to put on extra staff temporarily then Optus should pay for that.
