    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    @sunriseon7 @Optus Why? I think our biggest problem is geo-engineered weather under the disguise of climate change. How do I know that, we'll when you have lived many years what is always apart of weather is WIND. Our wind seems to be missing..oh I wonder why you are not reporting on that....

    @bennrcc @Optus Optus is losing customers daily due to a sub-standard service being offered. Glad I switched to Telstra.... yes I will have to pay $25 a month but well worth it.

    @steelite @Optus Did anyone here ever get a resolution? I’m up to my 4th support interaction, and have upgraded my plan to pay double what I was before and it’s still not working for me.

    So I'm here at @fashion_capital, buying some clothes and luggage for my trip. Interested in a new phone. @Telstra & @Optus are right next to each other, but prices, (for same product & service), are miles apart. Telstra is a Luxury brand. End of conversation.

    Had to restore my phone. My goodness it’s annoying. Esim needs visit to @Optus store to activate. My phone is the after hours number for patients and pathology. I also didn’t realise #googleauthenticator can’t transfer over. That’s my bad I guess.

    @thedangerbeard I didn't explain that very well. Lol. If my mobile phone cannot connect to our wifi network, then I cannot use lifx as they both need to be connected to the same wifi network. Whenever optus or nbn goes down we don't have wifi.

    @Optus After a 5th support convo, it seems a password reset was all it needed. (Plus the bump up to a new plan and Shared Number $5). I assume the Number Sharing login form is busted in some weird way, because my old MyAccount creds were working fine everywhere else along the way.

    @optus home 5g non existing in Ashmore, tried customer service but they knock off at 5pm and the person I was messaging couldn't escalate a network issue.
