    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    I just received an email from Optus,who recently gave my personal details away and told me it was up to me to run around at my expense to sort out a new licence,that they are increasing my plan by $5 a month. One,it's a contract,how can they do this mid contact,and Two,**** you

    @troyhunt Why is spoofing allowed? With @optus and @medibank leaking out phone nos, a lot more victims will think its a valid SMS as the displayed 'sending' no is a valid Customer Help no. Every no needs to linked to a 'parent' no somehow.

    @elonmusk -Starlink in Australia $139 per month and a $450 sign on fee. You obvipusly have never spent time in Australia, Telstra / optus $110 per month no upfront fee.

    @Green_Girl100 @jeffreys_jake @btckr The problem is severe lack of competition in the relatively tiny Australian market. Telstra are incompetent bandits and Vodafone is no better than Optus.

    Haven't been an Optus customer for over 10 years and got a letter telling us our data got lost. With my employer and now the Medibank hack I'm 3 for 3. Medibank is via our pet insurance ffs.

    @9NewsAUS What about the Optus Hacks. I’m getting messages from gambling institutions and they have opened a line of credit in my name. The @actgovernment refuses to change my main license number and the other system that they’re going to use is not working or not yet in place.

    @AlboMP Optus last communication with us on its website & email was 14/10. You said they would replace passports. They have weaselled out of that. Many of us require pp for our only source of ID. Doesn't work online when DIN is blocked. This is serious. We need our pp replaced urgently.

    out. I had no idea as USD wasn't mentioned in original purchase. Now l feel embarrassed, ashamed, rude. Only excuse l am with Optus and past with Medibank Private. Very toey. Don't mess with me atm as l am on full alert. Sorry sorry sorry.

    @AlboMP Private businesses want more data about us for surveillance & profit, they should not have anymore personal data, they must indemnify the citizens they store,use & trade of rhat data & not treat data security as a cost burden. @medibank @Optus
