    SRSLY @optus Broadband service in Alderley, Brisbane has been down almost as often as up this week. Always "Under Investigation" We're a WFH family running out of mobile data. To rub salt in the wound I'm still getting Optus Sport push notifications.

    @7NewsSydney I doubt it was criminals more then likely someone feed up with telstras sh1t service. Recently I was getting a staggering 0.01mbps with telstra, changed to dodo (optus) and now get 35mbps and for half the price.

    @Optus Yep hour later and no reply, heading to a different provider now who will provide me with a reliable service. Gooooo @optus, quick to take my money but complete opposite to fix any technical problems from your end.

    @Optus who can I talk to about restoring my service to my phone, I’m unable to make or receive calls for no reason and am Told to wait 24-48 hours for an “update” this is an absolute joke I’m losing money by the hour by not being able to make or take calls, Terrible service
