@Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

Latest @OPTUS fail. I call to book disconnection in 10 days - get transferred to 3 different teams NO ONE mentions this somehow involves cutting off my phone and internet right now (when I’m working from home). Now have no phone and no internet. Last time I ever use this company

@Optus This has occurred on a mobile connected to optus 4g tower and a dongle connected to same. Its not isolated to one device. As I said, I already checked the usual suspects, your outage page tells me there is nothing down.

@Optus the rigidity of the customer service team is out of this world. Resetting a SIM when the person (a) has no reception to call and (b) no store nearby is impossible. This needs a better solution!!

I’ve been waiting for an @Optus tech person to call me today. #Optus customer service told me I‘d be called. Nobody called... such bad customer service. I was cut off in 2 video meetings last night when the #NBN totally dropped out. 3rd world Internet and service here in Oz🤔

13 years with @VodafoneAU and thinking of transferring to Optus or Telstra- spoke with two technical support teams past 4 days as @VodafoneAU prepaid customers are unable to send nor receive any OTP texts to/from 32665 (Facebook‘s shortcode); despite this working back in 2013.

@supermario200 @Optus Exactly the same is happening with my partner and I! We have tried their support system to no avail. This is ridiculous, explain what's happening @Optus. I could get better service elsewhere for less, and actually have accurate outage notifications instead of the spam we receive.

Just realised how bad @vodafone is in Tasmania @iiNet changed provider from @Optus to Vodafone The connection went from great to like now it took me 15min to load up twitter and I am in a suburb 30min out of the CBD!!! So Dont change ur sim card even if iinet calls you up!!! 😤

Hey @Optus Want to explain why partners last name in his app is wrong but bill is correct. And he is told to fax or mail a form to correct ur error? Then a manager calls back to reiterate that yes there is an issue to fill out change of name? 1/2

@Optus what the heck is wrong with your help desk. 2 1/2 hours online with no resolve. Unable to contact a 'real' person at Optus to talk live regarding issue. Web page not working correctly either. #fail. #complaint I am a customer - you have my details - CALL ME !
