@Optus There is no point, year after year I get promises that you are doing better, but your employees off shore help desk people only care about closing tickets. Not resolving issues, no one gets back to you in a timely manner and the rubbish they say a 10 year old knows it’s a lie.

@Optus Yes I have. Via email. Because I don’t have any cell service. It was after 5pm Australian time so I don’t expect a response until tomorrow - day 8….
