  @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

  @Optus Hi Sarah I can do this but I feel there’s not much point. I made several tickets during 2021 and had to repeat everything to many “level 1” staff who never escalate to senior engineers/techs. I guess your company is too big for that kind of service.

  @Optus We are only with you because you secured a monopoly on the EPL. I don’t have the energy, the time or the desire to argue with you about how YOU should provide your BASIC SERVICE. Your advice was that the work would be completed 23 August but this has not been extended to 5 Sept.

  FFS @Optus 4g data is non existant in Murdoch WA. You have the contract to supply network to the hospital but no one who works in the area has data to the point Ms authenticator is unusable. GET YOUR **** TOGETHER
