@StephenCena @Optus @Telstra I've been told lately the support post COVID shutdowns had been majorly lacking....They are working on it but it's taking some time. I've not had an ounce of issues with O since swapping though, got a sim plan swap over live chat and saved 2 mths of a contact.

@StephenCena @Optus @Telstra I switched to Optus from Telstra this year, I’m blown away by how bad their reception is in many major areas of Sydney, sadly leading me to drop out even during crosses.

@Kerryne0 @7NewsMelbourne Yeah he still pissed he didn’t get the grand final that couldn’t be played anywhere else but WA I remember him saying he will cut restrictions down so you could have 60plus thousand at Optus got his nose out of joint when it went to Queensland now kick the Vic

@ColdHeart_Prj @Telstra Oh... Yeah... That... Sigh... I had issues with Optus a few years ago when I met my wife. Her internet didn't work. After a month of back and forth, they finally realised the issue was on their end, and sent 6 months worth of refunds for lack of service to backdate
