    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

    @Mark_Young05 @Optus funnily enough I'm studying data security at the moment and writing a report on user accounts and databases, i have a lot of questions. like why isn't there a government single point id system, like from Service NSW or similar for account verification

    @StevenGeorgant1 Maybe they can legally hold some of the past customers' data for a period... whether that is unlimited is the real question. As a single Optus customer it seems that the company is giving us all the mushroom treatment and wishing that their problem will magically go away.

    As a long time customer of OPTUS (20+ years) it makes me laugh to hear them speak of concern & how they care for their customers. When they can offer a service at a realistic price to new customers & bluntly refuse to pass on a similar deal to loyal customers. CARE FACTOR = NIL !
