@timrosen35 @Optus Yes, my wife used to get cut off when we were on the phone (she was Optus). We're both on Telstra now and there are no issues at all now.

Does this mean Optus doesn't know what state/territory my Driver Licence is from. It's NSW, I think. OTOH, the Service NSW only advises to fill in a fvkn form *IF* I have been contacted by Optus to replace my licence - Optus didn't say X, neither did Service NSW. Fvkn SNAFU!!!

@karenandrewsmp Probably look at the policy **** ups of your party that led to this. You know, the blatant nepotism Paul Fletcher showed being an ex Optus employee giving them a pass on hightening their cybersecurity.
