@Buds_Oneski You're joking right. Optus butchered the coverage so badly last time the government had to take it off them mid tournament. SBS coverage also **** though. Pretty disgraceful that we can't have a decent coverage of the biggest sporting event in the world 2 times in a row now.

@Optus I left Telstra 20 years ago, after a billing fiasco that took many months to resolve, and now I’m back. All I need is for them to keep my personal information secure, but I would love if they can show me that billing and support is better now.

@peter_adderton The only thing about MVNOs is that none support sharing your main number with your Apple, Samsung or Pixel watch, you need to go with Telstra, Voda or Optus direct. Peter, can you please fix it? :-) It would be a world first!

@Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.
