    @Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

    @albericie @Optus Begs the question: why use Optus or Telstra? Over priced and bad service. There are so many other options to choose from and they all use the same infrastructure, so it's not like your really getting anything different.

    @ch1ch01 @Optus Yeah. I reported as well — and also raised it in live chat. Spoke with another person on Optus here and they also have the same issue (actually said it’s regular at this location)

    @DebCansdell @albericie @Optus agreed. if phone call doesn’t sort it, raise issue via twitter. it usually resolves the problem. it’s so very frustrating that this is the way business and services are run. you’re lucky it wasn’t centrelink

    @Optus @no_ordinaryjo Based on my and many other customers and former customers dealings with them "we'll be more than happy to help" is not correct ok they are happy to help by coming up with false promises, blame customers, don't read people tweets etc

    @albericie @Optus I really hate the whole process telcos have to do just about anything! My theory is that they make it so painful that people fear reporting issues or opting out of their service providers

    @Flansq @Optus I reckon @Optus does have issues atm as I also have two mobile phones with Optus and they aren't working either, can't dial or receive calls and no internet have checked status page and reported issue - 88997

    @jaquix173 @albericie @Optus I have been with Westnet since their inception as an ISP in the early days of the Internet and I am a Gamer so keep current on new products. They are the best. Even after they were taken over by iiNet they have kept their own name and reputation as the best in customer service
