@Optus There’s been ongoing issues with the @Optus tower here in Koroit, Victoria for the past few weeks. Maybe someone could look at putting up a new tower?

@Optus Is actually the web page design that’s the issue- it references something that doesn’t exist on that page. I’ll try your advice. Maybe someone can have a look at the page to ensure it’s helpful… 🤔

@morningshowon7 this Optus outage isn’t a 1 off thing, keeps happening week after week. If its not the phone lines its the internet! & expecting customers to contact optus by messages on their app is ridiculous! Not reaching our elderly parents week after week is crap service!

@Optus multiple friends and family all over Victoria cannot make outbound calls to Telstra - we all get “Optus advises this number is disconnected message “. Optus to Optus is fine only Optus to telstra is the issue ?

If #Optus spent as much money on customer service and engineering, than they do on their collections department, there wouldn't be an outage. Their customer service is disgraceful. Still charging me for a service that was cancelled 2 months ago. Going to ombudsman.
