    Its 06:58 on 6/6/2022 and I've just had to reboot my @Optus 5G broadband modem because it was disconected from their network again.

    Pretty disappointing chat experience with your @Optus NBN Broadband agent. Not believing the customer. Poor knowledge and slow to process an escalation request. Not helpful at all. Gigbabit speeds slowed to less than dial-up with no explanation.

    @Optus Google built in is a bad thing, that kind of spyware is intrusive and a depravation of privacy.

    @Optus The mobile phone coverage is still bad in my area. I'm not sure if the weather stopped the upgrades or not.

    Wow, @Optus… Woeful roaming experience in EU, requiring chaotic upgrade for purposes of achieving actual roaming… Was on oath-sworn reassurance that old contract could be resumed on return to country. Reneged on that, obvs. Just a terrible, terrible service.

    @Optus Sure when I get a spare hour to sit down and locate all the required information to do the identity check. Which requires a working internet connection sitting in front of my laptop. Currently “on the fly” and rebooting modem all the time mitigates against this.

    Hey @Optus I’m not paying a late fee which is equivalent to 25% of my mobile bill for being one day late. I’ve been a customer since 1996. What’s the point of customer loyalty when you’re up against practices like this?

    @Optus Was this an automated response? I never get answered that quickly when I call the customer service line (which is my preferred method of contact).
