    downloading S1X and never seen my net drop out this much since i was a teen with Optus net on wifi trying to download dlc's for black ops 1 gta rp didnt even take as long as this either

    @Anthony_Klan @Optus It's also still taking its own sweet time dealing with the hacked passports. Making each victim lodge Ombudsman complaint first. One by one. I've been thru hell with Centrelink trying to prove ID this month due to passport blocked in DVS.

    Thanks @Optus for letting me experience one of the worst experiences one can have with Telecom. Waiting for an order to be fulfilled for 3 months now. I have tried my best and now just have to pray for a miracle.

    @janine_hendry @MeganBarrow I gave Optus the flick after they failed to notify me that all my personal details were stolen and I had the same experience as you trying to talk to a human and I had been a loyal customer for 35 years.

    @janine_hendry No they don't, & there is nothing more frustrating than ringing #Optus with a problem.Customer care non existent.
