    Hi @Optus Yesterday I spent a solid 1 hour on the phone with your CS to fix a wrong bill I got, where I was charged wrong amounts on 5G and NBN. After the call I got a message confirming that the 5G issue was fixed, and it was removed from my bill. The NBN issue still unfixed.

    Telstra CEO on #ABCcapitalhill responding to @D_LittleproudMP . I’ve done 2 massive road trips around & through Australia & Telstra and Optus are guilty of collusion. Travellers require both services through a series of towns. It’s clearly planned by the telcos. Big safety issue

    @Optus Rubbish 5G internet, I am so sick of drop-outs.. I threatened to go ombudsman..since then customer services guy called me 3 times to confirm I do plan to...even then no one cares to fix the internet..I dare you to check my account and my 100 phone calls

    @Optus @Optus - why are you ignoring the fact that I have already done all of that, received an unsatisfactory explanation - it is clearly systemic. Also not reading a complete message trail is, to be honest, poor service. I dont wish to discuss, just stop doing it!

    @neilsherwin Optus may have had its issues at the start, and still has its issues. But now it's far better than Foxtel ever was. I also found that differnt devices had differnt issues when streaming, Eg, my cheap Android TV is **** to stream Optus, but on my Macbook Pro it's mint 👌

    @Optus Now, of course, I'm not going to spend another hour to fix this, you have the call reference and everything is recorded (I guess/hope). I can't and won't pay the bill until it's fixed. I can share the call reference with you via DM. Thanks.
