@cammysan @Optus I was reading about it today. You won't be able to change your license number till fraud has actually been attempted. So, fingers crossed I guess. Optus has also been advised not to release specific figures. Because **** the consumer or something.

@pauldutton1968 @ClareONeilMP I got my email at 6pm 27/9. I ceased my account with Optus in July 2020. I left them because of bad customer service!

@SenPaterson @Birmo Optus should take responsibility pay for the passport replacement. Gov should help expedite replacement and if that means they need to put on extra staff temporarily then Optus should pay for that.
