  @optus has the worst customer service. I have tried to cancel my internet 3 times now. Every time I get to my final sign off, the online person discontents, and you then have to go through the entire process again. I switch to @Starlink 2 months ago - very quick internet.

  @shadowfan198 Simply use VPN. Aus service providers have to keep logs of all your metadata, one day that is all going to leak (most likely Optus) and go on public record forever.

  @optus_help Pointless. I've gone over this many times. It's been like this for a while now. It's leaving Me no choice but to have to move to another carrier. I've shown this to staff at the Bendigo Optus store. "That's pretty ****" were His exact words but NOTHING He could do.

However, multiple factors can affect this, such as your hardware capabilities, software update, the building materials used in your home, and other signal blocking objects in your area. I have also checked your address from our end, and it looks like we haven't had any reported mobile network issues in this area.   Two & a half hours on several chats with @Optus staff & still no resolve. This is fkn bullshit customer service when your staff “Frankie” has changed us to the wrong plan (for upgrade of modem).
