@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus your customer service is an absolute joke. I was told that my plan would be placed on hold only to be debited a monthly fee. I have raised a complaint about this as well!

@JaneCaro My ticket number was 800 + Remember thinking if Optus doesn’t get me Covid will! Apart from that the staff were very efficient but were also at risk . This is a Govt service and it needed to be better managed regarding PH risk . Wrong on every level . 😷

@AnitaHeiss @Optus I had my service restricted because of $55 outstanding. When I called and explained it wasn’t showing on the app, so how could I pay it? They just paused and proceeded with the script.

.@Optus appears to have just given up on customer service. The data breach jarred my complacency with them. They haven't been good for years, but trying to deal with them over it has been a nightmare. This time next week, I'll be with someone else. #GoodRiddance #OptusFail
