    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @ClareONeilMP Medibank’s cyber incident even Optus one ,should be concerned about national security issues now under labor government! Labor party government should have responded for Australian!

    @asz_tee I have not been an Optus customer for over twelve years and I still get scam Optus texts. Really the answer is to dump personal information after it’s been used to verify identity. They don’t need your details in this age of online passwords and payments security.
