@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@flemo_bill @VinceRugari @beINSPORTS_AUS Yes you're right. $20 a pop is fair bit for the service that's not the quality of Optus but it's an option i will certainly consider.

@NBN_Australia I have already spoken to @Optus, the issue is with NBN infrastructure. It just doesn't seem fair that they should have to pay for @NBN_Australia's failure to provide a service.

Optus lied to me at least 3 times, so I am changing mobile and NBN to Belong. Any trouble from Optus I will contact the TIO.

@Optus @NBN_Australia There's really no point, there is nothing Optus can do that will satisfy me. The ONLY solution I'm willing to accept is full restoration of service, and since the fault is with NBN infrastructure, there is nothing you can do. It would be a waste of my time.

@telstra My dead Dad has never been on our account and trying to get a new service for some reason Telstra listed my Dad as a 3rd party??? Seriously, he had his own service with iPrimus so why is Telstra's client database so messy @Optus please contact me as I want a new service

That was simple to cancel my @Optus plan via their Optus App messaging service. I thought I'd have to jump through hoops and say "No" to offers several times, but took 2min and no questions/offers from them. If it weren't for budgeting, I'd stay.
