    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus @AlexAymonier As if this isn’t a top priority, the main customer base for Optus sport would be men in there 20’s and 30’s. Guess whose buying and using the ps5… you letting a huge market share go to waste!

    @Optus our NBN service has been playing up for 20 days… that’s the 2nd time this year it has been down for a month at a time… It has been very frustrating @NBN_Australia #A1Service

    Wasting my morning on hold with @Optus to try fix an issue they claim they fixed and caused that we apparently sorted out twice already. I regret signing up with these guys.

    @VodafoneAU Had to stop pre-orders? Becaauuussseee you don't like making money?? That's a shame. I'm a long term vodafone customer, but now I'll have to go to @Optus or @Telstra and pre-order with them now. Oh well.
