  I really rate my experience working for a serviced office, what feels like a lifetime ago. I was a senior EA promoted to a virtual office manager. We had to learn some fundamental IT troubleshooting as we were our own ISP (using the Optus network).

  Internet services provider is not solely @OPTUS, and even your damn website APP for submitting incidents stalls. Less focus on sponsorships, more focus on infrastructure and upgrades might help you actually retain customers and offer a decent service.

  @analyticflying @Optus I switched from @optus mobile to Woolworths who use the Telstra network. Considerably cheaper but much more reliable.

  @LachlanJeffery These stupid start times for WA cost them 7000 fans at least hopefully they fix it for next year Bears V Warriors at Optus while gather round is on at 7.30pm east & 5.30pm local time
