    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    Someone please help me with my net cause my parents are clueless it legit cuts in and out every single day at random times I got a new modem and it didn’t fix the issue, some guy from Optus came out looked at it and did absolutely nothing it’s been like this for over a month help

    @Aussie_BB the switch to Optus means worse for customers. I’m close to switching my mobile away. It’s horrible.

    @TPG_Telecom why is it so hard to move an existing connection to a new address? Everyone in the building with @Optus are having no issues. I’ve been trying for 11 days now. No call backs always chasing you. Terrible service.

    Surely @Optus takes the crown for that worst CS in Aust. - ordered service 3wks ago - they cancel wrong account - tell me NBN connected ..it’s not - they send me out 3 NBN boxes - spent >8hrs on the phone - still no NBN or wifi so **** don’t even have a customer complaint No. 🤬

    @Optus I had a look on Twitter and I see multiple complaints with no action over the last year. Just search “Optus Alexandria” you’ll see, maybe I just need to switch to @Telstra seems like it could be a good story for @ACurrentAffair9 WFH shenanigans and poor connection right near CBD
