    @Optus 8 online sales rep, multiple credit checks, created multiple new accounts, finally managed to create order for wrong address. To update new address, cancelled the order, entire exercise over again, stuck, no where to go. Is this your standard customer experience.?

    @Optus #iPhone14ProMax #preorder Please help me to understand what the point of pre-order was. No one in the customer service team via chat or phone seems to know what is going on. I’ve been told it was to be delivered last Friday on release and other reps saying mid Oct.

    @Optus sick & tired of having no nbn when it rains. It looks like I’m not the only customer with this issue. Last time I raised this I was told it needs to happen 5 times in day for to be flagged an issue. Imagine no phones during this time &a emergency how is that not an issue?

    @Optus I’m not referring to our internet but our mobile data. We are with optus and relying on it because internet down. It is grindingly slow. Can’t send messages. What’s going on?

    Unreal :( Optus still don't show EVERY Women's Premier League game live, so I go and sign up to a 42 pound yearly subscription to Tottenham's in house streaming service and I still can't stream the Tottenham Women's game. This is beyond frustrating!
