    Wow @Optus never late with a bill the whole time I have been with you but I can’t get a new phone unless I agree to direct debit? Why? I have never been late with a payment since I’ve been with you lot, way to make your customers not feel valued not.

    @Optus @Optus completely dissatisfied with Optus! I have raised a TIO complaint on 8/2 still not contact from a Case Manager. I have been following up everyday to only receive different information each time.

    @kbrspace Thanks to your choice to hire a new executive who is currently under investigation for corruption, i will no longer be using your services at Optus which i have been using since 2006, congratulations Telstra for your loyal new customer

    @miriamcosic Yeah we went with Optus. They're fine. Telstra's the other; more expensive, but better speeds allegedly, and hopefully better service. Basically, Optus and Telstra (and Vodafone) have the most towers, hardware, etc. And sell that on to other retailers.

    @Telstra You get paid to say that but your network is dog shite everywhere. My phone is fine, the problem is you. Most stupid and common response from you. I put an optus sim in the same location and got 55 mbps when i got 3 mbps on yours. Give me a reason why i should pay more?

    @Optus I understand it is a necessary reality but maintenance can span for a week while you offer no alternative service while the one being paid for is rendered useless is not really okay.

    Week 2 of @Telstra being stuffed in my area. No data and txt/MMS stuffed as well. Never had as much downtime when I was with @amaysimAU (@Optus network).

    So who wlse in #hornsby has no wifi due to a "network update" My mobiles on optus fortunately but my telstra router has green signals but can not connect either laptop mine or brothers or ipad
