    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Optus When are you going to share the specific data that was released for each customer? I cancelled my phone plan 8 months ago and now live overseas, yet my data was shared. How do you suggest I manage a new drivers license from here??

    @SharnelleVella @VictorDominello can NSW consider this? I'm an ex optus customer. They'll never pay me or it will he a massive issue. 9.8m of us been to contact optus separately to do this.

    @CaraMia200 A mobile plan is a contract with a service provider that terms & conditions requires personal information protected under the Privacy Act When a telco fails to protect your private information this is a breach of contract & should render the contract (plan) void #Yes #Optus?

    @aparachick @SharnelleVella That’s exactly what I’m helping the Motherator and my son to do. Mum is an ex customer with an old Optus email and son is a current customer but we think they have a very old email for him. Need to get it sorted out as they gave no idea if affected.
