  @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

  Hey @Optus… My internet is sooo slow that my Speedtest can’t even load to test its slowness.. have reset etc.. heard it all before, spent hours on the phone before.. bottom line, you sell customers fast speeds and deliver snails. 95% of the time we use our mobile data.. why??
