    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @ok_lyndsey @Optus is unbelievable. They have no sense of guilt or disappointment. I just received an email that my personal data has been exposed + their network sucks around this area + they increased the charges from $39 to $53. I would rather Optout from 7/11

    @ev_barrett @BenAylett @ING_Aust You can pitch it however but down time in day and age of technology of 24/7 up time, optus hack and now this? Pretty unacceptable in this day and age of everything is online.

    in 2022, theres literally no reason to give @Optus any of your money. Youd think after giving away half the countries personal details, theyd work a little harder on the customer service front - but theyve actually gotten worse.

    @Optus I bought a plan for an e-sim to use while I am in Aus from the UK. The money has been charged to my account but I have not been able to verify my ID and cannot find out my account details. Please help!

    @Optus I’ve been without cell service due to a failure in my eSIM. The store staff tried activating two eSIMs all in vain. I was given a physical sim but they said my service is pending and it will take couple of hours for the failed eSIM activation.

    @Optus doesn't protect your data, they lock you in contracts, they don't pay for your passports in an event of #cyberattack, they abandon their customers. I would rather trust a pigeon over @Optus as my service provider of communication #OptusHack #OptusDataBreach

    @Optus Ah Mitch - it was reaching out to you initially that led me down the path I'm on now. Your offshore support is horrible as is your support response time. We have been assigned a Customer Resolution "Expert" and that has got us nowhere. How is Optus getting this so wrong?
