@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@PenelopePPop @Optus @Telstra Well hopefully all good for you now. I ended up having to switch networks just to get my phone number to work again. 10 mins in a store and I had my number ported and an activated service and I could get back to running my business and out of the abyss land.

@Optus is there something weird going on with Optus ?! I’ve now spent about 4 hours on the Optus app messaging the support and have spoken to 10 people. Nothing has been done and they keep asking me “what seems to be the problem “?
