    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    Hi @Telstra, I moved house today and after promising same day connection transfer, @Optus just told me it’ll actually be FIVE WEEKS until we have internet. Can you help us out sooner? Prepared to make the switch immediately if so, have been let down badly.

    Been 2 days without NBN in Mansfield qld. Silence from @optus but they confirm there is an outage.

    @carowinemary When I was on Optus, my work and my in-laws place had terrible reception. You could get a cheap prepaid SIM and check the places you're at frequently (me ATM, nowhere).

    @Optus you Springfield staff Matthew and Zeb are disgusting people with a rude blunt attitude. We went in store after being told online we could get our new phone and plan done I store rather than wait. They refuse to help. I would be embarrassed to employ these people.

    @Optus Zac, thanks for the offer of follow up but I am not prepared to explain the issue from scratch yet again and get my hopes up of a resolution. The purpose of my post was simply to warn others about Optus.

    Having had numerous conversations with @Optus about being billed for a service they told me would be disconnected, I finally made good on my threat to contact the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman. Feels satisfying so far. Hope they can sort out these liars and thieves.

    Hey @Optus i am getting threatening phone calls from random people asking if i am @jamieoliver and asking for my details. Can you please fix this, people are threatening me.
