    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @thomas_no9 @TomWilliamsPol Foxtel offered much less cash compared to Stan and Paramount. And Foxtel would have not cared much about football, they would have not advertised or put any effort into the live coverage. Paramount currently sucks yes, but like with Optus, they will improve

    Nice that @Optus is following their traditional marketing strategy of "you have never spent any money on us, therefore you are super special; you have been a loyal customer for 10 years, therefore we don't give a **** about you."

    @Optus I am constantly in contact with Dodo. I spoke to rep last week. Message bank was switched off. Mobile ran 7 times before cutting out. Now the service has regressed to on contact immediately answere by recording saying we are not available. Dodo said they thought it was their

    Optus service on northern end of Central Coast is continually failing. Mobile will not accept incoming calls just advises”service not available” on two mobile phones. Medical reasons makes it a necessity to have mobile reception.

    @Optus 1 week struggling to get 1mps. Tech calls unanswered. Finally get onto someone. Told I need connection box. Booked for May 3 but no charge til then. I don’t want NO charge for NO service. Prefer to pay and have service. 2/2

    @DodoAustralia Hi Gwen, nope SIM card never arrived. Been over two weeks of no service. Am now paying for a prepaid Optus sim which is about to require another recharge it’s been so long. Can’t even port my number to a different telco as they actually require confirmation from my lost number
