@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@VicRoads sent my husband a "Change of address notice" with a Card # 🤔 1) We haven't changed our address since 2016 2) He was never with Optus, yet they claim its because of that hack. 3) Tomorrow get ready for his call, he is pissed AF (as am I) #DoNotComply #digitalidentity

@Optus Thanks but I’ve just wasted an hour and talked to at least 10 people to be told what I want isn’t possible so I doubt this path will be helpful. But maybe consider taking down the part on your site that said broadband devices can be unlocked because it sure as **** can’t.

@Optus Your telephone service prompts absolutely suck! Got stuck in a continuous loop between options with NO way of getting through to a service person to speak with & then your passive/aggressive messaging tells me they will hang up the call because I can't decide what I want.

Anyone else having issues porting their number to @Telstra Since 1/11/2022 6 different orders over $400 upfront countless visits to stores, hours on the phone, TIO complaint and yet still not resolved. @Optus blame Telstra Telstra blame Optus. How hard is it to port a number?

@iiNet Funny story time! It just took less than 15 mins to swap back to Optus yet it took @iinet nearly 12 days to swap me over to their system about 4 months back. It's almost false advertising to say you provide a phone service. It's definitely not worth the $15 or so a month.

Hey @Optus how much longer are you going to be working on the phone tower in my area? I’m sick of having decent internet service one day & nothing the next. I also rely on my phone for work as well. Please give me an actual answer!!!

You know, I feel like if people lose your data they should really pay compensation. First Apple (which REALLY ****** me over), then Optus, and now Medibank. I'M PAYING you all to do a service, and part of that service is keeping my data safe.
