    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @footyindustryAU @gray_mick @AusSportsGuy1 I don't even disagree really, but ovals aren't made for rectangle sports and aren't really suitable which I take issue with. For one off exhibition games sure but for ALeague let alone getting WC's here having more than Optus and at a push AO in our bid will work against us.

    @Optus Trying my patience once again. Why is everything so difficult! Go in an Optus shop, no you have to ring a number. Ring the number, takes 90 mins for the most basic tasks! What utter incompetence. #Optusfailing Use Telstra instead no one is this bad!!!!!! #PoorMobile

    @Optus any chance optus can make the thuraya satphone service work. Week 3 of network problems, different one each week. This week all calls out say phone I dial is not connected!, Last week all calls " call rejected". Is the service being shutdown?

    @ForeverRichmond @king171920 Don't forget that Optus Stadium seating is limited and so WC supporters wanting seats have to get in quickly. The MCG hasn't got the same issues.

    Hey Optus, a collective 3 hours on your instant messaging customer platform to order a new remote and having to re enter a new pin code 50 times through the conversation isn’t great customer service Remember when we could just talk to someone?

    @Optus What’s the point! 3 different agents! 3 different times asked for details! All I wanted was to cancel a monthly SIM contract I didn’t use! Utter shambles! How you’ve got any customers left is astounding! Your service Sucks!
