    @Telstra @paulbrown73au And then you store that info, often unencryped, online, for years, on vulnerable systems. (If you're Optus, you even provide an open API leading to it, but Telstra has nothing to brag about on that score.) Pass that back up the line. FIX YOUR SYSTEMS.

    @realDrBrendan Loves me an Optus i do. Previous unused cable was torn down by gas worker truck. Reported, removed. When i wanted optus a year later, nope can't have it there it's too low. Haven't used it since nbn bought it and the poofter is still blocking my driveway airspace from large truck

    @Optus thanks for the letter saying Kylie Santa’s details have been leaked. Don’t know Kylie and they have never lived at the address you sent the letter two. Someone using our physical address? How did you verify this? Is this fraud?

    @Optus Exactly the same Charmhaven address where speed varies from "utterly crap" to "fricken unusable" after 8:00PM, and where I've been reporting this, and providing speedtest result after speedtest result, and where I've been reading Optus' constant "send us a DM" rubbish avoidance!

    @BullsNationOZ I was working today and Optus screwed me over by restricting my service for an unpaid bill (narrator: Adam had paid it 2 weeks ago). So I only saw it tonight on here. In 10 years time he'll be considered the greatest player in the league with a title or two to his name. Book it.

    @Optus what’s the story with mobile data failing? Have been to a number of different locations across SE Qld in past 48hrs - no service on my phone. And before you ask… yes I have already checked the network outages list - there are none reported in the areas I’ve been.

    @Optus I bought an Optus $50 prepaid card, I activated it online however I got no signal. I then went into the Optus store in Warrnabool to solve the problem. They refused to help me any further because the SIM card was bought from Woolworths and not the Optus store itself.
