@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@MartyBreen @Optus I suggest you just change ... Trust me i had issues for close to 12 months ... Fixed ... Not working ... Rince and repeat ... And after you have changed you will get a call from @Optus trying to get you back ... Change ... Get a emailing host ... And have your dns stuff elsewhere

@NBN_Australia watched streaming of soccer Sat night on Optus app and the connection was buffering the whole game. Very unhappy as this never happened with broadband.

@RoMa90 @simonhill1894 Would be the end of A-League. Optus having rights excludes the majority of the population which is the problem. If you have Telstra or anything but Optus internet, pay for Fox if you like other sports, then you don’t pay for Optus to watch it buffer. Optus World Cup disgraceful

@Optus Hi. Given up. I called the Philippines and got them to fix it. 26 mins on a call to an agent. Wouldn’t it be simpler fix the My Optus App. So much for pushing customers to your digital channels to alleviate phone calls. #NoCX

@Telstra I need to cancel my service as you can’t give me any customer service. Call the number and you refer to text messages. This is what its come to. I’ll be moving to Optus now.

NBN down again this morning. No warning from @optus. Caused by routine power line work by @JemenaLtd. Seems nobody bothers talking to each other or communicating with customers about predictable outages. Boo to you both.
