@Optus I have been without home internet service since early this morning. You seriously need to get this crap sorted. Area is 3155. No updates since midday. Is this what you call service?

@Optus Showing as an outage. My complaint is centered around the fact you haven't communicated anything since midday, after sending a text saying it was fixed. Called and advised I would receive regular updates. I haven't. Customer service is about communication, something you don't do

@Optus hi I’m 220m away from 5G tower, no/minimal obstruction, map shows that 90% of dwelling is covered by 5G, but address check kept telling me that service isn’t available. Is anyone able to investigate this and somehow let me put through an order?

@Optus Side note: Who should I contact in regards to the patient who's life this ZERO outage notice endangered? Or do OPTUS not care about cancer patient's survival?

So the latest episode of me versus Optus: Apparently I can do the impossible and be a customer of Optus without leaving a trace on their computer system. I knew I was smart, but this is impressive.

@Optus Hi! I found out on the NBN site that it's an expected 10 day delay, yet provided no details by representatives? I'm concerned over being billed for a month, given we received at best 20 days of service. I'm not overly familiar with telecomms law, should I contact the ACCC?
