@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus Yes I've seen. It doesn't support half the stuff I was using the Google Play service for so I may as well swap to a provider with services I'll actually use. Just logic I'm sure you understand

@CelerySorbet @latte_oz So, are they easily identifiable by their tin foil hat? As Telstra/Optus/Voda all have 5G service at York St (According to the maps). Definately some one you doesn't care about their community.

When one Optus salesperson informs you they can’t help you with coverage and that’s their issue and the next one wants to fight me because I clearly get service at home… mate, you’re welcome to come for a visit because we get none.

@Optus Home internet has now been down overnight. Work from home during this lockdown is now impossible. Zoom meetings impossible. Online teaching impossible. We stream our tv so entertainment impossible. All you can do is say sorry? Just restore my service!
