    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Internode Normally it is 'yes optus'. Strength is midrange. Try to call or use only mobile data and phone says 'not registered on any network' , has been all day at least.

    @Optus Gee thanks. Meanwhile, since I was too uncomfortable progressing that conversation through chat, I asked for a contact centre number and was given a random business service number. I need a nbn plan. Is tehre someone who can help me?

    @Brodhe Honestly I've changed telco's over reception issues. Had constant drop outs with Optus... moved to Telstra and it was perfect (and got 5G). Might be worth a competitor check...

    @Optus I’ve raised several issues with my phone randomly dropping out of calls. I’ve had 6 thus far and it isn’t even 9:30. I have about 10 yesterday. I’m getting sick of it.

    @NBN_Australia why in the world we didn't have internet for the last 3 days? And when we called optus they said it's an NBN problem and we have nothing to do with it... What should I do with my university and my work? I have a disabled brother who can't stay without his iPad...
