    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    My Dad pays for netflix, kayo, prime & optus sport. My brother pays for binge. I pay for nba team pass + am constantly renewing stan, britbox & disneyplus to watch certain things and about to add paramount plus… I can’t keep doing this you guys ok **** these streaming services

    @Optus Hey George I have sent several DMs and optus has been unable to help. I keep getting sms & emails confirming resolution yet I am unable to reply to them nothing for me has been resolved.

    @turna23 @VodafoneAU i find the way people/businesses handle their mistakes much more revealing/important than if they never made a mistake - and albeit tedious, voda has always handled the mistakes politely, as quickly as they can, and graciously. so i rate that. can't say the same for optus
