    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    Got it. But my NBN modem’s lights are not solid on. I was told by Optus that is a NBN network issue.

    My wife is in ICU with patchy WiFi and relies on @Optus' data. So, another chat with @Optus Support. More confusion. Hours on chat. Then it was "definitely fixed." The problem was the additional phone on the special plan, which stopped the transfer. Another contract. (6/10)

    Optus showed their true colours...definitely don't give a **** about their customers & about keeping them! Can't wait to see what comes of the class action, I'll add more indiscrepancies to their already bullshit treatment of customers... @Optus

    @Optus The moment I hang up, ur staff disconnect my nbn! Now, after another 30 mins on the phone to get it reconnected I’m told it’ll take another hour! If ur going to outsource your call centre for cheap labour, at least spend some of the extra money on training competent staff!
