@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus has the very worst customer service. Coming up to 2.5 hours dealing with them because I got charged 3 times for Optus Sports and no service and the saga still isn’t over as I’m hold waiting for yet another team

@GeoffHutchison It’s true Geoff. The problem is I let my expectations get ahead of me. You would have thought I learnt my lesson after 2015. I don’t know this feels super depressing. Not being able to be at Optus is hurting me as well.

What a **** morning ! Waited at the Wagga telstra Shop to have this month's a/c explained. Told by a bo smelling unwashed long haired badly dressed ******* grub that I could have an appointment tomorrow afternoon !!! Optus , here I come !!
