    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @OPTUS Why is there no option to provide qualitative feedback on your website? I just spent 40 mins on hold and another 30 mins to resolve an issue that could have been resolved in 20 seconds. Your online and phone service is disgraceful! #optus

    @WestCoastEagles So sad we will likely miss Optus finals, when would we ever get that chance again! But better effort by most and at least we went down fighting. Need to take more marks, couldn’t believe how many marks weren’t held.
