@rohan3au @Optus Terrible. This whole thing has been an absolute shiteshow. I got same correspondence via email on 24/9, and being told to ‘wait a few days’ to get more correspondence about whether I need to change my licence. It’s so not good enough, sorry you are caught up.

@gremren_ @artofgnomes They made an announcement last week that it'll be a free service to change the licence number as long as you let them know. I'm waiting for Optus to let me know I'm directly affected too....
