@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus I have been contemplating writing a formal complaint to the OPTUS CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS team till date thinking that the gazillion customer service team members that I spoke to and that I texted via the Optus app would ACTUALLY be able to help settle and find this issue.

@Optus I live at St Helen's Park NSW and just sent you a DM about the tower in my area acting up yet again. I get the copy paste answer that there's nothing wrong. If other people where I live are experiencing the same problem how is it not a tower issue??
