@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@Optus It would be pointless,on passed experience,as a long term customer,over 10 years,you don't give a **** about me, you're only interested in doing things to gain new customers. Will be looking for a new phone network at end of current plan. You have form, I'm over it.

So apparently Optus eSIM swaps can no longer be done using the app or website and you have to do them in-store instead. The only problem is that the only local store is insisting they can only do it using a pre-printed QR code “eSIM pack” and they don’t have any in stock… wat.

@BigBadDenis Crazy here is WA. The entire state has a population of 2.6 Mil. Every day we punch above our weight with positive cases. We have parks, beaches, as much open space as any city. WTF are people doing. Tonight Optus stadium is sold out for a goddam game of catch me stuff me 🤪🤪🤪
