    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @Optus Nah can't be bothered people with Telstra having the same issue and Atleast Telstra gives an ETA of April the 28th. More than Optus has said.

    No internet but NBN have identified a line problem & are working to resolve. Optus added data to our phones so we can use the internet that way until the line is fixed. Happy with @Optus prompt, professional and polite customer service. Hopefully @NBN_Australia can be as good

    @Optus It is fixed now it looks like. I don't understand why there isn't an app or website where we can get interruption info easily without having to spend time on the phone trying to figure out if it's just us or the area or the whole network.

    @Optus Its fine I'm noting down myself how long it's been out now I'm over it. The lady on the app was ridiculously rude. It's been close to 4h without a fix so I'm definitely not a happy customer. Sadly here in regional Victoria we don't have much options for providers
