Lady โ ๐๐๐ (@voodoo47) reportedAnyone else getting emails left. right and centre from their banks and internet providers assuring you that what happened to Optus would never happen to them...and telling us how to protect our data...hmm maybe it should be them protecting me not telling me how to protect my data
-
Dean Rosario (@DeanRosario) reportedListening to ex-Optus lobbyist @PaulFletcherMP try to blame ALP Govt for the Optus breach, whilst saying "I don't have all the facts". He was Communications Minister. He had power to create strong safeguards for Aussie customer ID data to not be abused by Telcos. He did nothing
-
Prince Planet (@Pap7771) reported@Optus Hi, are there problems with email delivery at the moment? I'm missing emails and having major delays in receiving emails.
-
Sacha Trube (@Sacha00Z) reportedHey @Optus, I waited 5 hours to get a response from your support department, via chat. The least they could do is wait 20 minutes for me to finish my meeting before closing the case. This is truly poor customer service, pull your socks up, you can't afford this.
-
Jessica Mason (@JessicaPerthWA) reported@strangerous10 Damage is done with OPTUS. Others will be acting to secure their servers. Legislation can wait a little longer if we must choose
-
Dawnstar Australis (@dawnstarau) reportedAnother three or four clever operation names should fix this Optus thins right up
-
Mark Langham (@MarkLangham2) reportedSo, @AusFedPolice are going to investigate the Optus breech. Is this the same AFP that continually couldn't find any evidence, ever, of any wrong-doing when it involved a member of the liar @ScottMorrisonMP's gov or his mates in faux-Xtianity? Can't see an issue with that.

Sluggo McSlugguts (@Inbtwnr21) reported@Optus 'doing all they can to help affected customers' pfft hardly. Instigated a chat at 948am yesterday, answered by a staff member at 418pm, the dude then disconnects from the chat after I ask my question and completed their id form. Now today, I can't access my online account!
