@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

Hi @amaysimAU, are there any near future plans to provision #esim for the #AppleWatch ? I reached out to the customer care team couple of times it was not fruitful, they are not aware of the ETA or any workaround to make this happen. @Optus @Apple

@Optus @benjiwootto This is getting ridiculous, I have been experiencing the same issue and the network connection is actually deteriorating day by day. The first “planned maintenance” notice said to be fixed after 27th July, they, then extended it to 10th of August, and the lastest update said 14th

@Optus Hi, I'm wondering if you've got some DNS issues? My Optus modem/router (192.168.0.1) is my DNS and all my connected devices are not resolving names. I added Google DNS and everything is working again. Can you please investigate? Thanks, Wayne

Hmmm… @Optus appears to be having a dns issue can’t access some websites, including Optus’ own so can’t use their own app to check their status 🪣

@Optus is there an issue with the internet where some sites can not be accessed at the moment. Please fix your internet. Very frustrating that you can’t speak to anyone and your message app is terrible. 20 minutes and still waiting for someone to reply to my message. Poor service
