@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@blackops_spy @miffyjayne Some tech will get fired and that will be it. Full disclosure - I’m not an Optus customer- but I will be stoked to be proved wrong on this cause it sets a terrible precedent if nothing happens to them.

@goodfoodgal Not great, I've had 19 attempts to access my hotmail account in the last 24 hours from all over the world. I haven't been an Optus customer since late last year and have no idea why they have to keep all of my data exposed as an ex-customer. It should be archived offline.

@MoarToast @Optus Me too. Nothing for us. And we’ve just come off the back of an awful return back from Europe which (was awesome)but for some reason our phones stopped working on entry to Oz. Optus tried to blame roaming when we were away and what not. No service for20 days. No compo. Nadia

@DashingEnO @Rashidajourno @Optus Damn yeah that’s a good point. We can’t trust anything they say and have to assume most, if not all, of the information they held on us has been taken (I say taken rather than stolen considering they left the door wide open).
