@Optus Thought I’d ask anyway. I’m already listed with DoNotCall service and it doesn’t work, especially not for scammers. And I have a gold number so I’m trying to avoid changing it until it’s a last resort 😩 Thanks anyway!

  • Bails_Bboy Blake Bailey (@Bails_Bboy) reported

@Optus No misunderstanding on this end Casey, just crap customer service, no care factor, big company that doesn’t care about customers only profits and from what I have experienced Optus keeps gas lighting me. Got it 👍🏼

  • symons_w88 Will Symons (@symons_w88) reported

@Optus @NBN_Australia do you have an estimated time for when the network outage in Northcote will be fixed? It’s been out for over 3 hours

  • MattJDavies74 Matt Davies (@MattJDavies74) reported

@caineyten Asking punters to fork out for 2 different subscriptions (Stan & Optus) to get soccer fix. Plus Kayo for other sport. Getting expensive - especially Stan which requires a regular subscription AND a sport add-on.

  • ChadT_82 Chad (@ChadT_82) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@vesh88 Maybe Netflix will be the loser for AL fans. I think people will drop Netflix and take up Stan, then the addition of Stan Sport won’t be too bad. But yeah, please go to Optus instead

  • atakngor Atak (@atakngor) reported

@Optus How hard is it to not opt-in customers into scams and to third parties? I was told the number was removed from marketing but I'm still getting calls Jono. I call one of the number and it was someone who said scammers are using his number remotely to call people. Please fix.

  • mickaussie2003 Michael Hart (@mickaussie2003) reported

@Bails_Bboy @OptusEnterprise Wow, couldn't have explained Optus' customer (poor) service so succinctly if I tried, you nailed it!

  • lankalad1 lankalad (@lankalad1) reported

COVID. Tomorrow 60,000 fans will crush into Optus Stadium screaming their lungs out in support of their teams with spit flying everywhere. However, on April 26 only 10,000 people are allowed to watch the dawn service at King's park. Are the covid germs different at the footy?

  • ask_things Things People Ask Me (@ask_things) reported

@Optus So can I take the modem back and cancel my contract? Is there a cooling off period?

  • richoaust Richo (@richoaust) reported

@AleagueHub So i need Stan for a-league, optus for prem, Kayo for NRL. Netflix for movies and Disney for the kids. Maybe the old monopoly wasn’t that bad.
