    No consideration have been given to Commonwealth Bank clients or business's as OPTUS has shut down their TOWER for 1 month. NETCODE security is hooked to Bank accounts but if one cannot get signal, then NO business can be transacted???What alternatives have Bank put in place????

    @Dhal49 @StanSportAU In this case, the fault was mine, my headphones were gone. GIve them time, remember how bad optus was when they started their football coverage. Hell, they had to hand half their world cup matches to SBS.

    Who gives a flying **** about Optus a crap company for many years with useless management had to outsource to find clients and then made a futile attempt to harness EPL games We can see them every week without a useless entity

    Hey @Optus really confused why I have to go to the effort of filing a police report and a stat dec when my order was delivered (confirmed by @startrack) TO A DIFFERENT STATE and signed for by a totally different person than the addressee. Complaints is slow and hopeless.

    @Frank61pc @jeffreys_jake i was with a small mob called Internode, and for years they were great - yes, they leased optus lines, but for their $ they provided excellent help - now bought out by someone else and i have been trying 4 weeks to get the new sim card they say i need, but it’s hopeless

    @Optus my service is down and I can’t receive or send texts. I have to pay wages to ppl TODAY and to do that I need an SMS verification. I call up and all I am told is that it should be fixed by tomorrow! you tell that to the ppl who won’t receive their pay until monday

    @Optus is the network down? First my number gets disconnected and now I’ve lost service on a prepaid! What is going on?! I have absolutely no way to call or text anyone.
