@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@yeoldeguildford I’ve also parted ways with Telstra- despite numerous requests to upgrade 4G network at Lake Callide, Valentine Plains, didn’t get a good response. I’m with @Optus and enjoying every bit of it. @Telstra is hopeless.

@NBN_Australia @Optus Our SP has been equally hopeless at every step. This outage happened on Thursday morning, and still nobody has a clue how to get it fixed. Telcos are lightning quick to get paid, but when it comes to fixing a tech problem: dumb as dogsh!t. @Telstra incl. Get it together, you lot.

@Optus talk about the run around to cancel a fraudulent order on my mobile account. Three numbers given so far. Somehow Optus allowed an order on my account from a different state with my vic drivers licence. #FAIL
