    @samishah @Optus I didn't say it was a perfect solution, but they've enabled anyone with all that data to impersonate you. How many points of ID do you need to identify yourself to your bank over the phone?

    @Saxdude26 @DamBusterPrest @manjusrii I am an Optus customer (multiple services) and their customer service is the worst. In person, over the phone, bot chat you name it…their products I find are good just the customer service is Shiite.

    Optus wasn't hacked. They simply left all the customer records at the front door for anyone to pick up.

    @samishah @Optus I left Optus perhaps 4 years ago and I still got caught up in it. Will never be a customer with them again.

    Hi @Optus you have confirmed that hackers have 100 points of my ID including licence and passport no. dob, address plus phone no. and email. I need all my ID docs replaced. Will you pay for this plus ongoing credit monitoring? I’m not even a customer #OptusHack
