@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

.@Optus really tells you, you can go on a month to month contract and cancel any time but then when you do, you have to pay out the modem that you paid for. lol. such a dog act.

@Optus Well I know if I send direct message, the incident will be just handled by the same pathetic support team. So I have to say in public. Also whats with spamming my number just before 3 days of recharge with spam links. Why my number is sold and I am been tortured.

@thesiswhisperer @Optus Belong (Telstra network) is a good company. They just doubled my monthly data for no particular reason and for no extra cost, and it rolls over each month. Plus they are carbon neutral under Climate Active! 🌳
