    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @NellyJa73255653 @NMaconachie Their NBN is run through their own network and the mobile plans are through an Optus resell agreement. Generally, the Optus mobile network can be crap outside of the big cities.

    I'd really love if @Optus had a customer service/account service email so that I - someone with relational disability - could get my stuff sorted out without having to do one of the things I find hardest in the world: calling strangers.

    @rkw82 Kind of a weird thing have a barney over. Even the argument that he shouldn’t have been let into Optus wearing Eagles jumper was petty. If you stir up **** though, it’s a pretty big “Kick Me” sign, but if you behave and want to hand the Dockers your money for the game, enjoy!
