    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    I been an Optus customer since 2000 for my home internet & mobile phone service They have always gone above & beyond to provide a outstanding service I highly recommend them They offer me a great discount on my internet & phone which helps as I have a budget to stick too @Optus

    @optus has the most disgusting customer service i have ever encountered with a company, i ordered a phone 8 weeks ago and still don't have it and all i get is the run around, how do i cancel my accounts? is there some way to get someone to contact me?

    @SwoopLuke @Optus Your network status page is as useless as the call center puppets, no nbn in punchbowl nsw for last 2hrs but callcenter cant see if any outages

    @PRGuy17 @bullnala You go to Optus shop & ask for specs of the phone & salesperson says "Google It", do you do that? Or go elsewhere? If you ask range of electric vehicle .. & told to google it, do you? A one page synopsis in all papers & on government website with LINKS to detail would help, IMO.

    @Fireborn87 @NBN_Australia Hear, hear. I just got Belong 4g to try and get better value, but it's terrible. I also have it on my phone, which is fine, but the 5g SIM I have in my home modem just won't stay connected. Might have to try Optus network for home, or budget to go back to Starlink. This is STUPID
