    @Optus Yep, I did sign up for updates. They stopped updating me last Sunday. The message said 'we won't be in touch again until we've fixed things for you.' WTF @optus ? Terrible customer experience. Thanks for the update Liam.

    @Optus Steven, NBN is down where we are. It came on for 1hr this morning, then Fetch died. NBN lasted 1 hour. The customer service app is a contradiction in terms! 1/2

    @limeisgreat @johnshakespeare Just learned I get a discount for being an existing customer, so apparently it's less than ½ price, nice. Was on an old *** $65 plan with Optus, data speed was absolute **** & I'm sure I could have gone cheaper but I'm lazy, now paying $29 with Aussie & 4g speeds are perfect.

    @Optus However, hubby was able to speak to 2 different people today (1 yesterday). One very helpful rep's name, literally was 'Lovely' & she problem solved. But,trying to get me added as authorised user is impossible!

    @Telstra What good is an assistance package when your service isn’t working, Telstra customer near Lismore on the second day of no service, please send starlink, sent from Optus. Woolworths shut because their POS relies on your service also, many shops without data so no eftpos either
