Stephen SeventySix (@Stephen76) reported@Optus Hi Aron, I've spoken to tech support several times, between replacing my sim, reset all connections, losing my Bluetooth and wifi connections, and doing multiples and multiples of speed tests, they agreed that it was a congestion issue, but not looking to add more data service.

Scott Dawkins (@dawkins_scott) reported@jendudley unrelated to your NBN promo, but I discovered my parents on the old Optus cable network get 100mbs if they keep using their old cable modem, or it goes down to 50mb if they use their NBN modem. But the NBN modem doubles the up speed!

Joe REDV YNWA (@dragons2194) reported@K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Had the same problem as well a few months back except I couldn’t reach anyone from Telstra..thing that worked for me was turning the power off the nbn box from the power outlet, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds from the NBN box, put it back in and switch the power on

Stephen SeventySix (@Stephen76) reported@Optus They were waiting for 5G to be rolled out in the area. What's the point in having all this data allowance on my phone if I can't use data while I'm at work? Get 30GB, but struggle to use 10GB each month, mostly due to 4G congestion issues. 😔
