@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@3AWNeilMitchell scare mongering again on the @Optus data breach. Mitchell needs to be part of the solution and not the problem. Although it’s a nice reprieve from the constant @DanielAndrewsMP bashing.

@Optus Blindingly fast & efficient technical support this morning. I needed a Reverse DNS modified for my IP Address and it was sorted quickly by your people with nothing more than an E-mail. Good work :)

@Optus For the love of God Optus, does your technical support have any actual technical knowledge. I just spent an hour trying to explain, my modem is fried. NO POWER is getting to the device only to be told to press the reset button to see if any lights comes on!

@charliessay It’s worrying, Optus let mine out and I used to be a customer of Medibank and their saying old customers details have been leaked to something definitely needs to be done and not just larger fines there has to be another way I don’t get why they have to keep it on file

@ServiceNSW Optus I’m slow and disabled. What should I do if I don’t understand simple things? Can my carer bring me to a centre to check my licence is contaminated? Does it really matter if my identity is stollen if I am poor and don’t care? Should we all care if we were texted about this?
