@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@AmazonHelp I appreciate you sending this, I will report it, but I've already reported it to the Australian Scamwatch, which should hopefully prompt the telco that owns the phone number (I'm looking at you @Optus ) to shut it down.

@Optus You’re joking right? Taking down the network all day and all night for 2 weeks for the greater good is not a good experience. We weee told the outages would be minimal. It is all day and no one at Optus is doing anything about it!

@Optus I'm going to take down the cable you have attached to my home, it will be lying on the ground and across the street it is approximately 30 meters of coaxial. Th service it provided is disconnected and I need the space on the pole it's attached to.

@Optus Last time I “troubleshooted”, the advice was that there must be too many people in the area I live and to switch to the 3G network in settings . Super helpful 🙄

@Telstra Your customer service is appalling. Not ONE of your so called representatives has helped me at all. Do any staff in-store even call back? Of course not. What a joke. I'll be leaving when my contract’s up & moving to Optus. And I'm supposedly a ‘gold’ customer. LOL.

Hey @Optus thanks for zero notification that my Optus TV feat @Foxtel was being suspended indefinitely because of an Optus business decision. It's disgusting customer service.
