    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @Telstra oh yes, she has. She has been talking to you guys nearly every day for the last 5 weeks. It just isn't helping. She was sent a new sim today, and guess what, it doesn't work. How hard can it be? She got a sim from #optus and it worked straight away.

    @Optus I got cheated by your customer care executive. He quoted falsified information to me saying that everything in my plan will remain same and I will get a handset by paying 50 cents more. Is that what you are teaching your sales rep to dupe customers?

    @Optus Hi Sarah I can do this but I feel there’s not much point. I made several tickets during 2021 and had to repeat everything to many “level 1” staff who never escalate to senior engineers/techs. I guess your company is too big for that kind of service.

    @optus I'm trying to message your team online as my account seems to be under an email I havent used/don't have access to, but it's asking me to login to be able to message ~ the issue being I can't remember my login details? :(

    @fcarltonsmith1 It’s a disgrace! It was nearly a full house at Optus stadium, would have everything prepared alcohol, food and staff and then to pull the pin the day before is disgraceful. So much money for local economy also lost and rugby Australia will never be compensated.

    @ZDNet I’ve had data service dropouts since Dec 2020 with @Optus and they refused to believe there was an issue.
