    @toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

    @Optus well done Optus, you have failed to provide me home Internet for a full month now. I have paid my bills but you have failed to provide a service. Cancelling home Internet and mobile plans tomorrow. What a joke of a company!

    @Optus I live in sunnybank qld, service is so poor I make calls through whatsapp by using the wi fi and it's not new having this problem from last 8-9 months I have three connections on my name same with all of them

    @NickRossTech @Aussie_BB Telstra care to refund me the 200 bucks in roaming fees while I was in LA and your service simply would not connect, whilst everyone else I was with on Optus could connect without any delay?

    @10FootballAU @ParamountPlusAU Hey team, 2021 ATV4K with the latest available version of the app, Optus NBN (100/40) etc. Stream much improved compared to last week, very sharp in still/slow moving scenes, but the frame rate needs work. Noticeable judder on long ***** and any time the camera pans a long way.

    @Optus home internet has been randomly dropping out and getting extremely slow in the last fortnight or so in melbourne. the monthly bill just went up, cant use, now i have to buy 4G data. are you gonna compensate me for it?

    Hey @Optus - fix your network. Over the last 12 months I’ve received 8 messages telling me that your completing work to improve our coverage and internet speeds. It has gotten worse. Can’t even have a phone conversation in my own house. Ridiculous. Thieves.

    @Optus wt's wrong with the network in many more #Brisbane suburbs like Coorparoo, West end, Yeronga n so on., we're not even getting minimum speeds of data😡 n signals are dropping continuously!. Pls kindly look into it🙏.

    Note to @Optus and @Kmart and anyone else using #BlackFriday marketing: Black Friday only has that meaning in the context of the US Thanksgiving holiday. In some places, eg here, it has a completely different, horrible, triggering meaning. Are you that tone-deaf to your markets?
