@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Optus you said service would be resumed in Paddington 4064. Once again it’s down. 3 weeks without internet and you’re expecting me to pay the bill. Go with Telstra, customers. Optus don’t even listen. I’ve texted and called them and im ignored

I’m wondering why anyone would use @Telstra .. just ticked over the 2 hour mark at trying to get business support ... for something that work and apparently (just got through whilst posting this) has now been banned... SMS to mobile devices (non phones)... @Optus here I come!

@Optus yeah finally got the support i needed ... I just had to keep calling. Took 3 days about 400 IMs 3 phone calls and finally hit a person that could do what i needed. All fixed finally

@Optus Hi, hoping you’re having a nice day A Question, why would you disconnect an old ladies home phone? I mean it’s not like she doesn’t need a phone in case she has a fall or needs medication etc I’m beyond furious I’m on the phone to George 🤞 he can help asap Optus = NOPE
