@LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

@Dunofrey I just pre-ordered a Pixel 7 Pro 256GB for $0 by signing up to a $69 24month optus (new customer) plan at Harvey Norman. Used an included $150 voucher to upgrade from the 128GB model. No other perks, but free is good!

Then won’t go back to switch to drivers licence, also auto name match not possible in Victoria. Hate using Help by phone but tried. Audio is 99% crackles, totally intelligible. Not even Optus for ISP!

Like every @Optus customer in the country I have obsessively checked my inbox in case I am a victim of their mismanagement. Today a note referring to their “recent” “contact”. Please just get your comms right @Optus . It is after all the central platform of your business.

I feel for the poor bugger from @Optus who had to call me today. I pointed out how ironic it was that he had to CONFIRM my ID. Asked him how #Optus was going to compensate me for time wasted standing in line at TMR to get my license changed. Not ******* happy Jan! #OptusBreach
