    @LesStonehouse @Optus There is, I think I remember correctly, a period of up to 48 hours where a new service replicates across a WAN (wide area network).

    @wolsned Computer illiterate, useful ******* id*ots don’t know anything about hacking. Australians got hacked who had never touched computers. Medibank Private, Optus, Telstra Roads & Maritime Service & a few I can’t remember.

    Hi @Optus I spent 30 mins chatting via the app to someone last night about an issue and they resolved nothing. Now on hold for over 30 minutes. This is not good enough for a business customer. Can I PLEASE speak to someone in Australia!?!? #Optus #OptusFail

    @Edgemonsta @Optus Their 5g coverage is an absolute disgrace, 4 kms from Australia's 3rd largest city and it's so flaky I have to turn 5g off, don't get me started on a little rainy weather affecting their services even worse 🤷, charging a premium price for DoDo service and quality
