@Optus any chance you can fix up my subhub for @PrimeVideo. I have a case and was told I’d get a call back within 48 hours a month a go. Tried your chat again but this 48hours seems to be getting longer and longer.

Help please - phone can make phone calls but can't connect to a network, use apps, google, etc. Doesn't appear to be any 4G outages locally @Optus

@ohforf_cksakes Im with Amaysim which uses Optus network. $10 for 28 days with unlimited calls and text and 4GB of data, which is way more than I can use. But I dont use social media on my phone so not sure if thats enough? They keep upgrading data allowance free of charge which is good.

Don’t bother trying to communicate with @Optus using their chatbot function. I’ve spent fours hours trying to get an answer from them today. I’m too tired for this ****.

@MsRebeccaRobins Optus has a very strict policy, each store has a concierge which asks patrons to sign in & provide proof of vaccination… if they can’t do that we direct them to call the store & complete any orders over the phone…

Phone companies such as Telstra, Optus etc. provide a service to people and entities that allow them to contact and steal from other people. Should Telstra be held accountable like other social media companies and platforms?

Optus told me my issue would be fixed on the 5th of Oct. So I got happy that I'd have normal internet on the 6th. Well as per usual Optus has just told me it won't be fixed for another month or 2. 1/2
