    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    The Australian Government must start issuing massive fines when they hold information longer than legally allowed. The idea Optus lost customer info of people who haven't been customers for a decade is insane.

    FFS @Optus could your ********* NBN not drop out several times a day, every day? I live in inner city Melbourne, not the middle of nowhere. I say this more to inform people how utterly terrible your NBN is and that they should never use your "service"

    Today, cameras showed up in my house (Optus). Its an actuality, that some time recently, someone in my neighborhood has received kill orders, from someone in the Vatican. All orchestrated by Bad Catholics. Someone in the Vatican is trying to kill Me. Probably George Pell. #Evil

    Another day, overseas, in a public wifi zone, on @Optus messenger, requesting roaming be activated for another 24 hours, because their app doesn’t allow you to re-activate. Every day, the customer service agent misreads my messages and doesn’t follow instruction.

    Another fail @Optus. New $5 roaming means you have to re-activate everyday. Log into app, to re-new, but is has message to say rollover is automatic. But it’s not. So I am having to message customer service every morning to re-activate, while travelling overseas. Explaining to a
