    @Optus Circumstances but they cant do a thing for me. So I have to wait 12 more months. Praying my husband is still here. We also have Optus fetch and NBN. We have loved Optus and they have always been so good to us. we have always paid our bills and been a loyal customer.😢

    @JayPeeterman @Optus I've been with Optus for over ten years, had a similar issue with modem, they sent me a new one, problem solved. Wouldn't think of going elsewhere myself.

    @Optus Still waiting on my preorder (Grey/Green 512Gb) that I ordered on the 15th August. Yet again (as with previous preorders through Optus), I've been told there is a 'warehouse issue'.

    @JayPeeterman @Optus I joined dodo when I moved mid last year after having horrendous issues with Optus and have NEVER once had an issue.

    @Optus Absolute waste of my valuable time. 5 hours and 10 different contractor staff who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. This is what happens when you subcontract all of your customer support functions to the lowest bidder. Disgraceful!
