@Descarts11 @Optus @RunnerSA18 Effectively any Australian who has EVER been an Optus customer should consider their identity compromised.

@SimoneFoxKoob "Optus has not contacted customers"... I received an email from @Optus informing me my personal details had been provided by them without my consent to a hacker and then, nothing else, just crickets. I know this mob has appalling customer service because I ....

@sallyrugg If you’re an @optus customer and haven’t received any communication from them does that mean your data hasn’t been compromised?

@piecehere Honestly, given that they still haven’t identified my name (have been referred to as “former Optus customer” and “customer” in data breach communications, my mum and sis have been referred to by name) I don’t hold out hope that they actually know what of my PI has been breached.

@tomizaks Unlikely. But they will be able to help with creative ways to say "we're not going to help you". (I moved to Telstra last week. The rest of the family are awaiting Telstra SIMs now. Four customers lost not because of the event, because of Optus' ****** response to it)

@grissomsladybug Spent the weekend trying to register with Equifax, nothing but problems. Went to the Optus shop today, told we can’t help you. I said I want that in writing. They helped me, now signed up for a year!
