    @Optus why don’t you allow people to cancel their home 5G service via desktop, desktop chat, mobile chat or self-service on any channel? It causes so much friction when you require them to call a number!!! This is a terrible customer service/experience!

    @hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra Their ISP should be sorting it. I'm with optus and they organised nbn technician within 24 hours. I know they said telstra was messing them around. I can't offer much help sorry.

    Switched from Telstra to Optus recently because I hate Telstra a bit more than Optus. Finding the service really patchy, have to turn Aeroplane Mode on and off now and then just to get Voicemails or service back. Not sure if it’s a 5G issue? This is my first 5G phone.

    @Optus 3. I asked for the service to be discounted as I do not use all of the data and I have finished paying off the mobile phone so would like a cheaper rate but you won’t give it to me as I want to pay by bpay not direct debit for security reasons.

    @Optus your service is despicable and disgusting. I’ve been a customer since 2017 and have been paying shitloads for your service. It is currently not working and I am being charged for it. I asked for help and refused none

    Finally got around to setting up a pi-hole. Been meaning to do that for years. Need to set the dns on every device because of this piece of crap locked down Optus piece of crap router. (Might replace that in the NY. Piece of crap.) But woo hoo — ads be gone.

    @Optus Sarah. I have tried yout automated "chat" service with no help. I need to speak to someone now? Can you help? Otherwise what is the beat time ro call in the morning for hepp on this issue and my transfer to telstra. 30 yrs of relationship down the drain....

    @Optus There’s a billing issue, an account issue as well as a technical issue. Please read my messages properly and stop making assumptions

    @bajo Optus service is just worse than Telstra because they don't have as many towers; same would happen on any provider using the Optus network though (also most other providers saying they use the Telstra network only use the wholesale network which isn't the same as Tesltra's own)
