@lesstenny @Optus Yep I can answer this with a couple of different scenarios - as I don’t have specifics. Night time issues. If your MiL is old school PSTN customer, it could be thermal induction. Daytime temp warms = copper expands. Night time temp falls copper contracts near joint. TI 1/-

$69 poorer for giving @optus a chance. Can’t even buy one of their modems outright as a workaround to the tech issue I have. Lesson learnt.

@niftycraftmc @GloWorld Optus also uses Band 28 for their 3G. Band 28 has advantage of traveling farther than other bands like 3 or 40 But has low penetrating power. So ISPs with Band 28 won't need more network masts like those with Band 40. Glo later added Band 3 for their 3G. Their 4G is using Band 28

@Optus love having spiking ping issues for the last 2 days for no reason, can’t play any online game unless I’m lucky enough for it to go back to normal before it spikes again, everything else like streaming & being on website is perfectly fine but god forbid I play a online game

@Optus your customer service is pretty pants. No one could answer what happens if an order has the wrong address on it. Does it get refunded? Do you call the number on the order? Why is it so hard? #fail

@SenPaterson #auspol Australia has the worst cyber security in the world thanks to you following security advice from the US. Your CIA policy is intent on damaging Australian national security, as the Optus hack, the worst hack of its type in the world, amply demonstrates. You're a saboteur.

Just an idea, @Optus. If someone contacts support because when trying to ring overseas, they get the "Technical difficulties" message, try checking the connections overseas first before attempting to sell the customer an overseas call package.

@Optus if I’ve gotten two auto recharge texts for the one service, am I going to be billed twice?
