@Optus Hi Tina, thanks for the offer but I’ve been dealing with 2 people all week, one who deemed I didn’t need a replacement modem, and without telling me they cancelled the order. Then want to charge me $119 for a new one. A complaint has been lodged, & I’m moving ISP’s.

@JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus I’m with Woolworths, they use Telstra network so no change in coverage and they let you bank data you didn’t use for the month.
