    Something big is happening August 2nd thru August 11th. I believe 5G will be coming on in Melbourne Vic. Why? I've received texts from Optus claiming service interruption for 48hrs at the same time as a Census letter requiring information about who "exactly" will be home Aug 10.

    @ssharwood @NBN_Australia Hmmm, I get Optus notifications about NBN maintenance v. often, have never actually experienced any noticeable change let alone an outage. Granted many are overnight, & none of this is a strong predictor for what ur TLS/NBN experience will be.. But I'll be interested!

    @Optus this week has been the worst week ever with you guys. You are saying there's no problem with my internet well that's a load of ****. You guys just don't want to own up and say there is. Well, i'm not paying my bill until it's fixed or you let me out of my contract.

    @Aussie_BB I have been informed by someone that you have chosen to go with @Optus as your mobile carrier instead of @Telstra Please say this isn't so. Optus sucks where we are so Telstra is the only option. You'll lose customer's because of this decision.

    Come on @Optus install a mobile phone tower in Doolandella, QLD (area behind McD). Service is only 1 bar max. Want to experience 5G, but can’t even enjoy proper mobile phone call.

    @Optus We just received a number of calls saying they received missed calls from our Optus Loop service. About 20 I'm the space of 5 mins. Is there any spoofing protection?

    Had wifi but no internet since yesterday afternoon. Troubleshooting page has circular links to its own header. Previously vowed to live for ever more without home internet rather than deal with @Optus “support” chat again. WFH is about to get tricky
