@Optus appalling customer service today. After trying to resolve a network issue for the past 6 months, I got offered a “discount” but was then told I would lose 20GB... that’s not a discount... that’s a downgrade #notimpressed

@benjya85 I’m Optus wifi and Woolies mobile (Telstra network) ... issues connecting to Prime, Netflix and Twitter on wifi, but no problem on 4g. Indicates issue with @Optus service ... but as usual, no acknowledgement from them as yet.

@rubin_angela @MinhKular Optus are just as bad. 94 year old MIL was dying. Found her unpaid mobile bill. Only way to pay was our credit card to pay $ owing. Have sent them her death certificate but 6 months later, they are STILL billing our credit card for her mobile phone contract!

@Frankca80011834 Too many people 1 area for a single tower, you get overlapping signals anyway … towers struggle in high volume areas If Optus was out and vida I would suspect something but if only Telstra - the do go down often just you would normally notice
