@ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

@Optus In the end it boils down to misleading info given to me on the 2/11/2020, resulting in confusion. The amount on my bill is correct and I understand why now, but I was led to believe something different initially.

@Optus So NBN has been restored but still unable to get wifi access through the NBN modem. Have turned on/off, troubleshooting through Modem User Guide and checked connection via 192.168.0.1 and all looking good but unable to connect any device to network. Any tips?

Is it actually possible to hate a company more than I currently hate @Optus ? It's like a ******* never ending cycle... On hold now for 30 minutes to change an NBN plan - they ****** up......

If any of you are with Optus for your internet, when you get 20 plus drop-outs a day, do they fix it for 2 weeks and then it goes back to being woeful? Because same. Blaming NBN Co can only get you so far when you clearly have the means to fix my service.
