    @ItsImogenGreene I've had the same issues but I'm with Telstra. I had no texts from Telstra customers and then 2 months later I had no texts from optus customers.

    @Optus call centre staff are immeasurably incompetent it took three phone calls in order to cancel a service for a house I’m moving out of Not that difficult you would think. Gave them a date - 1st Feb It was cancelled within two minutes now I have no Internet…

    @janine_hendry We had Optus since mobile phones came out, last year the wife’s phone kept dropping microphone during calls when home. Got new phones still had issue but on mine as well, didn’t think it was a provider issue but changed to Telstra and problem went away immediately

    @janine_hendry No. Optus Customer Service is a joke. Lodge a complaint with the Telecommunications Ombudsman.

    @Scutty 100%, Thought it was b/c I am a Medibank + Optus customer. I'm now ruthless. Don't know the no. + no mesg = block number.

    @mmdts @chompie1337 Ask Optus and Medibank customers about that. They personally may have never used a computer or smartphone, but the businesses do.

    @Optus Nah, I’m not going to DM you. I’m just going to flat out publicly say you need to staff your call centres and chat service adequately. Currently you don’t and so we all wait for hours for responses. But your bosses already know that more staff would solve the issue. Do better.
