Not only has the @Optus response to customers about the hack been totally inadequate, their online customer service messaging platform hasn't worked for me since it happened. So no communication and no way to communicate with them? Great service.

  • AndydeBoeck1 Andy de Boeck (@AndydeBoeck1) reported

@TheShovel The data set stolen from optus was disappointing for the thieves because they stole Gladys 's memories only. Poor thieves getting confused thoughts like that.

  • MemesScotty Scotty-toons and Memes (@MemesScotty) reported

@Asher_Wolf Amaysim uses the Optus network too, does anyone know if other Telco carriers are effected?

  • nellophonic Neil Brennan 🌊 (@nellophonic) reported

@AnnaH5067 @Banana16Eric @JustJul77588855 The pleb responsible for this is the CEO Kelly Bayer Rosmarin, already blaming some poor employee for her complete failure to set up adequate security processes in her company. She needs to stand down, and Optus needs to offer financial reparations to all affected. #auspol

  • tnixon302 Timmy . (@tnixon302) reported

The Optus hack reaffirms why you should never give your banking details to a multinational corporation .

  • Banana16Eric Eric Banana (@Banana16Eric) reported

@JustJul77588855 Wow Optus, no financial data lost but only 3 Million identities. This is the worst Security Dara breach I have ever heard of and I am so glad I do not use any of there services. What an unprofessional company to allow this to happen.

  • jpwarren Justin Warren (@jpwarren) reported

@anthonyspiteri @drzax @Optus Maybe weekly breaches are bad and we should do something to stop them happening? Like designing systems that don’t fail catastrophically if a single person makes a mistake?

  • CrabL0RD CrankyLizzard (@CrabL0RD) reported

@SerkanTheWriter Stopped using optus as a service provider the moment I heard Gladys was hired there. Liking that decision more and more

  • NathanaelCBR Nathanael Coyne (Nat) 😷 (@NathanaelCBR) reported

Someone on @triplej, an Optus customer who has just learned $1,800 has been fraudulently spent on their credit card account.

  • JJKALE2 Solo Monk (@JJKALE2) reported

Fck Optus.....i'm about to change back to getting my **** service from Telstra!
