I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    Optus then decided after over 90 mins of explaining myself multiple times to different people on chat, I’d need to wait for a call. That call happened, it was from the wrong department. So they had to transfer me. After 2 hours I got some help. “So what can we do today?” 🤯

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    @Optus have “technical errors” if you are trying to get technical help with NBN. That’s what I was told when transferred to NBN tech help desk, after another ridiculous amount of phone time.

    @Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

    Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

    Already added vaccination certificate to Service Australia, but it never registers at any checkin. Updated the app, and yet again try to add the certificate, but with an Optus outage, it's impossible to get the stupid SMS from mygov in order to even access it to get the cert. 🙄

    Tbh, how is it acceptable that 4G that supposed to work in an emergency doesn’t. The one key thing to allow your customers ability to find out information is critical. Not leaving them in the dark for 8 hours. @Optus
