    @Optus All good, I use the chat service every month which they assure me the issue is resolved only for it to repeat. I am happy to live the 4 services i have and pay for Optus Sport separately Soni can watch EPL.

    @Optus why every time you say you’re upgrading or finished upgrading the network in my area does my phone and internet service go to ****? Can’t even make a phone call without it dropping back to 3G.

    @Optus Yes I do have that active. But the issue is the data speeds are throttling down to the 1.5mbit rate when I have not used my data allowance

    @grazerdotorg @amaysimAU So which Mobile phone company does something recommend? As I have been with and contacted several for information such as Telstra, TPG, Optus, iiNet, Vodafone etc and they have been the same poor #CustomerService with wrong info, false promises, staff not caring etc etc etc

    @Optus hi guys. My phone doesn’t ring. It goes straight to VM and I get missed call alerts. It’s been a few days now and I’ve tried restarting etc. help please
