@Optus considering this is outage 7 in 16 days, I don't think it's unreasonable that you provide this modem to us without charge. you are currently contractually obligated to provide us with internet, an obligation you are failing to live up to despite repeated requests for assistance

@kaine177 Optus oval was built closer to MCG dimensions … that would play a part, but yes if you think back, they didn’t play well in the hubs last year either. It’s a shame … No Gaff doesn’t help … and our weather is shite compared to over there. It’s proper winter footy.
