    @naveenjrazik @SBSNews Looks like I'm joining another class action. Optus, Medibank and every other corporate that holds onto all these personal details and allows them to be exposed to data breaches should be slammed with multi million dollar fines and customer compensation ensue.

    @Br0gers_ Bro same **** happened to me but with Optus lol. It's a ******* joke. Medicare, mobile, license numbers, name, DOB, email. Heard about Medibank today on the radio. It's pathetic.

    @EmJaeCaer I think it also comes down to meeting the customer demands when opposing companies are offer X services which entice customers, putting pressure on companies such as Optus to allocate the majority of their resources to build that new services instead of migrating a legacy app…

    @Optus Hi Robyn- not sure if you’ve read my message but I asked for a phone number that as a business customer I can call so that I can get my mobile phone number that I pay for WORKING! And I’d appreciate it that the person is on shore - oh and btw, I’ve been on hold 16mins

    @Optus saga day 6. Being blamed for buying a new modem (not Optus one) after being told our new one is the problem. Funny how our old Optus modem was acting the same way for the last 5 days. Also being put on hold go over 15 mins for filing a formal complaint 10/10 guys #stoptus

    @9NewsAUS This is what these companies get when they under-budget IT Services and focus on Sales. Idiots at the top of the chain treat IT as a "cost" to the company, I've seen this 1st hand. Ask the Head of IT Security at Medibank or Optus on their budget. #optusdatabreach #medibankhack
