    @Optus Yep hour later and no reply, heading to a different provider now who will provide me with a reliable service. Gooooo @optus, quick to take my money but complete opposite to fix any technical problems from your end.

    @Optus 7 hours after raising an “urgent” case (more than 24 from first) and still no reply, porting my number over to a more reliable service tomorrow, horrendous effort on your behalf.

    @arzandc Hi Arzan, based on the message, it appears that the automated security feature for credit card recharges had been activated on your service. We would recommend purchasing a recharge voucher from your local Optus store or from one of our participating retailers. Serena.

    yeah internet connection in the new apartment is dog **** but its only because optus is garbage we are fixing this

    @Optus If you ever house sit for someone, hope your internet doesn't play up because Optus will only deal with the account holder. Too bad if they are lying in a coma somewhere.
