@mjrowland68 I am old Optus customer who got the email over the weekend! What happens if ID stolen and a massive loan is taken out plus numerous credit cards then all defaulted on?

@abcnews No condemning Optus for serious breach of security,poor risk management? In fact Optus was praised for pacifying disgruntled customers. Is that how standards of accountability has sunk that low in Aus? The people's personal details can be used illegally for decades to come

@ClareONeilMP IDCARE do not do what they say on their website, they just send you an email, 5 pages long. Very disappointing service, why does the government fund this joke of an entity ? IDCARE tell you that Optus is not a subscriber of IDCARE??
