@Cyclops_Trader @Optus Also, the ph was still in its box unused when the scammers emailed When I did set it up, took it up to hubby in bed, he hated the no home button. I took the sim card out & put back in his ph So iph 12 never used Vodafone needed a police report Too messy reporting, moved on

@Optus @RunnerSA18 tried to call the number in the email where I am notified I am one of those affected, connected to a call centre overseas instead of a supposed expert, and was the worst service I have ever had, hanged up as this was useless. Seems it is on us customers to figure things out

@Ro__Sheen Hi Róisín, ID Support NSW is working with Optus to support customers whose NSW government-issued credentials may have been impacted. Customers who may have been affected and need to replace documents can call the ID Support NSW team on 1800 001 040 - Mon to Fri (9am to 5pm).

Hey @Optus Can you atleast reach out to those as well those who are not affected by recent hack.There have been so many advices to change driving license etc. Still my wife (who is Optus customer) hasn’t received any comms from your end whether she is part of one’s hacked or not!

@Jeremy_Kirk If I was the Optus CEO I'd happily pay $50 mill to make this problem "disappear". That's small change in comparison to what it will cost Optus to rebuild brand and trust.
