    @Optus We just got sent a ‘default notice’ for the Optus Box we tried to send back 4 times. Now you can’t identify us to try and resolve it?? Can we have Resolutions Manager call us to resolve this asap? First the Cyber security breech and now this… from a 15yr Optus customer

    Fun times with Optus now with anyone on that network not able to text or call me. Not that I talk or text much. But STILL. I’m not even with them but when someone tries to call they get that “Optus advises…” message and I’m like SHAME people must think I’m with them.

    home affairs and its predecessor departments have been trying to assemble a depository of biometric data on every Australian using Optus/Medibank to again push the idea that they should oversee a natl database of biometric data. when that’s stolen, there’s no undoing the damage.

    @lassie_welsh It's a good idea. I mentioned something about the data breach and the optus person was so rude, that made my mind up. I didn't breach their data, they left a hole open so anybody with a teeny bit of nous could have gotten the information...and they treat me like shite?

    @Lr4nT33 @AvidCommentator Talk to your network provider about what data packages they offer. Lots of competition now on the market. Stay away from Optus.
