@hughriminton Optus wouldn't know how many of us were affected. They wont help anyone, it's an Optus circus. Let alone Vic Roads trying to get your license replaced.

There are lots of carriers that use the Optus network to provide internet and telephone. Includes Aldi cards and others, I think. Are any of those accounts at risk? Does anyone know?

so @optus will fight to not pay any compensation for 2.8M with #databreach identity compromise so they don't close down but courts may decide to close them when they declare bankruptcy

Hey OPTUS, My NBN line was cut 2 weeks ago, a technician from OPTUS came, checked our house, and put a call into NBN, still waiting for the line to be fixed, no landline, NOT happy #Optus, even phone calls to the service center says the matter is resolved. I am moving.

Took me ages to understand why the f*ck anyone would give @optus 100 pt. ID docs for a phone service - Crazy! never been asked for that in my life. Then I realised I have always bought phones outright - Optus didn't loan me $$$ for a phone and need docs to prove ID. Phew...

@PeterWMurphy1 @abcnews And this is why there is a #OptusDataBreach? But also #Optus should be investigated for breaches as I was emailed another customer account and their attitude was who cares. @OAICgov #auspol

@TorSamundsett As an Optus customer, I'm desperately trying to cover my arse. Anyway, please feel free to ignore my question, because I think I'm just going to hold my breath and hope it all doesn't cost me any money.

Didn’t think I’d see a brand in Australia do more damage to itself than #Qantas this year. #Optus, #holdmybeer.

Law suits should proceed against Optus and teach them a lesson for having sensitive information available to be hacked. I'm one of those Optus customers and class actions should start at $1M per customer. #optusbreach #optusfailure
