@Optus getting unclear messages. My internet(NBN) is down, I called Optus support and there is a recorded msg saying ‘there are currently issues in Victoria’ but the online outage map shows no issues. Yr msg app is not connecting either altho 4G is working. Any clarity??

Not good enough @Optus . NBN out since 1pm, 4G backup not working (keeps disconnecting and max 1mbps!). Tech support clueless about issue or any outages. Had to top-up my phone data as multiple adults WFH and have meetings! are you gonna compensate us!?

@Optus people in Beechboro wa have had enough of these network upgrades optus is doing so many months of outages due to planned maintenance one moment are speeds are in the 300s next minute they're in the 0.5 megabits and it's happening 24/7 why is it happening pland upgrades

@Optus I just got connected to the optus support team over the phone 20 mins back and they confirmed there is a NBN outage in my area and I am surprised that you are saying there is no outage

@Optus @megas_c Don’t reply the same thing, and get customer to do it then self when this is clearly Optus and NBN issue
