    @kbrspace I’m sorry for spamming you but our issue has still not been resolved. QLD is is lockdown and to top it all our customers are not able to reach us using their Optus phones. I have had to refer this matter to TIO as I have still not received a callback I was promised!

    @Optus Hahahahaha. Nice try at attempting to cap tethering. Too bad I have bypassed it. When I pay for a service, I should be able to fully use it. And that's what I am doing. Good luck attempting to cap tethering again LOL FOOLS.

    Anyone ever had this issue with their NBN? - Power light was green (normal) - Optical light was flashing green (normal) - Uni-D was flashing amber (normal) - Router said connected to the internet - Yet you can’t connect to the internet at all on any device? @Optus

    @Optus There is nothing wrong with my device you have breached your privacy rules now trying to get out of it, Later I will be making a official complaint thats not acceptable im a phone tech myself so don't try to tell me it's me you have sent multiple people in my phone messages 1/2

    @K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Had the same problem as well a few months back except I couldn’t reach anyone from Telstra..thing that worked for me was turning the power off the nbn box from the power outlet, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds from the NBN box, put it back in and switch the power on

    @Optus have made multiple complaints regarding a new service and yet to hear from anyone. I've since gone to the TIO as it seems to be the only way to get y'all to listen.
