Those impacted by optus outage, try switching to 3G connection. It worked for me.

@Optus issued me with a faulty device, offered no help the first time i alerted them off it, made me turn to apple who gave me shitty refurbished phones that constantly fail on me, and is now literally refusing to give me a free replacement :)
