    @Optus please ask your “call centre partners” from 02 8049 2850 to stop calling trying to coerce me into giving the highest score for their crappy service when my issue has not even been resolved yet? I have had to contact you 3 times already for a simple billing issue!

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus I’m in the Dandenong Ranges in Melbourne. Unfortunately Telstra is the only way to go up here. Vodaphone and Optus are both patchy at best. Try Aldi. Operates on the Telstra network without the premium prices

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus SImilar here. My @Optus mobile signal in my backyard has deteriorated lately and drops out more often. I’m considering switching internet to Optus 5G but after mobile experience, probably not !

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus Just moved from Telstra to Optus because of terrible customer service from T. Today I couldn't enter a store because I didn't have the bars/ coverage to sign in with the govt Covid app. Love a duopoly.

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus What's super irritating: everything they need to know you have poor reception is right in front of their network operations centre: your handset can tell them. Still, their crap economics says naah

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus Same happened to us. Use to be good & suddenly poor coverage. Told we were in a blackspot (despite shiny new tower 500m away). When questioned:if you don’t like it, leave. Yes they actually said this! So we did. ALDIMOBILE-been brilliant since & uses Telstra network. No regrets.

    @eloise__sykes @cathywilcox1 @Optus Eg, reseller’s customers may be limited to 3G for data leaving the faster 4G service for the Telco’s direct customers. Usually the only way to get 5G is to sign up with the Telco itself as it is a premium product.
