    So another ambulance chasing law firm who make more money than anyone out of these class actions than anyone are on the warpath. Well as an Optus customer l don’t want to be paying money for hungry attention grabbing law firms. If you feel so strongly do the work gratis.

    4 days after hearing about the Optus hack, I receive an email from the company letting me know that my personal information has been jeopardised. Pretty pathetic @Optus - you’ve lost a lot of goodwill from this customer. #OptusHack

    I feel that if state governments don't allow once-off drivers license reissuing for customers who can prove they are part of the data leak e.g. Optus customer as-of date of the leak for instance, then they don't care about their residents.

    @vshek @Jeremy_Kirk I certainly wouldn’t trust Optus to accurately identify the impact for each and every customer. There needs to be a third party overseeing this process.
