    Looks like my husband and I weren't in the group of customers that had ID numbers leaked. I still don't feel comfortable staying on as an Optus customer. I've had issues with coverage and this is the last straw. I just need to get out of the device contract (12m+ left or $400)

    @Optus I received an email stating my personal data had been compromised, I then received a phone call from support (ref: 1001457737) I was assured that my account was not compromised, however, when I pressed for details on my personal information being exposed I was not given

    @le16464535 @ClareONeilMP @billshortenmp Optus are extremely embarrassed and apologetic, but also still trying to minimise their financial loss in increments of $30 per customer which isn't even half a month of service. What a joke. They need to unreservedly refund and compensate customer's without micromanaging damage

    Hi @Optus, mobile companies around the world (e.g. Canada) are providing free call services to Iran, as the Iranian gov has restricted the Internet, supporting the Iranians. Why are you not providing such a service? #MahsaAmini

    @Optus 4G home internet is as fast as watching paint dry. Always seems to an issue! Always seems to be maintenance… yet always a **** service! 9 Months of have inconsistent service plus having a security breach! #3rdworldservice
