    @smh @nickbonyhady Go into an Optus office to require assistance and clarification. All they did was try and sell an App for the phone and state any help would come from the Federal Government. Pathetic and Insulting.

    @themathendo It would be very interesting to know how much Optus has been regularly paying to Deloitte et al for “consulting”. Consulting firms are usually part of the problem
