    @Kendo468 @ClareONeilMP I also only found out via complaint that Optus left out fields in their notification email - I had more data exposed (eg address) than they had advised me of. Australians need to know they can't trust the emails sent to them!

    @haruki_zaemon @Optus And rightly so. What happens when they discover how deep the problems go? I’m just speculating, and assuming, but it seems possible that there are security problems left right and centre.

    @JayneFlan @AlboMP I'm also a Grayndler voter & feel the same. I was busy on the phone sorting out Optus mess today but I'll be calling next week too. I'll never vote for him or anyone in this ALP govt again

    Just rang Optus "Help"to find out what ID docs have been hacked but the call centre couldn't send me an email or verify my ID even though I had all my details at hand. They said go to an Optus store or ring their other help line. Is this some kind of alternative Optus universe?

    Sick people not isolating, 75% of Australia (Optus customers past &present) being forced to get new photos for their drivers licenses etc to help them get sick &banned masks because of the supposed Optus data breach to help everyone die. That's where this is going.
