  Seriously regretting moving to @Optus hardly any service around the Sydney area and the customer service I’ve received upon contacting them about the issue is ******…looking for clarity and a solution to the service issues and I get offered to cancel my phone plan

  @MikeCarlton01 Perhaps something else was happening overnight? Was awake around 3.30am trying to talk to sibling in Scotland - tried various means/platforms, using both Optus & Telstra, it was dire. Had to give up. Problem was here - she was connected to family in Middle East, Canada & USA too.

  I strongly dislike the summer tourism rush when you live in a small rural town... my internet (both on @optus and @telstra) is **** normally, but I can't even load a webpage unless I wait 2-3minutes atm. It's also ****** knowing this will be the case for the next 4 weeks 💀😩

  @MikeCarlton01 @nick_street1 iiNet were once the best, but when Michael Malone sold to TPG, all service calls etc., were moved to South Africa. This created many problems for us in Perth, mostly through the connection to NBN. So, after 22 years loyalty, we left. Now with Optus 5G - 19 months in and great.

  @MikeCarlton01 Weird, I'm in Perth and with iiNet. No interruption to internet or email services (still receiving all the boxing day sale emails) for me but their website is down. As bad as everyone says they are, iiNet have been better than Telstra and Optus in my experience.
