    @Optus have now spent 48hours with unstable or no internet from 5G modem in Mosman where i work from home. Your outages say this could be due to maintenance till 24th June!! Do you expect payment for more than 5 days interruption to all connected in #mosman @acccgovau

    @Brian_Chancey @Bovada @IgnitionCasino You are not alone matey, same issue here with Optus. Normally a Mirror site is available, this is not the first time it's happened to me over the years. Currently haven't found a solution yet either, if I do i will let you know. = )

    @Optus If the service isn't fixed by March next year I will be changing networks. As I am sick of my phone being a paper weight because if I don't have wifi that us all it is.

    @Optus Until getting a screen isn’t the same price as a new phone Samsung are shooting themselves in the foot and creating billions of tonnes of garbage on this planet! Make it able to be repaired and stop creating future garbage!!

    @Optus to hang up because it was literally 55 whole minutes on hold after the fact and I know there’s no way for your team to explain how they are getting their messages sent through an Optus thread. I would like to make a complaint against that customer service agent.

    Omfg the frustration in trying to close my final @Optus account over the past half an hour has been totally infuriating and making it so clear why I need to be with a different service. This is ****. I just want to close my account!

    @krisgracehely @Hels_Be11s Kris our mobile is awful here as well so our mobile is now through Aussie BB who use Optus. The benefit is they offer Wi-Fi calling. Now anywhere in the house is as good as our NBN which is not brilliant but much much better than mobile.
