    I don't know if it's the Optus app or my TV/Chromecast but i've been having so many issues trying to connect the two recently. My picture just inexplicably died and i've missed the last 5-10 minutes trying to re-connect and it's doing my head in 😤

    @Optus it literally doesn't work at all, some days i get a max of 1mbps. the only support i've gotten to troubleshoot has been to do a hard reset or just cancel the plan. 🤪🤪🤪 sort yourself out optus

    @Optus @NBN_Australia There's really no point, there is nothing Optus can do that will satisfy me. The ONLY solution I'm willing to accept is full restoration of service, and since the fault is with NBN infrastructure, there is nothing you can do. It would be a waste of my time.

    Hey @Optus, if I go a day without watching fetch on my tv, the next time I go to watch it, it’s always stuck on “starting” and I have to do the installation process all over again. Seems a common problem reading reviews. Is there a fix?

    Also Optus Stadium sucks compared to Adelaide Oval and it isn't even a competition.

    @BeachGirlJan We got rid of the land-line years ago. Got Foxtel and Neighborhood Cable. We are with Optus because of multiple fights with Telstra. Won't consider NBN, it's too slow.
