    So @Optus have rendered my internet unable to work. After technical support advised me to switch SIM cards they deactivated the previous service that had been working for two years. I now have to wait 5 days. No technicians available.

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH #Optus. @Optus Even with its rotten support, you can't escape its lousy service without paying an $8.00 port out fee for each service number you have with it. I have never been happy with #Optus and this is among the worst customer experiences I have had.
