    bwahaha I thought our internet was bad trying to stream a lecture... now we have five adults all online. Telstra never fails to underwhelm. Yeah, I know I said I was going to go Optus. But first I have to find out if it even gets reception here. Country life, I tell ya.

    @Telstra currently on a speed limited 'backup' 4g service for nbn that is down and has no eta for repair. It is so speed limited as to be useless. Can you answer me why I pay a premium for this when I'm using my @Optus mobile for internet?

    @David_Bonnici @BridieEV Luckily my partner’s mobile is on Optus (mine is Telstra) and she managed to get a signal so her permit was viewable

    @chrismurphys @Telstra Same here. Circular advice over and over in between the waiting. I cancelled mine today after listening to them telling me I was a valued customer. P.S. Optus is worse. None of them give a damn

    @Optus They are not outages Steven, rather black spots in the CBD?, suburbs, home, that I never suffered with Telstra. Sorry mate but it’s quite alarming such a big telco has these problems in 2020.

    @Optus your customer service is the worst!!! I have been on hold for 40 mins. And I’m still waiting to suspend my Optus internet service for 3 months. I then keep getting your ridiculous surveys which I put 0 in and I get nothing back!

    Hey @optus.... I'll even do your job for you, eh? Emails from IP addresses 104.206.213.x (where x is a random number) are SPAM from *@*.cyou. Always spam. Never anything but SPAM. BLOCK THEM!!!!!
