@Optus what's the update on NBN cable? Still under investigation over a day later and thousands of customers still in the dark unable to receive service I hope you guys this is unacceptable service I don't want a DM I already got one and it was like talking to a brick wall.

@Optus Still waiting for some sort is solution to this problem, their is no clarity after 2 days my mobile data is over the limit and hasn't even been refunded, and still no reason for the connection issue...

@MichaelWestBiz @DameEmpress @Optus At our current house, they told us we were connected while the cable was still sticking out of the ground. The woman wanted us to wait an hour for it to start working. She couldn't understand that the cable was not connected to the network and it was never going to work.

(in my particular case, got a pair of @SamsungAU Galaxy Buds Live 2 days ago from @Optus but they make me nauseous!! The store filed a complaint to HQ on my behalf but the likelihood of it getting removed from my contract is iffy. Never wore buds before so had no idea.)
