    @Fi_Willan I was also puzzled with Optus’s obsession with identifying customer in store. On multiple occasions I was asked to provide ID even tho I was just making an inquiry if they have certain product. I made a formal complaint and (defensive) response missed the point.

    @SenPaterson @Birmo I paid for my passport the other times. I still have 5 years on it. I didn’t lose it. Optus gifted the information to others, so OPTUS should pay to fix the mess they created.

    @TKoutsantonisMP @Optus Tom, what if you'reeffected, but aren't a current optus customer? Optus are contacting people effected, who fall into that category (historical customer data was also stolen).

    @RupertsConscie1 @RonniSalt @Optus But even after that, when she told Optus to just shut down her account she was done with them, they still ****** her around. She still receives not-bills for $0 that she ignores, and has now received the message about her data being leaked.

    @Optus @rico_wallaby HOW will you be contacting a customer like me who never logs into his Optus account and has long forgotten his password? I have home broadband internet, that’s all. My mobile is with Telstra. I don’t use my Optusnet email. I do not have the time to sit in a long phone queue.

    Crap got my Optus email. Old account, no idea what my passwords would even be between my Covy brain damage & stuck in survival mode. I mean if these hackers can hack & get my passwords that’s more than I can do 🤯

    @tobycmurray @Optus I haven't been a customer for 4yr and yup all pp etc leaked. Optus only one email... what a joke I hope lawsuit happens
