    @VictorDominello @VictorDominello a reminder that for 99.9% of Optus customers the card number was never stolen. Your big idea to change the card number (which wasn’t breached) but not the licence number (which was breached) is bad policy and will cause complacency without lowering risk profiles

    @domknight @Optus Optus didn’t need to store them in a format that was hackable. For example @Haventec has an off-the-shelf solution they could have used to protect sensitive data. The Govt should not let them off the hook because they didn’t prioritise expenditure on critical Infrastructre

    @VictorDominello Could you please confirm that a replacement licence will only issue a new card number and not a new licence number? The licence number was breached. We seek clear information and instruction, today. Optus stated Monday, it would provide more info in 'coming days'. Still nothing.
