    @NBN_Australia @xspance We can’t contact our service provider there’s thousands out of internet, these generic responses saying contact your service provider when a large chunk of the Eastern suburbs are without internet .. it is not a service provider issue .. it’s Telstra it’s Optus .. Jesus Christ

    @optus I downloaded the app to message, the app says no active services and when I choose the message option the app closes. What kind of service is this? Are you kidding me? Can't wait to speak to the telecommunications ombudsman, honestly you've gone too far.

    Paying premium price for internet from @Optus and have been using my phone's internet data for 3 days now with no help from @Optus to rectify the problem. What's going on @Optus? TIO here we go!

    Hey @Optus I am also reporting this to @FairtradeAU in addition to Telecom Ombudsman since now you don't even answer how I can quit the contract. For 12 months of no service, took money every month. #nbn #Optus #OptusSport

    @NBN_Australia I’ve tried contacting them (impossible!), Telstra and Optus are apparently saying there’s no issue, but Aussie Broadband are telling their customers there is an issue at the Lilydale exchange. A bit of transparency would be good!
