@rhythbuster I've been on hold with Optus for over 90 minutes and I think their tech support finishes at 8. The outage is reported on NBN's and Telstra's sites but not on Optus' and I can't get an ETA for a fix. How long was yours out?

@sophie_bulldogs @zarbicore @Optus My parents are having huge issues with their mobile phone reception in the area too. Optus said work was being done on the tower for the last few weeks and was meant to be completed by the 19th.. low and behold it’s still rubbish today.
