    @Optus Hi, I got a Traveller Sim during a recent trip to Australia and have only now realised it is a subscription plan that has to be cancelled. I never registered an account so cannot access the app since I have left Australia. How do I cancel my subscription?

    @VodafoneAU There's nothing your network can do. This has gone on for far too long and I can't get coverage in places 45 minutes out of the city where telstra and optus have no problems in.

    @llcooljohnny91 **** ***** mate. Optus much the same around Sydney as well. My dad’s in Redfern and whenever I speak to him it drops out. How tf can it drop out 3 or 4kms from Sydney’s CBD lol

    @optus offered me a free 12 month sub to an identity monitoring service that I just had to sub to in their app for $0 but nowhere in the app is this even an option for me. Even so our info is now out there for ever so 12months sub is ****. /4

    Hey @Optus how about you spend some actual money upgrading the towers and nodes in Bendigo FFS. Right now it’s so oversubscribed a call will connect but no one can hear each other. Just ANOTHER reason to leave your second-class network.

    @TooheyMatthew Got an email a few days ago from Telstra saying that I would be removed as a contact from our @Telstra acct, if I wasn't updated as a contact. Service is in wife's name, email is mine. Just been hacked coz, Medibank, Optus, AGL...all of them and now Telstra wants us to trust them

    Hey @Optus I’ve blocked this number 61390207127 and it keeps calling me all day. When I call it back it say’s disconnected. Please fix this spam caller being able to call me
