What's with myoptus messenging service, drop-outs while mid conversion trying to correct another issue optus created because you hire under trained people to fix issues. I can't believe the mistakes optus had made after simply changing from nbn to wireless modem

@OziBloke2009 Keep persisting with your complaint over Optus. If you get nowhere rake it to TIO If I'm off air for an extended timeframe assume a combination of Qantas stranding me and non-working roaming from Telstra is to blame. Enjoy your final week in New York!

@Optus I’m overseas at the moment & I want to be able to receive calls/texts on my Aus number. Someone in your service centre is saying I have to pay $5 per day or $35 per week for this. Is this right? I don’t want data. Every other time I’ve been o/seas there has been no charge.

@thegrumpypoof @RichForrest2 Well I had issues with Optus the other day. Both totally ****. As are most Telcos. All big corps actually. Customer service? Nope.

@SwoopLuke Depends where you are I guess. Where I live Optus has the best reception and Telstra is on a par with Vodaphone. Where I work Telstra has a very strong signal.
