@DYoungPacing @stewiemac21 I can’t remember those times and if those figures in relation to midweek meetings are right then all the more reason to scale down and focus on tracks that people want to punt on. They don’t play AFL at Lathlain Park every second week while Optus stadium collects dust...

I switched to @Aussie_BB in Aug! They have been so great with service, price and communication. In July I tried to cancel my Optus ADSL - but they couldn’t find my account I’d had for years & told me NBN probably cancelled it. They didn’t. I paid four months auto direct debit.

Hey @Optus, when I called Tech Support today saying that my internet was constantly crashing, how could the guy not have seen and told me about the planned outage in my area having confirmed my address?

If the .@Optus network wasn’t so bad and .@VodafoneAU wasn’t ridiculously panicked as to whether I can pay (because they made it clear they think I don’t make enough money), I’d be looking for a better network.

@Optus Also - it says our mobile service 'may experience some issues' - this isn't very helpful. All we know is we have had consistently terrible internet during working hours for the last week.

@Optus I have been experiencing slow speeds and drop outs all day. It took me over an hour to attach a document to an email and then another 30 minutes for it to send. My download speed seems fine most of the time but my upload is 0.03.

@NBN_Australia Although I think my solution of tethering to my Optus phone for OS updates is probably better, as NBN speed os capped at 20Mbps download, whereas my 4G download speed is currently 187Mbps…

@Optus Replying is not the same as resolving! We have spoken to 40 different people, only hearing contradicting information and have found no resolution. Customers deserve correct truthful expert information.
