It’s actually hell trying to watch anything on Optus Sport. Can’t stream anything on the website even though my internet’s perfectly fine. Can’t stream anything on the app because it just keeps buffering, despite, again, internet being fine. Pathetic service.

@Optus Haha no I dealt with you for three months and that was your final response that the drop outs weren't happening at lunch time or 3am in the morning, only between 6-10pm so my service worked enough of the time it wasn't an issue and you wouldn't fix it for WHEN I USE THE SERVICE

@Optus I'd suggest great business starts with a fit between a well-designed product or service, produced at a reasonable cost, and a market that demands the product at a good price. But sure, you go ahead and convince yourself it begins with a ******* phone network.

@Optus Hey @Optus, how about giving current customers a working connection, before advertising “great internet“ for new customers?! Constant outages for “improvements” to the network, and since the last “improvement” was advertised as “complete” 2 DAYS AGO, still no service. Rubbish.
