    lowkey wanna go return my single sim phone and get a dual sim so when either optus or telstra is ****** and it takes 3 weeks to fix i have either to fall back on (all provoked by having no mobile data/no sms for 3 weeks)

    @ParamountPlusAU @lfc2379 Umm. Problem. Apple TV's don't have a web browser, how can I watch this game on my apple TV. Also, your excuse for lack of apple TV support is unfounded when I watch many other live sporting matches with other apps on Apple TV. 10play and Optus sports have no issues.

    @Optus fix your ****, I've had ****** reception for 3+ days on top of the regular ****** reception I pay good money for, this is third tier provider coverage.

    @Hilton_Naish @rugbycology Problem is they just finished building Optus stadium Jan 2018 , so I can’t see them building another one anytime soon . They Should have built a big one from the start .

    Major thanks to Lachlan at @Optus Carindale, who rapidly sorted out a service problem that confused both your phone support and another store. Give that man a raise. Also consider better training your phone staff - pushy upsells when they’re failing to fix a problem is just rude.

    Went with Optus instead. Connected a few days after I signed up to a plan vs Telstra that disconnected me before the date in the contract and never got around to connecting me up in the new house. Have had no problems either.

    @KBurrel10718939 @Optus Actually no. They sent me a dodgy phone and I’ve had enough. They treat phones as a secondary device. Sorry dude it’s all I’ve got. Gonna smash this to bits
