    What a fail @Optus. I wanted to upgrade my phone months ago but you wanted $600 to buy out the lease agreement. Then two months ago you charge me that anyway and don’t send a notification. Which leaves my account overdue then you cut off both my NBN and mobile? Wtf!

    @BigKev67 @ianrobo1 @gisby_marc Adelaide day tests used to attract 30-35K for Ashes. Now, 50K is too big, despite D/N. Optus will never have 60k, unless Barmy Army fills up 30K. Gabba is good for 20K. But the capacity is 42K.

    @MPX_Trader @Optus Any decent trader with half a brain has internet redundancies IE More than 1 source of internet . i have NBN , 4g fixed and 5g mobile hotspot avaiable to use if one goes down . I also have UPS for power outages . Lift your game

    @Optus I have months worth of reference numbers that I'm saving for the ombudsman. Your generic answers don't solve the problem, they just waste more of my time that I should spend working instead. Not to mention my Vodafone hotspot costing me too. Optus is a big giant waste basically.

    @Optus Thanks Quade. Please fix by Arsenal vs. Burnley as this is unbearable. Also you guys should get rid of the 5 ads in the middle of every mini match, we pay for this service we shouldn’t have to deal with ads (like Netflix, Stan etc.)
