Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

Optus then decided after over 90 mins of explaining myself multiple times to different people on chat, I’d need to wait for a call. That call happened, it was from the wrong department. So they had to transfer me. After 2 hours I got some help. “So what can we do today?” 🤯

.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

Major first world problem disclaimer but no matter how much server space it saves, the general prevalence of on-demand sports content being downgraded to 25fps is annoying af. Optus are very guilty of this. Kayo are with some things. Stan, interestingly, haven’t been so much.
