@Optus hello, I received spam email this week claiming to be Optus & confirming that I had increased my laptop data usage with Optus. I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

@albericie @Optus Good luck! Feel your pain. Left the big telcos a few years back. With a smaller isp now - much happier with the customer service

Hey @Optus I moved house today and notwithstanding 3 weeks notice - guess what - no internet connection at my new house - and btw your “customer service” sucks - just time wasting useless conversations- how does a very long term loyal customer speak to someone who might fix this?

@Hillysfarms @Telstra I reckon telstra coverage in metro areas is third after optus and Vodafone, its terrible here in Newcastle

@perthovalman @kevinperry @TheWorldGame @SBS @ALeague @premierleague @Craig_Foster @LucyZelic A cash-strapped FTA network does its best but has no hope of competing with Foxtel (itself scaling back football coverage in the face of its own financial woes) and Optus. I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

.@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

@Optus how come if I’m a prepay customer I can select a $20 international roaming data plan with 10gig over 14 days but if I’m on a plan I have to select a $10per day for 1 gig add on? Seems sorta cruddy for your plan based customers.

omg so seems to be some problem with Optus, can't get text messages from certain ppl, like my daughter (although she sent multiple then some arrived in bulk but not most recent) and MyGov to log in, can get texts from my other 2 children

@Optus Tge fix inky worked for about a day. I have not had reliable connection for about 10 days. Either extremely slow or totally down. Not good enough!
