@26MoreLives I had to go sit 45cm away from an optus employee because we had a stupid unsolvable issue that we had already wasted e hours on over the phone 😡

  • LuxAdams Lux Adams 🍉 (@LuxAdams) reported

@Optus I’ve had no home internet for 5 days. It just says the outage is under investigation but it’s been 5 days.

  • jenn__cross Jenn (@jenn__cross) reported

I have tried twice this week to set up my friend’s @Optus plan. The staff made us wait for 2.5 hours today, only offering to help as we were leaving. The funny thing is that when I am alone, they’re helpful, but with my friend who’s in a wheelchair and non-verbal? Nup. Not all.

  • claire43718533 claire (@claire43718533) reported

@Optus is a joke. It’s been over a week since USA roaming has worked. Not even the complaints team can tell me where it’s up to. Say they will call but they complaint is about roaming not working and no service. How stupid can you be!!

  • umeshnHayley Umesh and Hayley (@umeshnHayley) reported

Worst mistake choosing @Optus pathetic service and no coverage at all. Apparently they are putting up a new tower just for my phone

  • CaffeineHazard -ˋˏVin the Coffee Gremlinˎˊ- (@CaffeineHazard) reported

Not sure how many people are with Optus (or Vodafone which is apparently owned by Optus) but I received a text from the official Optus phone number today saying they couldn't process my monthly payment and to go to a link to fix it.

  • IaenCordell Iaen Cordell (@IaenCordell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Well Optus does have a 3G outage, maybe they should update the web-site.

  • jwhittaker6 John Whittaker (@jwhittaker6) reported

@OptusSport I think i need to report optus sport to the ACCC for sending outr & charging me for a service that is not privided, there is no way i am recieving a 1080p quality stream #fact

  • calebkam Caleb Kam (@calebkam) reported

@MopGarden I used to until I switched to Optus for better plans back in the days. Boost uses Telstra network anyways, so realistically you shouldn’t see any difference other than paying less.

  • vizzysmallz vizzysmallz (@vizzysmallz) reported

@Optus @fungus_x When will web browsers on Windows have 1080p support?
