@Optus @optus classic. They have just answered that there is no issue in my are when. A previous attendant said there was work in my are since the 27th. But they are pretty good in charging you and cleecting their money every month #optusinternetfail

Dear @ParamountPlusAU At 12.53pm a tradesmans radio innocently gave away the Socceroos efforts this morning, thereby breaking my media Blackout while waiting for P+ to upload the replay. IMO the app in its current state is not useful for football fans. Please be like #Optus

My NBN Internet is down. @Optus spent half an hour (on hold and running a test) to give me a case number and a "someone will contact you". Sigh. Looks like a “Snow Day” for me.

@Optus why does FaceTime Audio work perfectly on 4G but as soon as I connect to 5G I get every third word on a call and the other caller has the same issue with what I’m saying? This is the same regardless of location / number of 5G bars. Thanks.

@SwoopLuke @Optus Ended up going with Telstra. Turns out we live 150m from a black spot but we never have issues with reception now.

@Optus I spoke with Dhwani this morning who was excellent in her service & resolution practices. I did not get the outcome I wanted however, my frustration was acknowledged & I am satisfied with the compensation & outcome. #optus
