You'll see this tweet whenever the hell it uploads, because the internet in Oz is so bad that I've had no access for the last hour, despite having full signal. Now, excuse me while I go have a "cocktail" at Optus HQ.

@Optus The simple fact is your service has gone from being great to being absolutely disgraceful. I don’t know what you’ve done but whoever is running the call centres now completely suck at their job, & have little customer empathy. Borderline rude tbh #feedback

I thought the telcos were stopping all crank calls and scams. My son had a call from fake Optus offering him a 30% discount. SCAM l had a fake message from Tolls demands for overdue payment. I don't drive! Just had a message giving me a fake afterpay number! WTF? STOP NOW.
