@Optus Why are you still not supporting customers? I’ve been told multiple stories from your customer service call centre on if I’ve been compromised and then what exactly was compromised.I just want a straight answers on what has been compromised. Why are you failing so badly at this?

@9NewsAUS @Fi_Willan I'm angry as a consumer as I was with my previous provider for 15+ years, no issues..... less that a year with Optus, and this happens..... compensation should absolutely be in order

Neil Wray (@neilw101) reported
@karenandrewsmp Prevention, Step/ 1. Keep the LNP out of office for ever. Step 2. Bring in laws that will make sure this never happens again. Last, Make optus release every customer from contract who asks for it without cost or penalty.

@FionaMJohnson3 @fb1974 @DavidLeyonhjelm Not really. If Optus was the victim then the only threat would be from the "hackers". But because the data was on a public API, the risk is broader. That's 100% down to Optus.

@MitchAus I've had it. I've spent 3.5hrs - and counting - trying to talk to them about reimbursement for a new licence. Service NSW says to talk to Optus; Optus says to talk to Service NSW. Anyway, still waiting for Optus and it's now 1am.

@9NewsAUS @Fi_Willan We are Optus all of us should be compensated for this stealing our identity. When Optus should be protecting us as a customer, I’m really pissed off, should be justice.

@OptusSport Is it just me, or is anyone else having a@complete fail in streaming football on this channel. Kayo, Stan -and anything else - no problem. Optus - a disaster, every time

@karenandrewsmp Well maybe if Optus actually had any appropriate security of its customer data… Wait wasn’t it your government that allowed Optus to weaken its data security? Hmmm.

@KyloRenButIDo So sorry! I am still dreading the message. 😡 Damn Optus.
