@RobskiNew @BenitoWill It's mad. Looks like they will only have the games too. Optus have a whole suite of content to support their UCL/EPL coverage to add value to their service

@hyp3rstrike @Optus It was two years ago, I knew it was on lease but was expecting some sort of email to say to return it or buy it outright and they just never communicated with me

Just got hung up on by an @Optus tech support officer for daring to ask if they could answer my question related to not having internet for over 24hrs. Awesome customer service

@Telstra do you go out of you to employ rude arrogant #sassholes at your #Unley store? The rolling of eyes when you ask a question, “are you ready now?” to a waiting customer, no manners or patience Are they #BasilFawlty ‘s offspring? @Optus is looking real good to transfer to

@MickLynch_Age Optus could be blocking your internet on your tv. Happened on my Samsung TV 2 years ago. Optus could not help but Samsung diagnosed it and found the report that Optus had done something that accidentally blocked some game consoles and hit Netflix and other services on the tv.

A week later and still no resolution. Just infuriating comments from people on the Optus messaging service who have clearly not read the case notes. @Optus you need to fix this…

@Optus It’s also pretty sad that there is no equivalent to the 100/40 plan I'm currently on so I couldn't change my plan even if I wanted to, not without dropping down my upload speed to /20.

@AlexONei11 Would be interesting. Kayo, Disney+ and Optus are automatic buys for me. That’s 50 bucks already. A service just for UCL is a waste. All the football needs to be on Optus.

I know Optus has a mediocre reputation for customer service, but 99% of my interactions with them have been positive. I got in touch with a bill query today and realised mid-enquiry that I'd misread it and it was my fault, and the operator offered me a small discount anyway.
