    @Optus curious how I’m meant to pay my bill when you keep changing the app so I can’t access it. Can’t call cos there’s no one there. Can’t pay on phone because u need account number. Can get account number cos it’s on the defunct app this is appalling customer service

    I can not express how frustrating Optus customer service is to deal with. Sales area goes smoothly - trying to get the contracted service (internet) delivered is a nightmare. Days on calls and Chat, hung up on. 1300 AND Chat told me there is NO complaints mechanism. @Optus

    Local Optus tower is still down from Yesterday. Since this looks like a wide spread problem, did an upgrade go wrong?

    @Optus You guys suspended my service at 6pm, with no explanation why. My bills are up to date. Then you tell me I need to contact you to reactivate, but I’ve now been waiting over an hour to hear from you. Why suspend my service if your not equipped to fix it or even tell me why?
