    @Optus Bit hit and miss. If I turn airplane mode on and off it reconnects just fine. I’ve also reset my phones network settings. It’s happened a couple of times today. I’ll monitor it.

    @NBN_Australia @Optus NBN HFC 6 weeks of daily multiple dropouts. 4 NBN tech visits + 1 Optus & the issue is still not resolved. Optus modem replaced, NTD replaced, F-connectors replaced but tech not permitted check the connection on the street. Farcical!

    Can’t even watch a five minute video because .@optus is useless. Worse still it’s NBN.I pay $85 month for a failing service. Rort.

    @lavosaurus Ooh that’s sick! Someone told me to complain about my wifi being shit (Optus as well) and they’ll give me free stuff, so maybe I do both and get all the benefits haha

    @NBN_Australia The problem is the techs that are sent won’t check the connection on the street. They change something internally for no good reason and report back that the fault is fixed which it is not. I go back to @Optus and the same process happens again.

    @Telstra Matthew, thanks for the offer but @Telstra mobile coverage is so poor at my house that extra data is not much use. In fact I have to rely on wificalling to use the mobile. Fortunately our other mobiles are on @Optus which has great coverage.

    @Optus my 4G broadband at #stafford is so bad. Either that or the @Huawei modem. Not an isolated event. Really question the advertising around super fast 4g. Every night a snail pace speed. #nbn #broadband #nombps #slowinternet

    @lavosaurus Oh shit that’s decent! A while back I saw Optus doing a specia that was $40 for 80gb, so that’s what I’m realllly hoping for eventually. Also just realised my plan ends in October so your way might be able to happen sooner than later haha

    @cathywilcox1 @Optus I hope they're a having a good hard look at themselves after loosing my phone 18 days ago, and refusing me a loan phone, refusing to suspend my network access charges and refusing to replace the original handset, which was still under warranty

    @Telstra It has a yargi rooftop antenna. Installer says the issue is alignment of distant cells and jumping from one to other and dropping out. Have 4 bars on Optus.

They’re sending small business to the wall, ripping funding out of Regional Aus & closing down agriculture. She’d done nothing until Optus/Medibank. The Fed Police haven’t done their job.

    Haven't been an Optus customer for over 10 years and got a letter telling us our data got lost. With my employer and now the Medibank hack I'm 3 for 3. Medibank is via our pet insurance ffs.

    @Feintglow @GrogsGamut some Optus customers haven't gone down to request a new CRN, even when emails, App notifications and letters were sent. This will at least protect them. Also, her post text says "for banks, telcos and utility providers." so other websites etc. not entitled to card No.

    To @Optus FYI iv had zero reception since February this year. My area has no reception towers it’s been a. Delayed project for the past 9 months with continues lies from tech support. Iv only been given 2 options.

    Well, after putting complaints through the appropriate channels, my problem with @optus was resolved with a pair of email exchanges, mostly identity checking. The whole thing was resolved via email, meaning the ¥17381 (AU$185) I spent on calls to resolve this was totally wasted.

    I just received an email from Optus,who recently gave my personal details away and told me it was up to me to run around at my expense to sort out a new licence,that they are increasing my plan by $5 a month. One,it's a contract,how can they do this mid contact,and Two,**** you

    @VicRoads "We have a specific Optus breach hotline to help you". Ring said specific hotline to check address for new licence. "Sorry I cannot help you with that". Massive fail Vicroads, massive fail.
