Bank details, card details, DOB. Banks cancel your cards in times of dispute. Direct debits are affected. Constant crimes against us all.

Heidi (@HBoo71) reported@Optus I’ve had the worst experience purchasing a new phone from you. 3 different answers from 3 different customer service “humans” Now, you are trying to charge me $1,100 for a non return fee despite you never sending me the documentation you promised. Really unhappy!!!
