Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

I never increased my data usage. Can you now confirm with me that my laptop/mobile plan hasn’t been changed? Thanks.

Each person says 'I'll pass you on to xxx, who has your details, so you don't have to repeat yourself. xxx comes on line and asks all the same questions. 🙄 Whoever runs that outfit has no idea about service. 🦐Sarah Monahan (@shrimptank) reportedSo @Optus has this prepaid plan for an eSim, which seems like the perfect solution for travelers. Except it won't let you recharge it, or use a foreign credit card. So, actually not helpful at all. Could be a great product, but it's a hard fail.
