I'd blame the government before pointing a finger at SBS.

    .@TPG_Telecom Trying to port my TPG no from TPG’s Optus to Vodaphone network. Spent countless hrs calling helpdesk every day, talked to supervisiors, waited days for engineers to investigate. Been waiting 20 DAYS, still not working. This is ridiculous. Fix this!!

    I have switched my phone plan from @optus to @Telstra on last Friday. My number is still with Optus and my new Telstra sim card is still not working. I have just contacted Optus, they said as per their system, now I need to talk to Telstra.

    11 days into my 24 month contract with @Optus and I am having constant coverage issues, SOS only, disconnecting calls etc etc. They don't offer phone support anymore so I have been on chat with them since 9am Friday and they have passed me through close to 20 different agents

    @Optus I tried to activate my prepaid mobile SIM before 3am and was told it would take 15 mins to 4 hours. It has now been over 4 hours and no activation. Can you please help?

    @Optus @revardin What a waste of time and money this service is, down for 2 days and all I get from Optus is to check the fault map but can't do that because I CAN'T GET ONLINE on my phone or internet, everyone start complaining to the ombudsman instead of here and Facebook. Rubbish!!!
